He was a breath of fresh air. Made us laugh. Amazing sense of humor. Set our mood for the entire day. Did a PERFECT job removing the stains and making it look brand new. He also explained what he did and taught us how to take care of our carpets and what not to use. Very honest and kind. Best service we have ever had.

We had them out a few months back and we didnt think the carpets cleaned up to well. We asked them to go over a few areas again and they seemed very unhappy with us asking. When they left I was still very unpleased. I just recently called another company out to clean the same house and they were able to go all of the spots out that Fresh start missed. Very expensive and a waste of money!!!!

Was not impressed with the quality of their cleaning process. Needed to call back for a second time due to not getting done right the first time. They do not clean along the edging and such as advertised on the website. You would think if a small item could be moved aside to clean they would, but they did not nor did they ask if we could. All of the rooms were cleared and ready for their cleaning so no big items at all had to be moved. Sorry for the low review but it did not measure up to the costs or performance of the job. However, Mark was very professional and good to work with.

We had our carpets and tile cleaned. We couldnt believe what a great job they did. My kitchen tile looks like new. We have had our carpets cleaned by 3 other companies and they zip in and fly out. I have had Fresh Start several times to clean my carpets. Scott and crew is on time, move the furniture and do a great job cleaning the carpet and put everything back where it was. This time I had them also clean my 2 recliners and they look brand new. I would highly recommend Fresh Start to have your carpets cleaned and we felt they were reasonably priced.

Called on a Friday afternoon, and was able to get an appt the following Monday for file and grout cleaning. Scott and his help were prompt, professional, and friendly. I moved small items, but they moved large furniture out of there way. The end results were great! Grout looks new and tiles as well. Great service. Highly recommend.

Do not call Scott unless you are ready to have your carpets, tile and upholstered chairs look and smell better. Pet urine is wiped out. Allergens are defeated. Tile looks about 100% better. Upholstered chairs look new again. Scott is a professional who knows what he is about and has the tools and motivation to get a job done completely. Yep, you can rent a machine and try yourself, but it won’t hold a candle to what he can do. Treat yourself well and give him a call.

We hired Fresh Start Carpet Cleaning for cleaning the floors of the new house we were moving into. Their attention to detail was hugely comforting. The baseboards were all cleaned well and as a bonus (prior to cleaning) they let us know where animals used to be in the house.The carpets and tiling are all beautiful now.
