Don was fantastic at helping me with my computer problems. Communicating with him was easy. My outdated 2016 MacBook stopped working and he updated it. It’s now working like new! It’s been several months and my laptop is still working great. He worked very quickly, having it ready to pick up the very next day. All of my applications, documents, and photos were intact. I felt his prices were fair, he’s trustworthy, and definitely knowledgeable. He was also able to answer questions I had about my Windows PC. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you, Don!

One of Orbs technicians, Alec, helped me build a gaming PC from scratch! The service was great, he answered all of my questions (I dont know a whole lot about PCs) and showed me how to get everything running by myself. I wont need to upgrade my gaming rig for awhile, but when I do Im going right back to Orbs Computers! The Veteran owner, Don, was also super friendly and knowledgeable!

Sometimes I think I’m an IT person, and, well I’m not. Don has baled me out of my own fire in a calm and professional way without making me feel like an idiot for trying. The remote access is invaluable to me as I live in a rural area and dropping one of my computers off for repairs and picking it up another day is quite difficult. Though I have been tempted to DROP a computer off my roof from time to time Don has been able to resuscitate said computer remotely while I take a walk! Thanks Don!
