I was a little lost coming in since I don’t normally use laundromats. The owner of the laundry mat greeted me and was super helpful on which machines to use and where to get change from, very courteous and interactive with everyone who came in. If I didn’t have a washer and dryer at home that usually works, I’d be here all the time. Wholesome owner and 5 star experience

Been coming here for years... Kinda old fashioned but the machines are industrial strength and the cost of the machines is very affordable. No 5 minute wash cycles here that makes you wonder if your items are actually clean. I use their huge machines on my comforters.

After inquiring about how much it would cost for service, the man threw my bag of laundry at me while screaming and pointing his finger at me, demanding that I leave. I have never been so insulted at a laundry mat before. Disgusting, horrible behavior!

Very rude, closed 30 minutes early I guess because they make their own rules. Telling me they were closed but google and the open sign says otherwise. Just ignorant, probably didn’t help I’m white.To your response if you guys took two minute to ask I only need 15 minutes on a dryer. Great job assuming though!

I always wash my clothes here. Its not a lot of people when I go. David the owner is so willing to help very friendly and always cleaning up. I love that. The washer and dryer prices are good!

For years, this has been my favorite place to do laundry... Aside from my own home. The prices make sense. Most of the machines are in working condition. Even if some arent, there are more than enough to make up for it. You dont have to fight for a35lb washer, because there are plenty. This place is usually clean, and the staff is the best! Customer service is more like... Family service. 💚

The best laundromat Ive used. I have been returning here to do laundry every time I have no machines for almost 10 years. The owner is friendly and helpful. The machines are old but well taken care of and his prices are really good. I feel safe here no matter what time it is

Husband used the drop off laundry here 3 times he lost 2 shirts and it looked like a toddler folded the laundry. $33 for one work shirt and $18 for wrinkled laundry expensive lesson. Happening once could be an accident but twice in a row and to be told your wrong about what you brought in isn’t. They only take cash which should have been a flag to start. We’ve used drop off laundry in several states and this is by far the worst in customer service and laundry service we’ve had anywhere.

I wouldn’t return. My washer at home started smoking after 10 years of use. I told a friend I would use it for 2 more loads as the laundry was mounting. She told me that’s how she caused a house fire...so the next morning I entered this laundromat at 8:30am with 3 loads of clothes.The goodThey had several large capacity washers (triple load)The owner assisted me & suggested machines as I was clueless, he also told me washer prices & times & when to add bleach, I didn’t ask most of these questions.Wash cycle was FAST! (24 minutes)Owner was initially friendlyThey have a coin change machine & the owner appeared to make change for 1 customer.The negativeThe owner suggested I put all my clothes in the triple washer (whites & colors), NO, just no!The owner chided me for confirming the dryer/per quarter times. (7 minutes per quarter by the way) I haven’t visited a laundromat for at least a decade...I ask questions...it’s not a crime. (Not a complaint regarding the price)Heavy clothing did not dry after using 3 separate dryers to distribute the loads.*Lastly, but most importantly...I simply didn’t feel that many of the clothes were clean*My daughter’s school uniform shirts are white. I use high quality products to keep those expensive shirts preserved. The shirts were decent but all of our white socks were a bit dingy. I’m taking my favorite white shirt to my brother’s house to wash...again. (I need it, ASAP) A piece of toddler clothing I had scraped food off of before putting in the laundry...still had the exact hardened outline of the stain (this one was in the triple washer).For the price & time I won’t complain. However, the entire point was to clean my family’s clothes & I don’t feel that was accomplished. Choose your laundromat more wisely than I did.

SHE TOLD ME I COULDNT GET CHANGE OUT OF THE CHANGE MACHINE UNLESS IM DOING LAUNDRY. NEVER HEARD OF A LAUNDRY MAT LIKE THIS BEFORE. POOR SERVICE. SUCKS!!!

Good value for the food. The fried oysters are very good,the fried chicken, meh. Very small pieces and i like a crispy batter,hardly know its battered. Cornbread very dry,add some extra oil and egg. Some sidesare great, and some just ok. Staff was friendly.

No one was wearing face masks, and there was a lot of people. No thanks!

The manager(?), female Asians, spent a large amount of time hovering as I was waiting by the washer and dryer I was using and making rude comments about how I folded my clothes. It was surreal because she clearly meant to be friendly but was acting incredibly weird and awkward.It wasnt the cleanest laundromat but it wasnt terrible. It would be nice if they sold small packets of detergent there.

Owner is a very sweet older gentleman who is standoffish until he gets to know you. Equipment is VERY old but works well and is by far the cheapest in the Creek. I dont mind the dust in the corners as long as my clothes get dry!

My husband and I spent almost 200$ for drop off and they were wet and we were told not to come back when we went back. He was rude, and i will never do business again.

Owner was rude. Yelled and grabbed my child arm for wanting to help (he is two) not to mention, dirty. Never again

Dont ever decide to do laundry on a Sunday, unless its early Sunday morning, e.g, as in midnight or 6 am.
