Over 1hr on hold on the phone. Really?? This is customer service? Ridiculous. Only reason I kept the reservation was due to the other persons insurance paying for this rental car. If it was upto me, I would never rent from you after this experience. EVER. maybe this place needs new management since they dont know how to staff correctly. Shameful.
Great experience and the staff was very helpful. After I told them I had 3 kids in car seats to drive with they gave me a free up grade to a safer vehicle. They were fast, friendly and were even able to give the kids and myself a ride home.
This was our third time renting and all three times have been perfect. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Service is quick and efficient. The cars have been great. My only complaint is, this recent rental vehicle had dog hairs in it. Otherwise, I recommend and will continue to rent here.
This was my first time using the Buckeye Az location to rent a vehicle. I’ve been renting with enterprise for years and I have never had the passive aggressive and non solution based customer service that I had during my rental. From the time I went to pick it up, everyday I had it and again when I dropped it off. A pure headache. I made sure to let them know that I will NEVER return to this location. Terrible and when called out they acted surprised. Very fake and unprofessional.
Great customer service and always friendly in person and on the phone, we reserved a specific van 2 months ahead and got it. Vehicles are very clean in and out and they provide a clorox wipes too.

The manager at this location has bad customer service skills. i was very insulted by her yes i lost my head and called her a name after dealing with. her and that is usually not me but she made me so angry by trying to boss me around i will never go to this enterprise again.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Was supposedly renting a convertible for a week long vacation. At the time I was to pickup I was told the convertible was getting new tires and someone from Enterprise would have to pick it up at the garage when it was ready. An hour later I was told it just needed gas. Half an hour later still nothing. Finally Im taken out to do the walk around, the gentleman doing the walk, left and returned only to tell me I cannot legally rent the convertible due to right rear tire failing inspection. Good thing it got new tires. For all the waiting and trouble I received a $90 discount. Big deal. Do better. Reservations are in the system, make sure there are enough cars, dont wait til day of rental to decide a car needs tires, make arrangements for customers to get the car they want at another location.
I have rented 19 cars this year with enterprise location. Only to be let down once again at this location. If it wasn’t a car being switch out on me while having a reservation to no gas in the vehicle to booking in advance to call me the day of reservation that they don’t have a seven passenger vehicle for my booking. List goes on and on. Today I came in for a rental at 6pm and my reservation is for 6pm. I literally pulled up to the door at 6p knowing full well they keep the doors open for vehicles that return late or employees doing closing checklist. I get turned away at the door from an employee I’ve never met saying she has put up her keys and they are closed. At this point I’m done with enterprise and will look for another rental place that actually has some business. I would not recommend this location for rentals.
Went to go pick up a car today and was told because I made my reservation online an hour ago that they don’t have a car for me and on top of that they had a lobby full of people waiting. I already knew when I walked in saw all these people in the lobby that it was trouble in Paradise. I guess it was my fault that I was able to make a reservation online an hour ago. It shouldn’t matter when I made the reservation, it was Made‼️ Horrible service

