Installation appointment scheduled for today. No one showed up, called, or texted. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Complaints with FCC and City of Goodyear forthcoming. No second chance from me. This is reminiscent of the monopolistic customer service of the 1970s.

Elon musk is going to help put companies like this out of business.Were getting starlink asap.But with centurylink we get between 30-160kbps download speed.For years its been this way and they refuse to do anything. Why would they when no matter the speed we will always pay $70 a month. Switching AS SOON AS STARLINK IS AVAILABLE HAHA

The Google search for a century link office in goodyear off sweet Acacia road is bogus and does not exist! Century link customer service did not care at all and told me okay get past it when I told them how upset I was over all the poor service and rude service reps via phone Ive encountered

They are conducting business in bad faith. My service was due on the 23th and they disconnected my service on the 23rd at 4am, while I was sleep and not able to pay it. Their own policy says they disconnect service on the end of business day. Ive never heard of a company disconnecting service on the due date. Theyve also outsourced their customer service so you have to deal with a bunch of rude foreigners. Do NOT set up an account with this company. They are a scam. Ive reported them to the BBB. I highly suggest others do the same so you will benefit from a class action law suit.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Only have Centurylink because of the apartment complex. Originally requested service 3 weeks ago and have been re-scheduled with no explanation 4 TIMES!!Completely unprofessional. Most disorganized customer service.

Got tired of Cox raising prices and not offering any upgrades. CenturyLink was nearly half of the price for comparable speeds so I switched. The tech arrived within the window given and connection speeds are consistently higher than Cox (even though the advertised speed from Cox was 30Mb higher). Im saving money and have not had any issues for a year.

Same experience as everyone else with the no shows. They schedule, then either dont show up or cancel last minute. It happened to me FOUR times for a first time installation! Lost four days of work. They shouldnt be allowed to be in business!

They will not answer your questions customer service will hang up on you so they dont have to tell you why theyre charging you extra money on your billing. Dont waste your time on getting service with them cancel 4 months ago and theyre still charging me when I dont have service anymore

I honestly could not be more disappointed in the service I was provided by CenturyLink. We ordered our new service through CenturyLink on July 23rd. I originally just wanted internet services but of course they talked me into bundling cable also. That same day I ordered they charged me $99.00 worth of fees and deposits. Technicians came out on July 26th to connect our services. Everything got connected and was working just fine. Fast forward now to September 7th. Out of the blue I recieve an email from CenturyLink around 5pm stating my order # (the original order # I was given when setting up the internet) had been cancelled and to call if we had any questions. Then my internet modem went red and stopped working. We immediately got in contact with someone and they said that account was cancelled because the technician put in his notes he couldnt reach the box to connect services and we needed to reschedule another appointment for connection. Since we didnt reschedule they cancelled it. WHY WOULD I RESCHEDULE SOMETHING THAT WAS ALREADY WORKING? Now they said the only option to reconnect would be to set up new services with a new account number. I reluctantly agree because we need the internet and was assured we would get our services back. At the end of the conversation I was told I would need to pay another $25 deposit in order to reconnect. I said absolutely not because this wasnt my error and I didnt want my services disconnected in the first place. I was told there was nothing I could do. I hung up. A few days later I contacted another representative to try and figure it out and they transferred me to someone else....then that person transferred me to a supervisor after spending 2 hours and 45 minutes trying to fix what CenturyLink screwed up.....I WAS TOLD I WOULD NEED TO PAY A $50 DEPOSIT TO RECONNECT SERVICES. I am beside myself and finally contacted the BBB to file a complaint. At this point I feel like CenturyLink is robbing their customers of their money and cancelling services that were working to collect more deposit money. All I wanted was my service back and I dont feel like I should have to pay another deposit for a screw up that wasnt mine to begin with. Im disgusted and angry! Im now posting on all social media and giving a rating of 0 on yelp/Google...telling everyone about our experience with CENTURYLINK!

If i could rate a no star i would.. this company if forced on to me because my apartment complex has a deal with direct tv. The service is horrible, customer service is worse, also the technicians arent really experts at all.. its like they give these guys a belt and say good luck.. might i add they dont work on weekends so if someone accidentally unplugs you on friday afternoon well bud youre screwed. Im disgusted and wish i was able to choose another internet provider...

Horrible with scheduling accurately. They will tell you they are gonna show up one day then not show up then when you call and ask where they are they will just reschedule it for another day.

I have only had this service for about a month and already hate it. On hold for at least an hour each time I call. They bill for services they dont even install correctly, then when you schedule a tech to come out and fix the problem, nobody shows up. Such a waste of time and money.

If I could go below the 1 star I would. This is the worst company ever!! 4 techs, 4 modems, 10 different stories of how they will fix my internet. Now I have to dig a trench and hope the flick the new wires work. I absolutely hate hate hate them and wish we had an option.

Horrible customer service and untrained staff, technical support had no idea what a category 5 cable is and the manager Rose had no clue how service is delivered. CSR Oscar hung up on me during our conversation when I asked a technical question. Go with another ISP if you have other options.
