We had a great experience with the work they did for us. We had a large trailer flip over today, and the wreckers got there within 30-45 minutes and did a great job.If I’m going to be honest, it was a little pricey for their services. But the drivers were nice, and went above and beyond to help us. So it was worth it in my opinion.

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING! Broke down on the way to the airport. They came and got us 45 minutes away, rapidly. Got us to Grand Forks rapidly and ensured we didnt miss our flight. Absolutely horrible. I am stranded in -40 degree weather with a flat tire and I needed help. I called and he said “No I am not sending my guys out when it is this cold.” Was rude on the phone. Very upsetting as I live two hours away and have a baby with me. Never contacting them again.Added since they replied: 1. I am not on the interstate, I told him I am at the CANAD INN. 2. He NEVER offered your towing service to a tire shop. He said what he said, then said bye and hung up. 3. We would of took the towing after I tried to get the stripped lungnug off. 4. Now I know you guys are a bunch of liars.

Interstate was the last place I called for a tow today. After being told by one company they didnt tow on Sunday and the second one didnt answer I called Interstate. Not the cheapest prices around for a repair, but they got me rolling with a new rear end in 6 hours from the time I made the phone call. They went above and beyond any other shop Ive dealt with to get the job done as fast as possible. I should have posted this months ago. These guys towed my truck and made arrangements to get my 40 goose neck trailer when my truck broke down in the middle of the night in a blizzard in December. They were highly professional and tried to look at my truck even when backlogged because I was 10 hours from home. In the end they could not fix it that day because it needed a part that had to be ordered. A week later I drove back to Grand Forks to get it and was surprised at a very modest repair bill considering the work, and my truck has never ran better! Unbelievably great service and honesty

Nice guys work in this company. Just got help with my broken semi trailer. Showed up in 30 mins which is really fast for that type of service. Highly professional. They are working with semis as well.

I needed my vehicle towed due to the starter needing to be replaced. The person with whom I spoke on the phone e was very cool. Some places wont tow a vehicle thats in a garage, but the Interstate folks didnt blink an eye about it. Price wise they were very reasonable. I expected to pay $300, but was charged $75. The driver was very personable. An all around positive experience.

Extremely kind and helpful, both right after my accident and the next day when I had to go back to clean out my car. The first thing the driver did was asking me if I was alright before starting to hook my car up.

I had two experiences same early morning. First one was great. Second one bizarre(different driver). Finally got someone to come out for second tow after about 4 + hours on main road by Walle church south of Grand Forks. Driver came, looked and asked me what I wanted to do?? I thought that was obvious, but I pointed out how I was pulled out from behind(my vehicle has bolt screwed into body of my vehicle for easy hookup). After a while he told me it would be extra $1000, at least, them to plow first to then tow me?? He then told me to work it out with my AAA & left me there. Mentioned something about he didn’t want to get stuck?? I was able to call another company who came up behind me and wenches me out within 35 minutes of calling. I don’t know if second driver was trying to extort money or new at job. But I hope no one else gets this driver and experience from them.

Avoid calling these dishonest people !They will try to take advantage of you !After reading your reply, it only assure me how big of a liar and dishonest you are, as my open deck trailer was clearly empty, And I was the one to call you, not law enforcement,And the whole process didnt took more than 5 mins butIts not a surprise coming from a thief and a liar like you !You really should be ashamed of yourself and your deceptive business practices !

Most ethical & reputable in the Greater Grand Forks Region. Interstate has proven to be invested in the civic life of our community and personally relied upon at my home.

I work for a motor club through Allstate and had to dispatch an abnormal call last night with unfortunate circumstances. Matt was amazing to work with, helping me find what was the best course of action with the customer, bearing with a few holds, and being overall pleasant to talk with. After checking back in with him the following day, I was told there was an ordeal with the service, but it was still completed. I want to, again, personally thank Interstate Towing & Recovery for their excellent service.

Quick. Got to me on the highway when we broke down with a 1 yr old and 7yr old. They were really busy but made us priority because of the kids. Awesome service.

Great service, and very helpful. Had a dead car that also was making a strange noise and was unsure what the problem was. Got a fast response and instead of just towing my car or disabling my battery and making me pay an outrages amount of money, I was given help and the problem was solved fast. Adam was the most helpful and understanding when I was overreacting about an easily solved problem with my car. To top it off, he left his own home after a long day of work just to help me out and make my day a little easier.

Truck go stuck on a dirt road after unloading they came out and pulled the truck out with no damage but way overcharged for 30 minutes of work. They took advantage of a bad situation.

