The truck was filthy on the inside. The ash tray still had cigarette butts and ashes, and the floorboard was covered in grime. The dashboard was covered in a layer of dust. Fast food napkins were on the dashboard, and fast food wrappers were on the floorboard. The interior smelled so bad I had to drive with the windows down.I was in a hurry or I would have rejected the truck.The parking lot is made of gravel with lots of large potholes. It rained recently, so I had to step in mud puddles to get in and out of the truck.There isnt enough parking for the number of trucks at this location. 2 people parked behind me as I was trying to leave, and it took 5 minutes to find someone who could move the trucks for me.

Was there to return a u-haul van, friendly folks but theyre a bit slow, which I think COVID plays a role these days but folks around says its always been a no rush type of place, guess maybe I need to learn to slow down .🤣

Recently rented a truck and car hauler 5 miles away flat tire! An hour and a half later still waiting for help! So now we are told it will be another hour and a half before help will get here! 3 hours for a flat tire. Poor poor service ruin day. Now we have to rent hotel room. Never ever again. Give 0 stars if they would let me.

I came here to help my ex-wife move out of the house and everything was great. The smile on my face that day was terrific and Im so glad these guys are easy to deal with so I can pick up this U-Haul and get the deadweight off. The truck ran great and I had no problems with it. I like the fact that it had a gas meter that would tell me my mileage. So if you want to save a few bucks trying to stay within the green on the gas meter.

U-Haul makes it very easy to provide you the right equipment to move things. Friendly and helpful and tons of locations.

I will never rent from U Haul again. I am very disappointed in the way the agent spoke to me.

Which U-Haul place next to Duncan Hardware conveniently located on Red Bank Rd . Is easily accessible and very visible from the road. They have a wide variety of trucks to pick from daily rentals moving vans of all sizes to choose from. !!!!!

This u haul is located at the Duncan Ace True Value. The staff here are amazing and help you with everything. While you are moving you find that you need to patch a hole in the wall, or a pipe is leaking, or anything else, they will get you what you need and steer you in the right direction. Oh, that part you need that no one has, they probably have it.

If you need a truck for one day rental or cross the country this is the place to go they have all the equipment and all the boxes for One-Stop shopping

We rented the Uhaul for the movers since was short notice and needed a larger truck. The Uhaul employee made an error and almost costed us an extra $100, needless to say we were peeved. An older gentleman and his supervisor corrected the error after a good bit of time lapsed. The supervisor and the older gentleman were very hospitable, helpful, and eager to correct the mistake.

Wish I could give 0 stars, reserved a truck for 12:00, got called at 1130 and was told the reservation that I had made for that truck wasnt available, was told the next available truck was at another uhual and wouldnt be ready until 3:30. Went to pick up that truck and was told the engine was broken. Had to go to two other uhual locations until one had a truck available.

U haul was not in but they made the call to get our size

Has to rent an over sized truck because they wouldnt let me use the smaller truck for 24 hours. Made no sense to me, it sat there the entire time I used the bigger truck. Bait n switch.

Lol! We dont go there for U-haul, we go there because it is our neighborhood Ace Hardware Store and we live thus place and the employees!
