THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR TAXES DONE!! I did my business taxes here and received a letter from the State saying they were wrong. I called Amerimex to let then know that I received a letter, the receptionist said they were going to call me back and never did! I went the next day to take my taxes and speak to someone. they took my taxes and said they would call me the next day to resolve the issue. I told them I didnt want my taxes done by the girl who did them, cause she OBVIOUSLY doesnt know what shes doing! I never received a call! so I called to follow up the next day and the receptionist took a message AGAIN! because they were busy I received a call within 5 minutes from Brenda the girl that did my taxes screaming through the phone arguing with me over her mistakes and stating they were not going to fix my taxes and I was not getting a refund.I hanged up and went to pick up my taxes, The owner of this place did not try to solve this issue at all either!!! they pretty much washed their hands! This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had! They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Once you pay them they are done and are not willing to correct their own mistakes! All they do is gossip instead of focusing on what they are doing with the service they are providing! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I would give it zero stars if I could!!!

I highly recommend this place, the employee that helped me (Erika) was very helpful, and she was very positive, and she was very efficient throughout her work. She was amazing to work with because she always answered my questions whenever needed, and was there to to help me from start to end. To receive my green card visa, and I’m very satisfied with her work.

The prices are fair. But the customer service is terrible I didnt feel valued. I feel like my process was rushed overlooked.

I was a client of them for several years, very satisfied until 2017, very happy with the service of Mrs. Esther and Mrs. Julia.But the truth this year I was very disappointed in the service of a new lady that the truth does not even give her name when serving very inexperienced when preparing my taxes and with very poor customer service ...When I spoke on the phone to speak to Mrs. Esther, she did not want to communicate with her and with a very arrogant tone, she said that whatever she wanted, she was going to help me because Mrs. Esther was very busy, without even giving me the option to leave my name for her to call back ..I will consider other options for the next time I require services !!
