Micaela went above and beyond for my husband and I! She stayed on top of everything for us and kept in constant contact with our builder/lender and would report back to us to make sure we were all on the same page. When my husband and I got sick and had to quarantine ourselves for 2 weeks, we couldnt do our walk through, but Micaela stepped in and did it for us while she video chatted with us through the process.
