Quickbooks training with Bervalynn has been invaluable. It’s extremely affordable and has saved us so much grief at tax time. I now know how to invoice, receive payments and document expenses quite comfortably, I recommend this for every business owner. I chose this firm based on an ad in a local magazine advertising 25% off the price paid for 2018 tax preparation for new customers. Very disappointed that not only did they not honor that, but they charged me over double what I paid last year. While the person I worked with was as friendly as could be expected with masked pandemic session, she did not ask many questions and made several mistakes, such as listing some of my income under wifes income. I had to go back to have this corrected and then found she had made other mistakes, which did not leave me very confident that I received the best service. My tax bill was almost double what it was last year, without a great increase in income, so seeing the tax bill almost double makes me believe this is not the best firm with which to work.

Completely top-notch Mary and her team have gone out of their way to help me and Mary has met with me multiple times and answered every question that I have.I do my business taxes here and my personal taxes and I just started a second business and Ill be doing business taxes there as well.Also Mary has been able to tell me things that neither my accountant in Michigan or in Indiana in the past had told me were deductible and now Im able to deduct more things that I never knew were deductible that I could have always been deducting.

Very rude Mary the owner!! She doesnt keep her word and does not know how to run a business. Had a appointment with Amy Book out and she cant keep appt she took day off and spend with her family. While my taxes sat for 1 week with in office not done and no answer about when they will be done. So dont come here unless you want to deal with this and Marys rudeness. Never been threw this kind of treatment. So Mlr dont respond 😑😲😶. No excuse poor service rude taxes place.

Showed up to our appointment on time. Was greeted by a very friendly lady at the front door. Then we waited patiently as Mary walked by us a few times without even acknowledging that we were there. Not even a be right with you. Nothing. After 25 minutes of being ignored we decided that we would be finding another tax professional somewhere other than this place. HORRIBLE!

Our case was slightly difficult. I got married this year and my husband was abroad. I was going to shift with him. The accountant from this company was really knowledgeable about what we had to do; this was a relief as other companies did not know. He helped me a lot in disposing tax issues.

Very prompt and took all of the stress off of me!
