We had a swamp cooler week. Took out about 200 ft.² of drywall. Their response and cleanup was quick. The demolition could have been better, left a lot of additional work for the drywall repair crew because of the haphazard removal. They did do a very good job of cleaning everything up once they were done, I’ll give them that. They kept all the shelving and trim organized and intact for reuse. The reason they don’t get any more than three stars it’s because of communication. My wife dealt with Ricky exclusively, he was fine. This Brad guy though. Always waiting for him to call you back or get back to you. Which is never the case. And beware they will charge you à la cart pricing. $75 to move a washer and dryer about 10 feet. That’s ridiculous. Especially considering I had someone there to move it had they mentioned they would charge separately for that. I was out of town and they told my wife “don’t worry about it will move it for you” Without mentioning the additional charge.

Selling my house and needed to clean the carpet. Brad and Michael came through and did an amazing job! Did a 1500 sq ft house in no time at all and even got the spots I just couldn’t get out looking new again. Rapid Response has done rental properties for my family in the past and I can see now why they were recommended. Thanks guys I will let you know if I need help again!

The company was professional from the minute they came to give me an estimate. We had our heating vent’s cleaned out after a remodel. When they came to give us an estimate, they thoroughly explained the job and what would be involved. We set a date to have the work done and they arrived promptly on time were clean and courteous. They picked up after themselves and did a very thorough job. We also had our carpets cleaned after the furnace vents were cleaned out and that also turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend this service their attention to detail was excellent.

A few years ago, I was called at work by a tenant of ours complaining that water was pouring out of the ceiling of the condo she was renting from us. At the time I didnt know what to do, but a friend suggested I call a company called Rapid Response. I had never heard of them. They calmly spoke to me over the phone, arrived almost immediately and handled the entire job from start to finish with skill and professionalism. They walked me through every step of the way and even helped me understand how the insurance process would work. Most importantly, my tenant remarked that once they arrived they made her feel completely safe and put her at ease that her living space would return to normal soon. And it did without a hitch.I later had the misfortune of having a water issue at my own residence and I knew exactly who to call this time. Rapid Response responded immediately, put my wife and me at ease and solved our problem with skill, professionalism and compassion for our situation. Once they were done, their sister company, Paragon Building and Restoration put everything back together better than new. Ive since had them do a few remodel jobs for me and Ive been impressed with each one.All this to say, I was so impressed by not only the techs who I dealt with very closely in the field on my own projects, but also the ownership of both companies, that when I left the position I held at the time with another company, my first call was to see if there was a place for me on the Rapid team. Jason came out to our house to clean our carpets. He did an awesome job and took the time to let us know what we could do to help keep our carpets clean better. We had a flood and Rapid Response was recommended to us by a friend. They were very quick to respond and did a decent job over all but they broke our water supply in our bathroom and then tried to make me pay them to fix it, so I just fixed it myself. They also kept pushing us to use their sister company, Paragon, for the restoration and that was hands down the worst experience with a contractor Ive ever had.

After raising a puppy, my carpet was in major disrepair. Jason came through and was able to get the carpet looking almost new again. I was simply amazed at the results. Traffic Patterns, dark stains, spilled smoothies, all gone. Jason was overwhelmingly polite to my daughter as well, as she was the one home when he came to clean. I would highly recommend Rapid Response.

We had a flood in our home. I have a photo safe scrapbook business. I was in the middle of a 60 anniversary family reunion album. Rapid Response through it all in a plastic bag with a hole in the bag, not caring if it was stacked or protected. The pages are now bent and some ruined. The heat and sun does major damage to photos no matter the age. I can not recommend Rapid Response. When I discovered it I called Brad and asked for him to come look and redo the job. He flat out refused to come until the next day. Customer service is AWFUL.

Ricky and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. We had a horrible flooding situation in our new home and they worked extra hard to get us taken care of. Very friendly and calming. I will always use/recommend them to anyone in the future!

Awesome technicians, quality work. They have a specialty rug pit, and offer all kinds of great environmental cleaning as well.

We had a leak in one of our houses and the entire basement was flooded. We called Rapid Response to come out and see where the leak was coming from. They were able to get the water flow stopped and began the drying process until our insurance agent could get out and asses the damage.

We had a flood upstairs in our house, and we needed help fast. Rapid Response came in my home and took out the floors in both bathrooms They put one of two sinks and the toilet (still full of water) into the bathtub. The other sink and the 8 foot vanity top they put out on the street with all the wrecked flooring in black bags and Waste Management came that day and took it all to the landfill. They also jerked the vanity from the wall in the master bath and turned off the water, because they likely broke the pipes. The vanity didnt even get wet in the master bathroom, and of course they never explained why they pulled it from the wall since it never even got wet. Still I had no running water, peachy. It was early November when the Rapid Response foreman came and told me that they could no longer help me and that theyd come back next year, if I called my insurance company. Now I have to call in a real company to fix the thousands of dollars damage that Rapid Response did to our home.
