My contact with Ms. Skinner has been through her work as a pet bereavement counselor at Pet Rest Cemetery after the sudden tragic deaths of two of my canine companions (at two different times). She has been extraordinarily kind & compassionate. I am also a mental health professional & know how hard it is to do what we do. In my opinion a 1/5 rating based on whether or not a phone call is returned is unfair (see other google rating). Ms. Skinner has made a difference in my life.

Does not answer phone calls or return calls!

Ive tried to reach someone in her office fire days but calls are not returned.