After locking our keys in our car, we called Interstate to help us out. Im not sure how long trucks usually takes from call to arrival, but it arrived within a half an hour of us calling. Once on scene, Matt quickly set to work, getting us our keys within 5 minutes. He was courteous, professional, and friendly when interacting with us. The services as well werent overwhelmingly expensive. Overall I would say we had a very positive experience and would consider using them again if we run into further issues.

Adam did an awesome job getting our rig out of the frost berm. Very professional. Definitely recommend them.

What terrible customer service.Let me clarify. The WORK they do is more than satisfactory. They do a good job, and are fairly quick about it, but the manager of this place needs to ask his mom to give him a refresher course in manners.Most heavy tow vendors would be very interested in developing a good working relationship with one of the largest carriers in the area, especially when it could mean taking that account away from their direct competitor.Not these guys. The manager believes in equal opportunity.Every customer, large or small will be treated with the utmost DISRESPECT, regardless.

Coming home from Fargo to Grand Forks, tire flew off outside of the exit to Reynolds. Called them shy of 3am and they were there by 3:20am. They were absolutely professional and wonderful! The price was very fair! Thanks guys!!

Awsome service I got myself in a rough situation. I when ever I called for some assistance they took less the 10 minutes to get to where I was and opened my car quick thanks a lot.

I was stranded on the side of the road 5 mile west of Lakota in a semi that wouldnt start. Interstate came right away and towed the truck and trailer back to Grand Forks. I was without heat but they made the trip so quick that I barely got cold. And when the driver got there he told me to go sit in the warm tow truck while he hooked everything up. Great company would definitely recommend!

Called and they were unable to perform the service they offer. Gentleman on the phone didn’t seem interested in helping at all. If you can’t perform the service you offer, quit offering it.

Great service! I got a flat on the interstate late at night and he was there to help within half an hour. After putting enough air in the tire to get me into town he was nice enough to follow me to the tire shop to make sure I made it alright. A great help on a very cold night.

Place is an absolute dump just another junk towing company trying to make a buck on your bad luck. If any damage happens during a tow they will not honor it even if they tell you they will. The place looks like a junk yard, if I were you I’d call elsewhere because this isn’t the one.

Me and my husband had trouble with our truck..interstate towing came out, it was late too..the man was very nice and fast with the help....we were having brake trouble and he knew exactly what to do, we were stuck in front of a scale and the other trucks were going around, but he gave us a quick fix and we were on our way...we followed him to the truck stop and he even helped us find a place to park..we parked and the next morning we went to his shop and everyone there was so nice too..he went beyond the brakes and even fixed our apu unit...they were fast and very nice...it was just such a wonderful experience to meet helpful, nice people..i think that we will be coming here a lot...totally excellent service and polite people..recommend for everyone to come here

We run a medium sized fleet in North Dakota. Being up here in the north country it is unique with its trucking challenges. Freeze ups, slide offs, trucks gelling, anything that you can think of dealing with cold weather. When we need a hook, we call Interstate. Adam is always accommodating on the phone. Their service is prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

3-4 times Ive needed their help. These guys have always been there to get my vehicle as quickly as possible.Ive seen reviews of them being rude, and Ive honestly never seen it. You treat them with respect, and they will treat you with respect. Its an easy two way street, and I find it refreshing that these guys will do what they can to help you. My latest issue is that my car was wrecked in a crash. While they werent a body shop, they were able to give me an estimate off how much the damages might cost. Based off that I was able to start looking for a new car. Their fees arnt an issue to me, high low, i dont really care honestly. These guys charge a fair amount though, and do excellent work. I trust them.

The worst treatment ever. Adam. Did not take down the proper number then blamed me for it. Refused to help me with service. Hung up on me five times in a row. Refused to provide a co-owners name. Hung up on me. He had me in tears after this. Refused to help me with anything

I have a 1995 Camaro that has been sitting in the alley for the past 4 years. I decided it was time to get this vehicle back up and running and it would not start. I had it towed to Insterstate Towing so they could take a look at it. After they took a look at it, it was determined that some type of rodent (mouse or squirrel) had chewed threw a majority of my wiring system. They diagnosed the problem and found all of the wiring that had been chewed through and replaced it. There were a few other issues, such as the fuel pump had to be replaced. They got my Camaro running and it is running like it was brand new. I would recommend Interstate Towing as a place to get your vehicle serviced. Great Price and Great Service. Very Satisfied!!!!

Absolutely DEPLORABLE customer service!Called for an updated ETA and was greeted by a man shouting youre going to hold for 10 minutes!When he finally answered I attempted to explain that I had been waiting around for two hours after being told 45 minutes twice. He exclaimed it will be another 3 hours if not longer; just like we told you before! I told him that we were told 45 minutes TWICE and he says guess what?! Now youre being removed from the list! To top it off, he literally told me almost verbatim that there are other more important customers to deal with right now THEN hung up.Absolutely unbelievable experience.
