Thank you Peggy! Im so thankful for you and Tami. I had to sign before I went to work which was 4am! I had no other choice. Buying a home can have so many variables happen and to run into people with genuine kindness like these ladies is a true gift.

This is the worst title company that I have worked with in my 16 years in Real Estate, the escrow officer never communicated with me, I have to ask for title report and when I finally received it after 2 weeks in escrow it was missing the 2nd buyer I communicated that to the escrow officer she had no idea how she missed that and was going to re-do all the paperwork to add the 2nd buyer but she forgot to send the corrected documents to the lender and it had to get corrected 1 day before closing when the lender asked for, the same day the lender asked for the CD to be balanced but it didnt happened until next day because according to the escrow officer it was almost 3:00 PM when she received the email. Day of closing loan documents where sent to title first thing in the morning along with wire I emailed the escrow officer at 10:30 asking at what time the buyer could sign, then the loan officer and listing agent emailed with no response until I called her at 12:15 and she wasnt aware of loan documents been received until I asked her at what time the buyer could sign, buyer finally signed at 1:30 and even though the funds been there since the morning she didnt record the day, I got a phone call from the listing agent next morning around 10:20 to congratulate me on our closing but I havent herd from title about the recording taking place, i called title after I got off the phone with the listing agent when I asked her about the recording her answer was Oh yeah that one is done: I will never use this title company again
