I rental here for traveling for work. The only complaint is the cars need to be cleaned thoroughly after each use. I have to clean the cars myself after picking it up at this location. You would think with COVID going around this wouldnt be an issue.

This was my pick up location, drop off location was in Tucson. First, the employee was uninviting and was not wearing a mask. Secondly, the full-size car I requested was not available so I was upgraded to an SUV for free - I thought that was great. However, the employee knowingly gave me a car that was dirty. I didn’t think it would be as dirty as it was. The car was so dirty (See pictures) and had a bad odor! Almost as if people had taken a really long road trip in it and nobody bothered to disguise the odors or clean up. I was in a hurry and had no time to go back inside and ask for a different vehicle. The employee mentioned that the car had been sanitized, but not cleaned so it may look “dusty”.. there were stains all over the seats and sticky stains on the steering wheel - I had to sanitize everything myself because at that point I didn’t trust that the car had even been sanitized...When moving a seat forward, I found soiled baby’s clothing! The car rentals I usually get from third parties are from enterprise and I’ve never had this problem with them. Their cars are usually spotless and smell new. Renting cars should be a comfortable, trusting and safe experience, but this was not. I will not be renting from budget again, especially not from this location. I can’t believe I paid over $70 for a very uncomfortable experience. I expressed all of this at my drop off location and got an apology, not even a partial refund.

Not good at careful accountability. Yes this place is cheap, but they will get you by charging you thousands of dollars for damage that may not be yours. They will be friendly, take the car, and months later you will be contacted by a debt collector. Not right be careful here.

Super easy pickup at Avondale and easy return at Goodyear open on Sundays there.Both locations very friendly and quick. Only negative was they said they had a slow leak fixed on a tire but it was not.

Fast check-in and check-out. Great prices and very convenient.

I have rented a hundred cars in dozens of places in several cities and airports. Budget normally has the best price. This particular location has the Blessing of Cathy the manager who I have dealt with 6 or so times. Very organized very friendly and professional. Always a smile and Ive witnessed her defuse a disgruntled customer with ease and kept her cool, everyone was satisfied. This is a low key location which I also enjoy.

Budget car rental at the Hampton inn hotel has the best deals quick in and out and they give free upgrades. Rented here multiple times. Cathy is wonderful and so accommodating. Half the cost of the airport rentals best to fly in and take Uber to one of the smaller offices and rent there.

Was there on a 95°day and the attendant was taking great care of everyone, going non-stop all day. Cars were immaculate and spotless inside and out. Just awesome

I have rented from here several times. Its always quick and easy. Everyone is always very friendly.

Convenient location since its part of the hotel. Was able to leave my personal vehicle there overnight (not the case for all Budget locations). My vehicle was a 2015 and had low mileage which I appreciate (9k miles). Staff is good, although the woman who helped me put the wrong checkout time on my paperwork, and it created a small problem during return. Also, the vehicle could have been a little cleaner - I dont know if theyre actually cleaning vehicles after they get checked in??? Otherwise, it worked out ok.

Cathy was extremely helpful. To get my family and I on the road. Ill give her Fourthumbs up and 10 high-fives shes the best!!!!!

Desk is always friendly and get you in your car fairly quick. I rent a car at least once a month and I always find the best prices at Budget.

This metroplex if car rentals is right off the airport. Sinage was a little confusing to pick up a friend but found the area to pick up after car dropoff

Very rude, unprofessional, cars were parked in Hampton hotel parking place... Not very well kept cars. Need better dress code.

Budget and its call center need to get it together! You get told one thing over the phone and the person at the counter tells you another! This is why i always go to enterprise!
