My experience here was nothing short of amazing! I was blown away by the professionalism and care the Dr. had towards me & my sister. We were greeted right away in the lobby which is elegant, clean, and modern. I love the results of our lip injections & precision the Dr. had I would recommend trusting her & this practice for all of your aesthetic needs!

I guess my money wasn’t good enough for them. Been months and still waiting for open house invite.

I was charged $150 for a 10 minute appointment. The lady was pretty rude and demeaning towards me as well. I went here before and had an amazing experience but this time was terrible.They had another person waiting for botox I believe, so I assume thats why my appointment was cut short.

So far I have been really pleased with Advanced Skin Care & Laser Center. They offer a quality environment that I had not expected to find in our area. I personally have seen both Dr. Hilty and Dr. Sekharan for fillers and find them to be both very helpful and friendly and they are always willing and open to go through things with you. Being new to these procedures, sometimes I do get some of the services mixed up and its not always overly clear what you are getting, what it might cost, or what alternatives might be available if you are trying to plan fiscally but if you are a more forthright person and go in asking questions, everyone here is really great and helpful. I have also found that the current front desk staff is all incredibly nice and more than supportive now.

I am from out of state but I brought my mom here when I was visiting because she was unhappy about her appearance. I booked her several microneedling treatments with Erin followed by Botox with April. First of all, I just wanted to say how helpful the front desk staff was with my requests. I wanted to make sure my mom didn’t know any of the costs and that it was a gift. They were very helpful and made sure that my mom’s providers never discussed cost with her either. This was important to me and they went over and beyond for me. Secondly, my mom was not very familiar with microneedling or what to expect... Erin guided my mom through the entire process and made us both feel very comfortable. She took her time through the appointment and was very personable. If I lived locally I would go to Erin for all of my skincare needs. Lastly, during my mom’s Botox appointment, April was great! She only recommended the amount of Botox my mom was looking for to achieve her desired results. I didn’t feel like she was trying to rip us off or upsell us. April was very informative and helpful with the process. I am looking forward to returning with my mom in a few months for a follow up. Thank you again to the entire staff at Advanced!

Everything about this facility is wonderful! The gals up front are friendly, helpful and on top of their game! The atmosphere is comfortable and warm. Dr. Sekerhan is informative and helpful tailoring treatments specifically for my needs, comfort zone and budget. Simply AMAZING!I’m most grateful!!!!

I’ve been a client for around 6 years. I’ve received Botox, fillers and facials and now thread lift. I highly recommend them. After talking to Dr. Sekharan,I decided to have the thread lift, I was extremely nervous, after a very bad 3 hour experience with another doctor years earlier. The entire appointment with Dr. Sekharan took a little over 40 minutes. It was so quick and nearly painless. It’s only been about 3 hours now and I am extremely happy with the results of the PDO thread lift. Doesn’t matter who you see here, they all do amazing work. I will not go anyplace else.

I love everything about this place. The staff is always friendly and the service is always great. I wont go anywhere else (:

HORROR STORY. I have never had SO MANY things go wrong at one clinic. I did my research on the clinic, the procedure - TCA Peel - and the Doctor. I had traveled as the clinic was a few hours from my home and booked into a hotel for ten days so I could Peel, let my Botox and lips settle. Did my groceries and prepared to hide away for ten days peace and work. Cost - $1200.Arrived for my appointment and discovered I didn’t get the Doctor I had researched but the Nurse Practitioner. They had the booking wrong so did not have any TCA ordered. Annoyed I had my backpack on ready to leave but she talked me into a IPL Laser and said it would be great for my skin. I had done no research on this procedure. Didn’t feel the elastic band sting your supposed to feel, skin did not go red as it’s supposed to, frecklesDidn’t darken and fallOff and NO CHANGE at all in my skin. (Three weeks on). Was told after the procedure I would have to have 4-6 sessions to see any results. Cost $320. MASSIVE WASTE OF MONEYThen led to another room with another doctor who I HAD NOT booked with. She did my Botox and I left. I was told because of the mix up they would give me the special of $9 a unit. Left and was charged around $950. Was so annoyed I didn’t think until I got home. .Got home and figured that it would be impossible to have 60 plus units in my face so called to check on the price. Told I received 60 units and price was correct. Never heard of anyone having over 40 units before.A week later still had several bruising and black eye from Botox. NO result fromLaser and one eyebrow that was pointing toThe ceiling. Went back to have it fixed and finally got the doctor I had requested. Dr Hillary is lovely. She fixed it and when I asked her about the previous price she checked and agreed I was overcharged and wrote me a check for $180.Eight days later I have one beautiful arch and the eyebrow what was pointing to ceiling now is a scowl. Had to cancel my microblade appointment I’d waited months for due to the difference in my brows.I won’t go back. I have a permanent scowl - or look of amusement - for the next fewMonths I guess until my Botox wearsOff.Lesson learned. Go to the plastic surgeon when dealing with your face!!!!

