Delta Restoration came to Vernal UT and underbid a local company and the final bill was less than the estimate for services that were well received. I highly recommend this business for home remediation. We know the first to call and will continue to use in the future

We had a roof leak that got into the attic and consequently ran into the house and into the crawl space. Due to the water issues, we also had mold develop. Delta Restoration was able to provide immediate service once the roof was fixed, and no more leaks were likely to happen. Aaron went through the entire house, not just the area that was most noticeable, and looked for water damage and mold. When part of the ceiling and wall had to removed, the work and clean up was professional. Aaron always kept us informed of the process and was honest and professional the entire time. We will definitely recommend Delta Restoration.

I agree people are very nice, but I am not happy with their work. They was quick on getting here for clean up, weekend and holiday to boot, but their pricing was outrageous for their work. 8,000.00 for clean up. There were dryers set up to dry the carpet AND pad, only to find out the pad needs to be replaced anyway because once it gets wet, it balls up. So dryers run for days instead of removing the pad, and drying the carpet. The carpet is brand new, and when having the carpet people come to replace pad and fix carpet, I was told the carpet had been ripped instead of cut. I was tested for asbestos, and was told there it was in my closet where my hot water tank and furnace are, but only partial of the sheet rock was removed. I dont see asbestos being in one tiny area within the whole house. There was charges for many hours of work, when they was only here for a short period of time. So no I am not happy with their work. Seems obvious they knew what they was doing to come in and destroy the place, get big money for the work, and then left me hanging with no repairs. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I would never use them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of getting an estimate with Seth. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions, spending a good amount of time and went above and beyond on figuring out what I was going to be dealing with. Highly recommend, as your treated like a friend and not just a customer.

First and foremost the people are amazing, professional and trustworthy. So why 3 stars instead of 5?We had pipes backup. Impacted areas were a laundry room, one wall of a pantry and minor issues with a bathroom — no repairs just cleaned.They never talk price or what they can and can’t do. They just start doing stuff — I guess they just assume insurance was going to pay for it. At first they wanted to tear the entire kitchen out, tons of tile etc. I had to step in or it would be a disaster.So they ran the fans for a couple days and cut out some drywall. Cleaned up. Not sure how many hours they were physically here, but it wasn’t much. Over $3,000 later they were done with the clean up phase and gave us a bid of over $4000 to do the minor drywall repairs etc.What’s worse is they had told the plumbers not to replace the fixtures (plumbers were covered by AHS warranty) so now we need to place a second call and have a second service charge.I go back to the people being great. But I feel like they could have worked more with us, discussed pricing etc.

Professional and extremely attentive to detail. All employees were courteous, trustworthy and conscientious about their work. When the job was finished I couldnt tell that any damage had ever been done! Everything down to the last nail was replaced exactly as it had been originally. I would have no problem recommending them for any job that needed to be done.

I have multiple saltwater aquariums. During cleaning one of them I hit the wrong tube and flooded my bedroom with over 220 gallons of very dirty saltwater I called Delta and they responded very quickly. Brandon Wade was amazing on how he made me feel special even though it was on a Saturday Night. I did not feel like he was rushed due to the time and day it was. He spend time as if it was on a week day durning work hours. Very polite and good manner for all the employees. Work was done fast and I dont even know where the loss happened. I would recommend them to anyone. High quality workmanship.

We were pleased with how quickly your response was when moisture and mold were discovered in my closet. However, we were left with a large hole in the wall and no recommendation as to who we should contact to remedy the problem. It has now been 4 weeks and we are having no luck in finding a company to correct an outside drainage issue. And, meanwhile we can not lay the new carpet which means the bedroom is only partially usable.It would up your Customer Service rating if you could offer contacts to finish the job. After all where there is moisture and mold the cause has to be addressed as well,

Full disclosure, I work for this company. However, I have had to use the services of my employer on two seperate occasions. Once when I purchased my home and there was water in the crawl space and again a few months ago when my upstairs toilet supply line leaked and water came down into my kitchen, dining room, and family room. I have the honor of working with this team on a daily basis and I can say with full confidence that every employee has a heart for service and truly cares about each and every client as if they were family.
