This place is so clean & the AC works! There are plenty of washers & dryers and they were all in working order when I was there. There are plenty of tables for folding items & rolling baskets to move things from washer to dryer. The change machines that accept a variety of bills.

So....as most of you know....I travel, ALOT. Ive been in and out of Airbnbs and some places just dont have a washer and dryer. My current location is one. Ive been to the local one here and never again will I grace the doors.Grannys Laundromat is as close to perfect as you can get. They offer drop off and pick up (which I havent tried yet). Large capacity washers and dryers. Decent pricing..... tables to fold.... buggies to transfer from washer to dryer.... change machines that work ...an attendant at day....clean place... vending machines....and a claw game, which I love those things anyway.For a laundromat to be this good.... yeah.... Ill giveem 4 stars.Nice work!

The lady who works the drop off service is a hard worker. However, a lot of undesirables use the bathroom and miss the toilet. And dont leave anything unattended it will not be there when you come back.

This has been in Goose Creek for as long as I remember. It is an old building and it looks aged inside. But I have to tell you, the washers and dryers are amazing. 3 loads of laundry done on 1.5 hours and very clean. The washers did not have a odor. I am very pleased.

The owners/workers just need to keep up with their drying machines that are not working properly. But there are many dryers to use that made up for the few that was useless. Always decent, has everything a laundromat should and never crowded when I go. Been going here when needed for years and I always prefer going here.

Floor was dirty and they dont let you use to wash your rugs where am I supposed to go

My experience was okay at one point in time. Until a couple months ago. My family and I went there one night and left to go to the store came back my teenage daughter clothes was out the washer. Now no one else was in there but us and like two other people. So why was my clothes touch of course I raised hell. I dont like no one touching my clothes. I snapped on the two women who was in there. To find out it was the drug head lady that was in there when we first put it in. She lucky she wasnt there. Dont leave your clothes your clothes will be stolen or someone nasty trifling hands will be on them. Cross need to invest in a laundromat.

The Place was very clean and neat. Had a problem with one of the washer. During the wash cycle, the laundry detergent was not pumped into the washer to wash the clothes. Lucky I had put enough detergent in during the pre-wash cycle to thoroughly wash my clothes. I called and left a message with the manager about my problem. About 10 to 15 minutes later, he called me back to state he would be that shortly to fix the problem and give me a refund. Now that is what I call customer service.

We come here often to wash clothes and we never really have a bad experience, except we came here this one night and left our clothes in the washer for a couple of minutes. When we got inside, someone (management) had taken all of our clothes out of the washing machine and had them sitting in a basket. I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t like people touching my clothes. And our clothes had only been in there for a minute or two over.

Great place to do laundry. The remodel has done huge favors for this place looks great. Washers and dryers super clean and work well.

Used this laundromat because of the previous rating but mostly because it was the only one open at 10pm. I was pleased with the facility because it was very clean. I had an issue with one of the washers and placed a call to the number posted on the wall. The owner was there in under 30 minutes to refund me and make sure everything else was working properly. I will definitely use this laundromat again!

My washer broke this morning. Granny’s is very clean. The owner or manager is very friendly and courteous. He even gave me some tips on what might be wrong with my machine.

Convenient 24 hour location. Fairly clean, but my only complaint is the oppressive heat inside this laundromat! Holy cow! its like a freaking sauna in there!The fans are merely blowing hot air around the room...

Been washing laundry here for years. Grand reopening and they updated the look, not so skeezy looking anymore. Washers are better, dryers need updating but otherwise great. Owner is nice when machines mess up and the lady that works in the morning is nice and keeps place in tip top shape.

Used this laundromat a few years ago and my husband said it was super clean. Used it again today in early morning because the only laundromat that is open 24 hours. A woman was actually in here working while I was in here! I dont mind driving a little distance for something great! I think most laundromat in north charleston need to wake up and change their hours to 24 hours.

Lowest prices in the Goose Creek, Ladson and Summerville area! Management keeps it clean, and has industrial fans blowing constantly to battle the heat. If you have any mis-haps, just call and explain what is going on and they will gladly take care of you!

The machines are great and the dryers are large and fast! Its open 24 hours a day, so its convenient! It is just ALWAYS SOOOO HOT!

The establishment was clean but the customer service can use some help. The machine took my money and the man refused to hear me out. Even after I counted the money I had in my hand to prove to him the money is missing and he just kept saying his machine has never taken money. I dropped the issue, continued to do my laundry and he continued to try to bait me into an argument. I refused to entertain him and asked him to leave me alone so I can finish at peace. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I don’t like my integrity questioned or having someone belittle me in front of my mother and child. He was wrong, even strangers in the establishment agreed.

Thanks for the new machines and new security system! Very clean and cheapest prices that I could find in the area. Nice people working there, I highly recommend Grannys.

This place is horrible. My boyfriend and I walked in and NO ONE helped us. The washer and dryers are not labeled or anything. The snack machine took $1.25 from me and didnt give me my snack. Its very hot with no air conditioning. The place is dirty and super crappy. DONT GO HERE.

Was there and half the washers were leaking. Called the number on the wall and was never called back. Will never go back there especially when the whole place was leaking and half my clothes I just washed got wet.

Not safe. The owner watches the place from home on a camera however, the homeless comes in and pretend they work that and dont. Its only a matter of time before things get really out of hand.

Ive been going here for years and its definitely the least expensive laundromat in the area. The owner just got new machines and its very clean compared to some other laundromats Ive been to....

Good place to do laundry

Went one night around 9pm to wash a comforter set. The washer door would not open after the cycle completed. I called the owner and reported the issue. He asked if I would mind waiting until the next morning and he would rewash it, dry it and credit me back the money I’d used. My husband was not happy but I agreed.

Dirty and expensive. BUT only one washer and dryer were down. $4.00 to wash normal loads...large loads $5.00. Dryers. 5 minutes, .25! But they do dry. Extremely dirty!!!!

Please stay far far away from this place if you can its hot the coin machine doesnt work and the dryers dont really work