I had no problems with having to rent a vehicle from them for 3 weeks.. and each time I would extend my week of renting... it was no problems with doing so.. the employees were helpful...courteous and professional each time... I have been going to the Goodyear, AZ Enterprise location for about 4 years and have never had a bad experience. One time one of the cars I rented had a light smell of cigarette smoke in it, and I let them know when I returned it and they even gave me 10% off on my next rental just for the trouble. I love this location, always excellent service’
If this for the rental at the Goodyear Location, Id like to share this. I left a contact number upon request form the agent at the location. The vehicle was returned with a crack in the windshield. I was still in the state of Arizona and they called my home number instead of my cell number. I wished someone had made contact with me so I could have explained what happen. I have made several calls to the damage center to get the necessary documentation to present to my insurance. I dont understand why its taking so long to get these documents so I can complete this claim. Other than those issues, everything went very well. The agent was very nice and professional. I have been renting from Enterprise since I was 17 years old and I will be 50 this August 2021. The reason I’ve been sick a loyal customer is because Enterprise has always been there for me even though I didn’t have a credit card or have a lot of money. I have rented from California, Nevada and now Arizona where I live now. I have never had to pay my total plus $200 deposit the day I pick the vehicle up. I’ve always had to put a $200 deposit because I was using a debit card. This past rental experience I had I had to pay $705 the day I picked my vehicle up. Thankfully I had the funds this time to do it. Enterprise used to be there for the people that didn’t have a credit card or a lot of money. I do not think I’d be able to rent a vehicle again due to this having to pay my total plus a $200 deposit the day the vehicle is picked up. Enterprise has always had the best customer service reaching over the bar which no other rental company can compare. But due to this past experience I may not ever be able to rent from enterprise again. Due to the fact that I normally do not have that much money in my account to be able to pay up to $700+ to rent a vehicle.
I love Enterprise in Goodyear. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but its a busy location and they do the best they can. I have been a customer for about 5 years and I always get a nice car and good service.
Cars not cleaned between rentals. I had two vehicles from this location. Neither had been vacuumed. Gravel and debris both sides in front seats. Crumbs on back seat, and melted chocolate candy wrapper stuck under front seat. It seems like cars were turned over as soon as returned. I got two cars n two days and both needed cleaning.
I had a really good experience there. The girls where very sweet and helpful. They took care of my rental issue that I was having at another rental place. The car I received was clean on the inside as well as outside.

The location at 13740 W. Van Buren, Goodyear AZ, is a very busy place and the wait time for addressing customers needs is too long. After several attempts to get a copy of my receipt upon returning my rental, I called Enterprise for the third time. I spoke with customer service representative, Drew. He was able to send my receipt via email within a few minutes. This location needs more employees like Drew, so productivity improves and dissatisfied customers are limited in numbers.
Goodyear location is excellent. Service was quick. Plenty of agents to help. Very friendly. Will bypass airport rental facility from now on. Price is much better as well.

I have rented many times over the past three years for work. Pre-pandemic I would walk in and everyone knew me. Now everyone there appears to be new and the service is extremely slow. There is pretty much always a wait, but the worst was this week when myself and many people in the lobby waited an hour to be taken to a car. The part that really upset me was as I and many other people waited patiently another customer came in to pick up her car. When the manager that checked her in told her it was going to be a wait until she got her car, she stated that she gave him reasons of things she had to do. I am sorry but we all have things we needed to get to, but didnt complain. The manager told her not to worry, they would get her taken care of. After I had been standing there waiting along with at least 10 other people for an hour, the lady gets called to get her car after 15 minutes of waiting! That was so frustrating. Apparently waiting patiently doesnt get you anywhere, everyone should have went up to the desk with excuses and would have got a car faster.I believe the assistant manager, she appeared to be the only one running around trying to move people through. Everyone else appeared to be just casually moving about. For instance, apparently customers were leaving and the associates called them when their car was ready. An associate called a customer to tell her the car was ready. The associate hung up and told the manager that she said she would be there in 5 minutes. Then he just stood back as though he was going to wait for her while there is a lobby full of people waiting! After a couple minutes the manager finally gave him another customer to handle.
Overall, the experience was good. However, it was frustrating that I made the reservation for 2:00 but wasnt picked up until after 3:00 which made me late to my first appointment.
I understand youre busy but, dont hang up on me after Ive waited 20 mins for you... thats really not cool when I need your help.

When I picked up my rental, the associate said there was a slight hint of cigarette smell. Come to find out, it wasnt. It was an aroma of marijuana. When utilizing the rear a/c or heat, the smell got worse. I could smell it on my clothes and taste it!Yes I was given a discount, but they are not supposed to be smoked in.
After reserving online and then waiting 45 minutes to be picked up, I then am told they dont have the vehicle I reserved at this location. Why have a reservation? Customer service has not been good, just an empty apology while I wait another hour. I sure hope when the vehicle gets here its the correct one.

