The absolute best and most caring place there is and anyone who says different must need more intensive psychiatric help than can be given on an outpatient basis. This team of ladies literally care so much about every person who enters the door. The office manager has personally taken the time to get to know me and has worked with me on many occasions when it comes to financial issues. I LOVE this place and highly recommend. ❤️

Disgusting. Rude. Disrespectful. Unsympathetic. Unprofessional. Is there an option for zero stars? I feel disappointed that I EVER stumbled across this place on Google and recommended it to my husband. Pretty sure the reviews are fake. Charged my husband for missing appointments due to a family emergency. Hung up on me 3 times when I asked for an explanation. If you are really in need of help do not go here. No true concern for the patients well-being!

10/10 Recommend! From the moment I walked in the doors I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. The staff makes sure I am comfortable and the counseling is life changing. Seriously, I am so thankful I found this place!

Finding a good therapist and wellness center is often difficult. I got really lucky with Foundations. The staff is amazing and always attentive, and someone is always on hand to answer any billing and insurance questions.The building is always clean, well-lit and comforting. They have also taken extra precautions to ensure their patients privacy by using white noise machines, etc.My therapist is fantastic - she always goes above and beyond my expectations. She is friendly and welcoming, has a great sense of humor, yet knows when its time to get serious.She asks deep questions that provokes reflection of oneself, which I really appreciate. Her insights are thoughtful and often eye-opening.Another thing I appreciate is the fact that she remembers everything we have talked about in previous sessions. She doesnt have to skim through her notes or ask me to repeat situations. This goes a long, long way to making me feel like a person rather than just another name on her list.

I was nervous to start because finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with and look forward to talking to can be hard to find. I love seeing my therapist!! The environment is relaxing, everyone is SO friendly, and it’s the one day a week I actually wish would come quickly! So glad another place didn’t have openings and referred me to Foundations!

I was worried about trying to open up to someone I didnt know. But my counselor made it so easy. The environment is calm and welcoming. I have had 4 sessions so far and have already learned so many ways to manage my anxiety and depression.

I have always been skeptical of therapists. However, my PCP referred me to Dr. Zorn due to anxiety and depression, and I have to say it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. She has helped me see light at the end of the tunnel. I recommend her and her staff to anyone.
