Paint and repair looks good but the work was unfinished.

I love this shop. I have had a few mishaps occur while traveling to Charleston. I was able to get schedule as well as adjust my cost estimation appointment that worked best for me.Once at my appointment for the estimate I was remembered and recalled very easily about my time in college.My vehicle was looked at briefly and was advised that my needed part was only $65 and the dealerships where I could purchase this part. I was able to save about $500 with an easy explanation of everything involved.I love this shop and will always recommend this shop.

10 star for sure!!!!! My car looked and smelled amazing!!!!! I decided I wanted to bake a big tray of cookies for all the employees but sadly ended up in the hospital for nearly 3 weeks. That is why I am just now writing my review. When I am fully recovered, those cookies will SO be there!!!Not only were they friendly and professional but, heres the kicker: my Subaru Forester was laughingly called by my teenage grankids Mimis fur mobile!!! Sad but true!!! My dog Prince over the years completely encased my car with his hair! No joke!!! When I picked up my car I was in a state of shock!!!! Some dedicated soul took on Mimis fur mobile and WON!!!!!!! Talk about above and beyond the call of duty!!!! Called and spoke with Cecil and explained we would be self pay with a limited budget to fix our vehicle. He listened to my needs and made a great recommendation for another shop. I was impressed because he really got my situation and he said they werent there to take advantage. Wow! Lots of respect for that. Ill be back when the situation fits and highly recommend you see the folks at Caliber Collison for your insurance paid/rapid repairs.

Caliber in the creek has great staff that go above and beyond to make you satisfied. LJ is the manager that you can count on to answer any question you may have, as well as make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible during the repair process. Having your car in the shop is a stressful time but this is a shop you can know and trust to take care of you. Give LJ a call because I know I will!

DO NOT take your vehicle to this repair shop. After 40 days of “repairing” my vehicle I am still not back in my car. The collision center staff has never reached out to me to provide an update or adjusted timeline. Every time I have called I get another excuse on whose fault the delay may be - the only consistency is that it “isn’t their fault”. I only took my vehicle to Caliber because of the recommendation of my insurance company and rental car company. I believe that they are taking advantage of me because of my gender and lack of experience in car repairs and mechanics. I am paying every day for a rental car, out of pocket, because this “repair shop” has gone well over all established timelines for the industry. Save yourself from my pain and save yourself hundreds of dollars and find ANY other repair shop! Their tag line is “restoring the rhythm of your life” which, in my experience, is a complete joke.

Patrick was very professional, courteous, and honest. My car was repaired in a timely manner. There was damage found after the initial estimate. Patrick called to inform me and to ask if I wanted repaired.Patrick was very efficient.The young lady/receptionist was most helpful. There was a mix up with Enterprise. The young lady assisted me by moving our business from Moncks Corner to N. Charleston. Very much appreciated her help.

I was rear ended and took my car to Caliber Collision in Goose Creek for repairs. From the first encounter to the final pick up, I could not have been happier. Cecil was my point person and gave me biweekly updates on my vehicle. He was extremely professional, thorough and personable. My car was returned looking brand new, handling better than ever, and as clean as the day I bought it. I got stuck with an awful tiny rental car and somehow Caliber managed to finish an entire week ahead of schedule and get me back into my car. I cannot say enough good things!

Kept me informed of matters pertaining to my vehicle. My vehicle was prepared using new auto parts from my dealership. My car was cleaned and vacuumed when i picked up my vehicle. They also coordinated with the rental company to bring my rental and pick it up after i retrieved my vehicle.

Car was in a wreck (not at fault) my insurance USAA said take car here my whole driver side had to be replaced ..first they took almost 3 weeks to fix car stating they keep receiving damaged doors then when I picked my car up the damaged from the accident was done great but I notice they damage another part of my car. They bent and damage the inside of the driver door to fit door on hinge. Which then damaged the hinge. Then said well its not a safety issue. So now I have to get another rental (at their expense) and leave my car AGAIN. All I have to say is do you own inspection as well

Seamless because USAA works with them and Enterprise came to me and brought me a car and picked it up when I picked up my vehicle. Only 4 stars because you cant call directly to the shop, you have to go through the 800 number and it was at least a 10 minute hold time. My vehicle looks as good as new and Im satisfied with the end result.

Great customer service and quick work! They answered any questions I had, always kept me updated on how repairs were going, and it didnt take too long for the repairs to be finished. And any mistakes were quickly taken care of. Would definitely come back here again!

I truly cannot thank this company enough. At the end of May, my parked vehicle was hit by someone backing out of their driveway. There was significant damage for what seemed to be a less severe “accident”. The technician at Caliber Collision did such a thorough inspection of my vehicle that they ended up finding damage from an accident (from the previous owner) that I wasn’t even aware of! Patrick and David were excellent at communicating and keeping me updated throughout the process. As someone that doesn’t have a lot of knowledge about cars, it was refreshing to be working with a group of people that genuinely wanted me to be informed about my vehicle so that I could be as SAFE as possible. After they completed the work on this vehicle, I ended up buying a different one and David was kind enough to do an inspection to ensure there wasn’t any unreported damages. Had my 2017 truck repaired couple years back. They said their work are Guaranteed for life. However I took my truck back to let them know that the molding was coming off. David supposed to order the parts and replace the molding.. its been over a month and still they nobody has contacted me that the part has came in. This place will tell you they stand by their work however once the job is competed and something happen try getting them to fix the issue.

