I should give zero star if could. I called morning 9:00am for towing my car. The lady told me the driver will call me. After one hour nobody call me back, then I call the company again and ask if they will help me today or tomorrow? The lady told me that the driver will call me today!I waiting for the whole day, “the driver” still not call me! I have never seen one service so bad like this! (10/01/2021)

Made my first time getting towed low stress. Both the woman on the phone and the gentleman who did the towing were extremely helpful, and quick to get me to a place where it could be repaired.

Really great service. A long day at work and just ready to go home, come to find my car battery died in the work parking lot. It is after hours, everyone is gone so nobody to help give me a ride or jump. It is below zero. I call roadside assist and they send Nordic towing. They arrive within 30 minutes! Speedy service on a late day, the worker came and was so nice and understanding, he said many people had batteries die that day since it was so cold, and he had been helping people all day. And he wasn’t done yet. AND he didn’t even seem tired, he said he loved his job and helping people. He didn’t even wear gloves in the negative degree weather. It was freezing, but no complaints, he was just happy to help. The same winter my battery died at least 5 more times, and Nordic came each time, and same great service every time. Truly a blessing and I’m so thankful, made a stressful situation better. Thank you.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Dispatch was familiar with where my truck was located and where it was needing to go. The driver updated me throughout the process by letting me know when he arrived, when he had my vehicle loaded, and when the tow was completed.

We were visiting in Grand Forks and our car wouldn’t start during below zero temperatures. Nordic Towing was incredibly busy. They sent out someone to jump our car, but it still didn’t start. Then they sent out a tow truck to tow it, but realized that they needed the flatbed tow truck. They asked us if we wanted them to come back right away, which was 10 pm or in the morning. We chose 7:00 am and they came back and figured out how to load our car, which we learned doesn’t go into neutral if it is dead. They were very careful with our car and very considerate of us and kind to us in our stressful situation.

Terrible perception of time. Spoke with employee at around 2 pm on Monday and stated he’d be there in awhile to pick up vehicle. Told him what time shop closes and they had the key he said alright. Hours pass and I get a call at midnight from Nordic employee asking if my vehicle is ready to be picked up and he is on his way. Like what? It’s midnight and I told you the shop had the keys and what time they closed.

We were broke down in Great Forks ND sitting in a parking lot.it was 14 degrees below 0. We called three other towing companies and they all said they couldnt get to us today . We were given their number and they were very good. Picked us up right away and took us to the Ford dealership. Very reasonable and very good service. I highly recommend them.

I had made a right hand turn and slid and ended up with the front of my car in the snowbank on the side of the road. One of the guys from Nordic Towing was driving past and stopped to help me. It was less than five minutes from when he pulled up to when I was out. You guys are great. Thank you for all the help.

This company was amazing. We had a car that wasnt running. We needed to load it onto our own trailer and we didnt have enough equipment. He showed up in the 20 minutes he said he would and immediately started helping get it our trailer. He was very professional and you could tell he knew what he doing. He operated his equipment very effectively and was careful about not wanting to break anything our car. When he was done he didnt demand payment, he only told us to give him what we thought was fair. I would absolutely recommend this company if you need a tow.

I was stranded in Grand Forks, with my two kids, due to my car not starting. My family traveled all the way from Minot to help me, but we had issues getting my car on our own trailer. The guy came out as soon as he could and helped us get it on the trailer. He was very courteous, helpful, and prompt. I wouldn’t have made it home without his help.

My husband, 2 granddaughters and I broke down in Grand Forks after a hose broke on our car and all the fluid leaked out. We were suppose to be at a soccer tournament in Fargo. Nordic was there in 15 minutes. We felt much better after the wonderful gentleman assured us he would take us to a garage that would get us back on the road that day. And he was right. We will definitely hang on to his card. Our granddaughters were as grateful as we were.

Blew out two tires on the interstate at 6:00 Saturday night 45 miles out of town. They were there in less than an hour and got it towed home.

My car broke down when I was coming home from a very long day where it seemed everything was going wrong. Patrick was there with his truck within 45 minutes at midnight.. On the 4th of July.. Which also happens to be his birthday! It was the one thing that went right that day. Incredibly nice guy and incredible customer service. I will be recommending Nordic Towing to everyone I know.. Even if they don’t need a tow.

My sister had her car towed the day after thanksgiving and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. Unfortunately, he had been on the job for 1 month, indicated that he was not knowledgeable about how to tow her car, called dispatch 3 times for assistance, and still managed to hook up the car to the tires. After bringing it to Hyundai, they did not drive the vehicle due to them knowing what the initial problem was without it. On her trip home (approximately 3 weeks later) she noticed there was a rattling of the tires. She immediately brought it to Hyundai who indicated that it was due to improper towing. We called and spoke with a manager who had 0 empathy for the situation, hung up on my sister while on the phone with her, and continued to give misleading information. It is a shame that a company cannot take responsibility for their own actions. The manager refuses to notify the owner of our multiple requests to talk to them to get a better explanation of why they are not taking responsibility of an improperly trained staff without the hostility from her.

Im horrible with directions and comming into my place is kind of complicated, but the man called me when he was almost to town and listened to me explain my horrible directions and was super nice about it, he was on time, called me to tell me how long it would be before he came and he came on time and was so nice and friendly. Anyone who needs a tow I would refer these guys.