I love this place! I have been treated by both physicians and one esthetician at Advanced. They are highly professional and the results are amazing. They prepare you before procedures with very clear instructions and a review of what is to be expected. In addition, if any questions arise after you go home, call them! The physicians will call you back if your question cant be completely answered by the front desk staff. Speaking of the front desk staff, they are superb! So friendly and thorough. I feel like a queen when I am there because they treat me like one. I have a lot of confidence in everyone there, and that is very important to me.

My wife has self esteem issues so I thought itd help to have some beauty treatments done. She has had several treatments at this facility, spending well over $1,000. Things were good until she had an issue with her card when paying. Weve never had any issues before, but we understand that sometimes these things can happen. The office manager (Stephanie) was rude, unhelpful and arrogant. She offered no help with resolving our card issue. We eventually got the card dealt with, but not after my wife was humiliated in front of staff and customers. Needless to say, my wife will NOT be returning. She has canceled her future appointments and will not be returning. Men, find another facility for your women, one that has the desire and professionalism to deal with the occasional glitches that will come up with modern technologies. ladies, if you insist on going to this place, have some backup cash for your services in case your card has any issue. Unsatisfactory situation! I give ONE star for Stephanies substandard performance and attitude. Unacceptable service!

If you want class, cleanliness & professionalism Advanced Skin Care and Laser Center is your place. The clinic is beautifully decorated, tasteful, has many professional skin services to offer. They are very efficient and keep on schedule. Scheduling is flexible, and the staff will work with you to accommodate. The years of experience behind the doctors & estheticians is unbeatable. You can be comfortable, and feel secure in knowing that youre in the best hands possible and when you leave... you will be happy!

If I could give Advanced Skin Care & Laser more than 5 stars, I would! Dr. Sekharan is amazing. She thoroughly explained everything before administering my Botox (as it was my first time) & made sure the whole procedure was painless / efficient. I’m beyond happy with my results. The staff are also extremely friendly & the prices are best in town. Everyone should come here for their skin care needs.

The ladies at this establishment are so kind and offer amazing service. The office setting is so beautiful and beautifully decorated. They offer a nice range of different products to suit your needs. I got 15 units of Botox, and the kind lady who did it for me was very informative and answered any/all questions I had. The process was so quick and virtually painless! I’m definitely making this my go-to spot for any facial fillers and skincare I need!

I have been going there a couple months and have had several laser treatments. I notice a wonderful difference in my skin. The staff have been wonderful!! I will definitely keep coming back! Love them!!

I have received a several treatments of laser hair removal for my upper and lower lips within a couple of sessions I have noticed a big different. I have a few more sessions coming up and I can’t wait to see the final results. Staff were very friendly especially Kara and the ambience is wonderful!

The ladies at Advanced Skin Care are so welcoming and informative. I’ve been seeing Dr. Hilty for many years, and have recently found a new love for Botox. Erin gives amazing facials and Stephanie at the front desk is always a pleasure. Great facility with a welcoming and professional environment.

I have received a number of skin treatments and injectables from numerous members of the staff and they are all amazing!! They are knowledgeable, skilled, and extremely polite. Not to mention the environment is extremely clean. Erin is amazing if you are looking for any type of facial I HIGHLY recommend her. I literally drive 86 miles to see her.

I know why Advanced Skin Care has such a following from both locals and out-of-towners. They offer the best and most current products (the best sunless tanner, evah!) and procedures (highly recommend C02 deep laser & micropeel). The staff is educated and super helpful. Each skin care professional is highly qualified and listens to and addresses my individual skin care needs with little discomfort. It’s a lovely environment, as well.

First time going and I thought the atmosphere was very relaxing! Nice staff and everything was explained to me really well! I felt very comfortable and my procedure has already seriously changed my life and it hasnt even been very long since I had it!

I have been going to Advanced Skin & Laser for years now. I originally went in to see Dr. Sekharan about removing the milia above my cheeks & around my eyes. The process was quick and effective. I loved the results that I got. She understood my skin type and was able to educate me about why my skin is susceptible to milia. She was then able to recommend a skin regimen to keep it at bay. Now I go to her for other services and skin care. I am very pleased every time I walk out the door🤗The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. The spa is elegant and tranquil. If you are looking for a Med Spa that you can trust look no further, this is the place to be!

Visited three or four times and I dont think I ever met the doctor. I had a different technician each time with the best being the first and then a decline in quality with each visit. Treatments became progressively more painful without much communication or explanation.

Dr. Sekharan is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All of the staff at Adavanced Skin Care are a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommended for all your skin care needs.