Wow this place! Friendly and honest people. Took my car in for scratch on the hood, was given quote and length of time they would need it to repair it. Matt told me everything they would need to do and why. When I received my car back (on time) it looked great!!!! The color matched perfectly!!!!! They washed it AND even vacuumed it out, thats more than the Toyota dealership does!!!!!! The paint job also came with a lifetime guarantee for as long as I own the car. I will definitely use them again and recommend their services!!!!!!!!

Went in to get my brake light bulb changed and these guys were so nice. The customer service here is amazing.

Had put in an application 7 months ago and the other day I got a call from the General Manager at this location basically begging me for info because they needed body techs THAT BAD! after blowing up my phone in desperation we finally talk and set up a time for him to give me a call back with an answer from corporate. He never responded to texts or calls after that, If thats how caliber does business no wonder this dude was making calls begging for workers... they have bottom of he barrel techs with bottom of the barrel service,10 out of 10 technicians would not take their cars here!

I had priced several shops before deciding on Caliber, which offered the best price. These guys are top notch - from the office manager (Liz), to Trey and Joey who voluntarily helped with with some logistic issues - but especially Johnathan, who oversaw my job. At one point, Johnathan called to tell me the car was finished (some body work and painting), but he said he wasnt happy with the way it turned out. So, Caliber did the job over - making sure they were satisfied. That meant, of course, that I was satisfied as well. I will use them again, and recommend them to everyone. Great company, with a super work ethic!

Havent used this company yes but going Tuesday to get an estimate and then well go from there send. It was a pothole that messed my car up I could go through the state which I was told send them some pictures an estimate and they would send me the money to have it fixed that way I would not have to worry about my insurance going up because Ive been on the good girl list for over 10 years now LOL and I thought about taking it to Nissan Hudson and that they have to change out all my airbags anyway send me a single sometimes its hard to make decisions truly when youre a woman. Ill let you know how things go ladies

Sam at Caliber Collison did an amazing job, we were well informed of our the status of our vehicle the whole time. The front desk was helpful and our car came back good as new!

About 2.5 years later, the paint on the one door they repaired is bubbling and pealing very badly. All other doors that they did not touch are still in very good condition. Although the staff seemed incredible at the time (I believe I had actually left a 5 star review previously), all this time later I definitely regret my decision in trusting them with what was a brand new vehicle at the time. I am very disappointed. Hopefully they hold up to their warranty now!

I went into Caliber after an accident- they did an extremely thorough estimate for me and then worked with me when I told them I wasnt going through insurance. John worked on my car exactly 3 days later (finding time in their busy schedule). When he realized there would be more extensive work needed on my headlight he sent me pictures and updates. My car was ready the same day and in record time. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone who needs body work done, especially with John.

I went to 3 body shops to get a quote on my Honda Civic that was only a year old. I was paying for the repairs out of pocket and Caliber Collision provided the best/inexpensive quote and explained in detail why it was going to cost that amount. No other body shop took the time to explain in detail what they were going to need to do to my car. The staff was extremely friendly and the repairs took less time than I was expecting.

I will not go back! We were involved in an accident and they took our car here. They said theyd fix it in about 7-10 days. So we had a rental for those days.We waited and waited, no call at all. It had been almost an entire month, and they told us the insurance adjuster came out and said it was totaled.No one from Caliber or Geico reached out to us at all. They have terrible communication here.They also tried saying that there was more damage to it, such as radio, door, and a couple other things. There were no issues with those things when they got it.We will NEVER go back to Caliber Collision and we dropped Geico!

Office Staff was friendly. But when it came time for a scheduled estimate the person to do the estimate was late getting to work. My time is just as valuable. I took time away from work to meet them (to try to be a customer) for an estimate. Giving me the same courtesy of being on time would have been nice.

I used Caliber Collision when I crushed the front end of my car. I had low expectations that It could be fixed. Vincent was amazing. Anytime I had a question or concern he was available to respond almost immediately. He also kept me updated on a daily basis. I was given a 3.5 week time frame, however I received a call from Vincent 2 weeks and 3 days later advising me that my care was ready for pick up early. Then the car it self was amazing! It looked like it had never been wrecked and runs amazing too! I pray I never have to go through a wreck again, but if I do, I will absolutely use Caliber Collision again.

I dropped my 2017Ram 1500 off at the Goose Creek facility on 9/17/2019. Two days later, I received a phone call from Caliber Collision facility in Pawleys Island, SC informing me that they had my vehicle.I, to this date, have NOT heard anything from the Goose Creek facility. Tomorrow will be one month.I’m still waiting to hear from the Goose Creek facility.
