I accidentally dropped my tablet and shattered the screen while removing it from my exercise bike. My cellular provider recommended I Fixit in the mall. So I took it down to Monty and he had it completely repaired like new within a couple hrs! I was so impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge, and the quality of his work! I highly recommend him!

So bought a screen protector and case two days ago and the screen protector has cracked. It does have a life time warranty but it $10 after just spending $53. The screen protector also does not cover the whole scene there about 1/8 of an inch on both sides thats not covered. I do not hold out hope for the case and they where not willing to return the screen protector.

While traveling back home to TX from UT, my phone completely froze and would not work at all. I look these guys up from my iPad and within a few mins they got my phone working and didn’t even charge me! Awesome customer service! Keep up the good work guys!

Their prices are the best out of all the other stores (and I’ve checked). Not only were they super affordable, but they fixed my phone faster than other stores I went to, and did a way better job. The staff was super friendly, they were very careful, and I didn’t have a single problem like I did when I went to phone medic. They also gave me a free temper glass and double, triple checked that the sensor of my phone worked. I’m definitely coming again.

This place is a ripoff. $30 for a screen protector??? Oh free replacements... until they tear off the broken one and tell you it’ll be $10 for the new one. Save your money and by a 3 pack from Walmart or Amazon for $10. Horrible service on an overpriced product.

After repeatedly asking if a phone case would fit my phone and being told it would, I purchased a case. My phone was in the process of having my pictures transferred at Sprint so I took the employees word for it. Come to find out it actually did NOT fit my phone so I returned (maybe 30 minutes after purchasing the case) and was told no refunds only exchanges. Which would have been fine but they didn’t have any cases comparable to the original that I purchased. The manager was reached by phone but refused to even talk to me and said no refunds. The employee said the most I could do was go back in on Monday when his manager was back. This place will openly admit to messing up and giving you the wrong product but will not make it right. They are a scam and I highly recommend everyone stay FAR away from them. It should also be noted that the worker was completely careless with leaving his keys on the counter unattended as well as leaving the cases open and unattended, but heaven forbid they just give me my $35 back. Not even worth one star.

I had called one day before to verify they could fix my phone...... I spoke to a woman whom wasnt there the next day when I arrived.... the quoted me 75 dollars over phone when I showed up the gentle man want 150 dollars and said its because my phone is a new j3 Luna pro and that the lady didnt mention it wasnt a pro and thats why its double the price..... kind but not communicative enough with his own employees

Best customer service and the guy work their he is very experienced guy in all the small gadgets he even fixed my Garmin GPS this time I have went twice and its very quick service and excellent job done and he fixed my iPhone before and its done in like 20 min because I have less time and he took care of me I definitely recommend going their then any other place I known them for years and trust me you wont regret the price or the service.

Its the best cell phone repair shops in the town, they almost fixed every device like, computers,laptops,tablets and phone exclusively. i got my iPhone repair in almost 30 mins, while i was surfing in other shops.and best part is the rates are really cheaper than other repair shops.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had went in to get the back of my iPhone fixed when I came to pick it up I turned it on and it was disabled then a week later and the camera on the back of the iPhone popped off. Worst place ever and the owner told me I could come in and connect my phone to his personal computer. Don’t come here!
