Staff are always super nice and friendly. Propane gas is also available here and when they see you pull up they dont hesitate to come out and help you fill your tanks. If I were in need of a storage unit ... I would choose to go here.

Gary and Dennis were extremely helpful to me and my mother when we were in a bind needing to store our belongings until our residence was ready. The facility is clean and safe. I highly recommend them.

Palm Valley storage is an amazing place to have your things away at!! The staff are very professional and helpful. I asked about a million questions and all of them where answered!! I would definitely recommend this place!!

The whole team here was amazing! I worked with Gary and Hj yet to get my 10x15 unit. Gary was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make the experience amazing from the start! Even if I wasn’t super close to theese units I would still suggest this location for the amazing team!

We noticed the facility is very clean and easy to use. The price for our storage unit is very fair and the manager that took care of us was friendly and very helpful. We will use them again .

My mother has used Palm Valley for years and I have never seen her have a problem yet. So when it was time for me to get a storage unit I didnt even think about going any other place.The staff is always friendly and polite and the building and units are always clean. This is a great place if you need a climate controlled storage unit.

This storage has great size selections for the units. They have competitive pricing and everything is inside and air-conditioned. The staff were very helpful and took me around to several units so I could compare the sizes and pricing. They made the rental process very quick and easy so I was done in 20 minutes and ready to move my stuff in.

The first time you walk in you are greeted warmly. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I talked to them about the things I had to store and they helped find an appropriate size. The unit is very accessible and very clean, as is the whole facility.

Perfect place if you are in need of storage. I have used Palm Valley Storage Solutions for 4 years and have never had a problem. Even with the heat nothing in the unit has ever been ruined. The staff is extremely polite and helpful.