Poor product. Had to wait 2 hours for the car. Tank of gas only 1/3 full. So I had to guess how much gas to use and replace.. i lost money on that or I should say enterprise profited. Great staff-handled grumpy customers without problems.
Extremely Poor experience. We unfortunately left our Grandsons car seat in our rental. We called the next day and Enterprise said they would check it out. That was back in October of 2020. We have called repeatedly and continue to get the same run around story. They dont have it in lost and found and they will look for it in their inventory and will call me back the next business day - to which I never get a call.This is totally unacceptable and very poor Customer Service.This whole situation should have been resolved months ago.Looks like I have to go through the call process all over again.
It was a memorable one. They rented me a car with tags that expired in June of 2020. I got pulled over 3 times. They offered me a 10% discount?? Check/Change oil notification came up along with check tire pressure notification. Paid $1100.00 for 13 days because I wanted to make sure I was 100% covered. Car was good, experience not so much
Enterprise did not return my security deposit and has charged me extra to my account, days after turning in the rental, when I call Enterprise Goodyear, they say they will have Cooper, their manager give me a call, but he hasnt returned my called after 2 weeks of reaching out. Enterprise Goodyear cant seem to give me an answer as to why they are charging me extra and not returning my security deposit. Ive told them they have to charge State Farm insurance, since they are the ones that coordinated my rental with Enterprise as my car was in an auto shop, however, Enterprise Goodyear continues to give me an excuse that they are too busy with customers to return my calls and support me in returning my money. This has been ongoing since April 9th. I need Enterprise Goodyear to return my call, return my security deposit and extra charges, and work with State Farm directly to charge them for the fees as stated on the Rental Agreement per Enterprise Goodyear.
Customer service was great on and out no problems would use them again when in the area.

Made reservations by phone a few days early only to arrive to find out they could not accomodate my needs after being specifically asked while making reservations. Employee blamed company out sourcing as problem.

The staff were great. My rental was perfect.
When we received the RAV 4 rental car it was dirty on the outside and inside. Although they said they thoroughly sanitize the vehicle it did not look like it. There was dried Taco Bell shredded cheese on the dash and lots of dust inside the vehicle. Do you think they would’ve at least vacuumed it out? The vehicle also was equipped with an eco start and stop feature which was very annoying and it also went in and out of all wheel drive all on its own. Next time I rent a car from enterprise if it’s dirty inside or out I will make them wash it and vacuum it out.
So we rented a car and was told we get a discount thru my wifes employment which we never received, the car that I was told I would be getting wasnt it which I had to get something smaller, just felt like they lack costumers service training

