Amanda was very knowledgeable and friendly. The rental process was simple and quick. The facility is very clean and well lit.

Amanda the store Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me a physical 5x10 unit so I could gauge the size (pictured below) and I thin it will be just what we need. She helped me with my purchase of a few picture sized boxes and actually went and got some from their store room and put them into my trunk. Definitely service with a smile.

Amanda was amazing. My husband and I were closing on our home and during that time my mother in law passed. When we made Reservations here for a storage unit for her things Amanada was awesome and took care of us and our needs in a quickly manner. She went above and beyond to help us out. We are truly grateful for her and glad to see that there are still some people out in the world that care about others needs. Amanda is one of those people. Public storage please continue to do right by her so she can be there for others in their time of need like ours.

RENTERS BEWARE! I would like to start with, the facility is very well maintained and clean. Easy online process to rent a unit. However, I just received a notice that my rent is doubling after just three months. in my opinion, unethical business practice. When I called the office. The very nice young lady explained that the owners review the pricing every 60 days and reserve the right to raise rent as they see fit. This is the risk you take renting with this facility and that it only honors month to month rent. You cannot lock your rate in for a term. Nice place, but you run the risk of uncontrolled rent increases. There are unlimited storage facilities in this area, it is a hassle, but I am moving out of this one for another. Consider looking elsewhere for a facility that has controlled rent increases or offer term contracts.

At Public Storage 26917 Amanda was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I did not have any questions because she explained everything before I could ask. All of the facility that I was in was clean and tidy. I would recommend this Public Storage to others.

This is my first time using a storage unit, wasnt sure what to expect. After talking to Amanda on the phone I felt a lot more comfortable and knowledgeable. Once I came in to meet her in person, it was obvious that she is a master at her craft. She seamlessly navigated me through different units, ensuring that I got one that most efficiently fits my needs!I ask lots of questions with new things and have been told that I am difficult to work with, Amanda was very patient and maintained a genuine smile throughout the entire process!

The staff at the Goose Creek location are phenomenal. Always in good spirits. Always greeting you. They go the extra mile for their customers. The facility manager Amanda is top notch. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs. The facility is very well maintained and the grounds are kept neat. Their online prices are unmatchable. I have two units here and I have been very satisfied since the day I walked in

Staff is always incredibly helpful! There are rolling carriers available to help transport up to other floors, and restrooms are always clean and stocked.

The price and reputation are hard to beat. I setup my account online. When I showed up the unit was clean and easy to access.

Overall really happy with the customer service and and just how overall helpful there staff and manager are.

I have been using this facility for almost 2 years now and I really do love it!! The security in here is amazing! I’m on the 3rd floor and if you are assigned to the 1st or 2nd floor you can not have access to the 3rd (vis versa). So I feel safe after hours. It’s always clean and the employees are always so friendly and willing to assist with all questions!

Had a really great experience while I was looking for a place to store my things during my move. Building was really easy to access and my unit was clean.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! The building roof leaks and even if youre on the first floor, the water leaks down the walls into the units. I had a 10 X 15 unit and after a big rain storm half the unit had 2 inches of water in it. Fortunately I didnt have a lot of items and stored most things closer to the door and not deep inside the unit up against the wall. Damaged most of my boxes and an area rug; I was luckier than other tenants who lost furniture and other valuable stuff. STAY AWAY!! Find another storage facility that takes good care of their building. If you rent here make sure you get insurance. Yes Public Storage is cheaper than most, but you pay for what you get.

I am absolutely astonished, that my wife found this storage facility. Its clean, safe, convenient, not to mention that the staff is off the charts. I mean, I love their professionalism, even though one may think, awh its just a storage facility. Not me, because customer service is very important to me and the way I conduct business. They make you feel important, and to me, thats important, lol. Last, but not least, the prices are remarkable. I was being ripped a new one, over at Uhaul. Im good now and I have and will continue to tell people I know and meet about your facility. Give your staff a raise, cause they deserve it.

Called this morning to find out prices and if they have climate controlled units, i think her name is either Domonique or Monique BUT she was very helpful and very sweet. she also told me that i could do the express check in online and that would save me time and also let me know about the merchandise that she sold inside the office because im going through a divorce and moving out of my old house and i need some boxes and other moving supplies . im looking forward to meeting her thinking about coming in one day next week
