Rude and unprofessional. My overseas father in law just purchased a home in Goodyear, closed escrow 11/07/17. On 11/06/17, they sent an email to him saying he still owed $5 for the home warranty, and that he needed to pay it immediately. Being as hes 10 hours ahead, he asked my husband to handle this matter. My husband called this morning, and when he explained he was calling regarding the home warranty fee and how to pay for it, for which we also do not have paperwork for, he was hung up on. He has tried calling numerous times only to ring to voicemail. I have also tried calling this morning to handle paying this fee, and have been sent to voicemail. Completely rude and unprofessional, all for $5. Bad customer service