Terrible - when I get a confirmation that states I have been confirmed - I am expecting a vehicle. If I had never called, I would have travel from a long ways thinking the SUV that I reserved would be ready.Instead, I was given some exceuse, I see that you made this at 9 pm, thats why your reservation went throughI did record the conversation, just incase I am called a liar. This really messed up the furneral I had to cater to, now I have to UBER everywhere to get my catering supplies...Thanks a lot EP..... you can always be counted on as your jingle states.
Excellent service, upgraded my car at no additional charge because the series I ordered wasnt in yet. Gave me drop off service at home on the weekend even though they usually dont provide this on the weekends. Have used other car rentals in the past . Enterprise has always been much better al around.
There are locations that are closer to me but this one is easy to get in and out of. They were busy but they made it easy breezy. They were also super friendly. I didnt feel like a bother. I definitely would go back.
Always feels like they are understaffed. It is like the Seinfeld episode, where they can take the reservation but they cant hold the reservation. Every single time. We rent alot of vehicles this is truly a problem it never fails it is so very frustrating.
Thanks for setting us up took great care of us when they were very busy. Its nice when your vehicle is having warranty work done you have plans for the weekend and your car has to stay in the shop. They took care of us and listened to our needs set us up with the perfect vehicle for the weekend. Thanks again for listening to your customers. We will be back.
The customer service at the branch was great. But the product was terrible. I reserved a mini van and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The attendant claimed it was only the chemicals used but I still smelt cigarettes every time I got into the van. The van drove well but for the price of the rental for one day ($90) plus, I expect there to be digital updates instead of analog features. I didn’t realize I didn’t have the option to listen to music from my phone until after the branch was closed. My iPhone doesn’t have an aux cord plug in and there was no other source for me to listen to music from my phone.
My experience at Enterprise was good and bad. While I was there the computer system was not working; therefore, no transactions could be entered into the system. However, thanks to the fast thinking of Mr. Troy Lederer, Assistant Manager he was able the necessary transaction to get me on my way within a reasonable period of time. Thanks, Troy for thinking out of the box and saving my vacation.
I have rented from enterprise for years. In many different states and airports, even from my home town just for a fun get a way. I have never not been satisfied. They have an awesome inventory and their customer service is always top notch.
I was told twice by 2 different reps that I I rented a week Id get 2 days free! Well they didnt define their definition of week cause it turned out I didnt get any extra days free. I had to pay extra for the two days. On top of that they told me they were giving me a free upgrade but it was just the car I was originally going to get. I was so no happy at all...I dont think Ill return there. Budget it is!
Downside, I waited a little over an hour for a car even though I made a reservation a month prior because I knew it would be busy due to the holiday.. Upside for my wait I received an upgrade which was cheaper than my original reservation. The staff was nice and as accommodating as they could be with how busy they were.I will definitely go back but next time I will call and ask if cars are ready before I sit inside the office again..
I use Enterprise a lot and this location in particular I had a really good experience. I travel a lot because of my job and I use Enterprise often (work/pleasure). The whole experience was a pleasant one. It’s everything the market Enterprise to be. (The last location I rented at was very chaotic and staff was very rude and unprofessional).My driver was on time and very professional. Everyone inside at the desk was nice & friendly. They ALL welcomed me and the vibe in the store was really good. They were very personable. The process was fast! When I brought the car back the gentlemen was friendly as well. He asked about my experience and thanked me for using them. Overall great customer service.
This is a very good place to rent a ride. They got all the vehicles that you want. The truck, Dodge Ram, is very smooth and nice going on a long distance trip. And I meant economically fuel mileage if you want to safe on gasoline. I will always rent at Enterprise Rental and do recommend it to everyone.

I dont like the single out African American Women, asking if I was employed... didnt ask a white couple just because they used a credit card...that was very tough for me... because they may have been both unemployed...I had been at that location plenty of time never been asked that particular question.. because it made them uncomfortable...so they hired African American men...to ask the uncomfortable questions... shame on them...
I’ve been in a rental car since my car accident in September and I’ve had a great experience. I have been dealing with *Dan the Man* Everytime I renew my contract, He is so nice, on point, has my paperwork together, good conversation while waiting, I personally don’t want to to deal with noone other than him! He is very polite and sweet! I hope he becomes a manager soon because he is very worth it and on his way there! He works at the location on 441 in Lauderdale lakes if he relocated than so do I period.... #Dan the Man he is worth the wait!!!!
I had an awesome experience at Enterprise. I inadvertently went to the wrong location to rent a mini-van. The representative gave me an amazing deal on a Nissan Armada and it was perfect for my family of seven. Check in was effortless and I was done in about 5 minutes.
I recently rented a car with enterprise in Goodyear Arizona. Pick up day was fast and easy. When I returned the rental is was quick. I was in and out with in 5 minutes or less. I’m looking forward to getting another rental in December from this location.
Scheduling an RSVP on a Sunday afternoon at 11:30am and picking up our rental car before 1pm when the location closes is AWESOME!!! As a loyal Enterprise Car rental user, I’m still blown away by the consistency of the high level of customer care these employees provide! To have a local Enterprise location open on a Sunday is a miracle!This location specifically in Goodyear off W Van Buren Street surpassed expectations of white glove service! Even though they where out of a full size sedan, they kindly upgraded our family into a full size SUV. All business have changed and had to adapt to the new social distancing rules and expectations in result of this year 2020. The experience our family had at this specific location in Goodyear,AZ was out of this world! 5 Star for the entire staff, from all the team members cleaning the cars, to the team members who check in guest, & the leadership running this location!! In general, having patients and showing respect to all people who are there to help you is the key to having the experience our family had with this location! I’ve only rented a few times and from the same location because I love their customer service. I did have to wait a little longer once but they make sure you’re taken care of and get what you ask for. Best customer service picking up and dropping off. Most likely will only be going to this location (van Buren near Litchfield) because they give you their best.

