Didnt think much of the place until Cody started cutting my boys hair! I have a boy with autism and this guy did GREAT!!! DEFINITELY TAKE MY BOYS BACK

Made an appointment online & the person turned me away stating she had another appointment from earlier in the day that she scheduled that was apparently not accounted for & they refused to cut my child’s hair. A waste of time!

They did a fantastic job I love my new hair cut. I called ahead and when I walk in I had to wait a very short amount of time while they help another customer who was there first. Then they helped me. They gave me great advice for my hair. I came in and not to long after I left. Feeling great.

Jamie did such a fantastic job on my haircut and my daughter’s haircut. We are both very pleased! She definitely knows how to cut hair!!

Worst customer service ever by jaime reader. I was a frequent customer until she started to complain about how she is better than all her employees and her manager. How she absolutely hates her job, brings her personal life into work and hates people because they never tip her for her work.. which has turned several clients away including me due to her extreme unprofessionalism. Who would want this person to touch their hair!!! She has also been aloud to have friends hang out for hours on the business floor while she cuts hair. That is extremely distracting and could lead to a lawsuit. The other employees stand around on their phones for long periods of time. Constanly telling people to wait when there are enough people to cut their hair other to anyone that works here. The store is constantly a mess, hair all over the floor while employees stand around and play on their phones. If you want a professional to do your hair and not have such a negative person doing your hair please everyone go else where do not see jaime reader. Very very poor service.

Was told I would have about 15-20 minutes wait, 30 minutes go by and I am told it would be about another 15 minutes. I wait an entire hour, meanwhile other people are walking right in and getting served. Unbelieveable.