Love Enterprise... have rented from them for years. They are the only ones I will rent from. This last pickup though, the agent was showing me all these vehicles to choose from and then once I picked one he say of that one will be $21 more a day. Why is he trying to update me? Obviously if I picked out a mid size SUV that’s what I want. They were not friendly as usual so I will not be returning to the Van Buren and Dysart location for rental.

Check-in for my reservation was easy. Received my rental immediately after check-in. Everyone was friendly, courteous and very professional. Very efficient. I had to extend my rental for 2 days and had no problem. Again, very courteous and professional. Return was very easy. Pulled up and a representative came out to meet me. Took about 5 min at most. Just a GREAT rental store!!!!!! Very satisfied and I will return for future rentals. The car was great as well.

I only give 4 stars because the online booking process was such a hassle as I wanted to pick up and drop off the car at 2 different locations. Fortunately they had a phone option so I could call and make the arrangements correctly. Unfortunately it was more expensive to have to book by phone. I was also not told about the $200 safety deposit until I was sitting in the car and complete if the final signature so that was a sudden surprise. Thankfully I was able cover the deposit but image the awkwardness of someone could not. Other than those 2 issues the rental was smooth and easy to return. The car was very clean and ran well.

I was in a car accident and totaled my vehicle last winter. Enterprise car rental made it extremely easy to get my insurance info over and get on the road. The car was clean, full of gas, and safe to drive. Prices are fair and the workers will try to upsell but this is expected.I then took my mom over a few months later to rent a car for her to drive back home, also a painless process. She was able to rent a car from AZ and drive to an enterprise in Utah and drop it off with no issues. Would Highly recommend!
Closes too early in middays
I recently rented a truck from Enterprise. The people had fantastic customer service as usual. I rent from them a couple times a year and have never had anything to complain about. I will be using them very soon again.
Helpful staff all the time and always accommodating.Issues with some associates who let others inside get helped before those waiting outside. Given the severity of COVID in Arizona this seems to punish people who want to do good by others in waiting outside.Ive also had issues with my address authorization when I havent before so this makes me feel like my service isnt wanted here.Ive used this location at least 5 times in the last 3 months.

Id have given 5 stars, but we had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes to get our car. I guess we were lucky though. They ended up turning people away because they ran out of cars.
Enterprise was extremely helpful with our rental when we had false tire sensor issues. I will definitely use Enterprise again. The employees are always responsive to their customers needs.
The customer service agents were all very professional and cordial but I had to wait 30 minutes for my car to be ready at pick up (about an hour after the actual reservation time). Ive never had to wait for a car ever in my rental experience but I understand they were busy. I told the branch manager, Sebastian, about it upon the vehicle return and he gave me 20% off the next rental. This is a hand written note on his business card so well see if it has any value at any other Enterprise location (and not completely useful when I book online). But I did appreciate the effort to make it better for me in the future. The location is relatively convenient for me in Goodyear so I would rent from them again.

Not sure why I was charged for two day rental I picked car up on a Saturday at 5:30 p.m. brought back on Sunday at 9:00a.m....charged for two days. Could it be a minimum charge 🤔 ...I dont know, had a free upgrade also they did honor that tho...I always rent with them, maybd it was the office we rented from ? Puzzled????
