I didn’t get a unit, but MAY was so amazing when my vehicle broke down in front of the office. She didn’t have to help me, but she gave me ice cold water. Tried to get me help to get my car jumped. Allowed my kids and I to sit in the ac. I am so very appreciative that she was there to help. If she’s this helpful to someone who doesn’t have business at this facility. I can only imagine how wonderful she is at her job! Thank you so much!

I want to say that May specifically did an amazing job helping me and my parents find the right storage for exactly what we needed. She gave us all the information on the unit and open/close times and answered all of our questions with great answers and a smile. To be quite honest this beautiful young lady needs a raise asap.

We started to look for some storage which seems to be difficult currently with everyone booked up for the bigger sizes. This location was the same according to the system. Immodest when she said no openings, the 2nd guy on staff at this Litchfield location went out to perform a lock check. After giving the lady our info we went on a drive to a few others and before we could arrive at the next location she called. They found 2 units the size we needed. When we came back she explained every detail in full to us and answered every question we had. She knew her information about her job. The other guy also performed the check quick and when they had no locks on hand except the 2 pack, the 2nd guy knew where the last box was and got it to us. This location has very solid employees that help the customers. We are new to getting the unit but Im not worried. Normally when a company has strong employees, the business structure follows that same tone. We are very pleased. Did I mention they gave us a good deal? They did, so this was a very pleasant experience so far.

Safe place. Stored trailer there while traveling. Front desk makes big deal about staying in your spot but when I came to pick up trailer the trailer next to mine was moved partially in my spot making it tighter to get out. Did get upgraded to asphalt parking

My experience renting a storage unit was seamless. I had great customer service. I got the size storage unit that I needed and a nice storage price for my first month. The only complaint I have is that my storage unit was not clean. I swept it out upon my moving in.

It Started As A Good Deal, Then When The First Bill Was Due Seem Like The Deal That Was Offered Was Not Fulfilled. I’d Call And Leave Voicemail, No Responses. Which Means I Had To Go Up To The Storage Facility, And Deal With This Issue. This Is Very Dissatisfying, And Unprofessional.

The customer service in the office was excellent.

First off, the guy in the front was a 5 Star alone. He was great, customer service was great, his knowledge was top notch.The ONLY reason this is not a 5 start is because I found a roach in my unit the day i started moving in. I had read other reviews taking about mice.. its a pretty clean facility, but a roach.. makes me believe i should prepare myself for the worst.. maybe thats a little dramatic but thats definitely not something a tenant wants to see on the first day.

Clean facility. We were quickly greeted and acknowledged by the young woman May in the office, she was knowledgable and friendly. I would have given 5 stars however, the property manager I found to be rude and unpleasant and seriously lacking customer service. I do not recommend their online move in process because they dont give you enough details of how it works. We completed a move in on a saturday after hours which also gave us gate access however the lock was not able to be removed til monday. We tried asking property manager and she said you cant move in on a sunday its in the lease. However after reading the lease I did not see anywhere it said I couldnt move in sunday. She was not friendly or understanding at all. If it werent for May I would have went elsewhere.

Cathe was great and the check in process went very smoothly. Nice clean site with many options for storage. We stored our Travel Trailer. On site is a an RV dump and cleaning station.

If you want a damage free and secure RV, then this is not the place for you. The place keeps getting hit by young punks that jump the wall and destroy property. You would think with all the cameras on the property and a security guard the place would be safer.

I have using this services about 4 times in the last ten yeaara great service very polite and courteous I like they let us us the truck to move our staff saving some money

Absolutely horrified!!!! I give this place no stars!! I used this storage for three months, and the day I got my belongings out and into my new place, there was three newborn rats in my boxes, not to mention droppings on furniture, and my childrens toys etc! Absolutely disgusting!! This place is not maintained well enough! I have used many other storages and never ever had this happen before. I dont recommend anyone use this storage. Not to mention the dead roaches and other creepy crawlers on the outside of the units. I really hope in the future others dont experience this horrifying ordeal!!

Very friendly staff. We were able to find a level paved space for our 371/2 foot 5th wheel for a very fair monthly rate. Easy access and wide isles to swing the trailer into the oull thru space. Qould highly recommend this facility.

My experience at Goodyear Self Storage was great the staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Would recommend this location to family and friends. They also have good deals. The only complaint that I have is that Isaac doesnt know how to pick a good football team!!! Hes a bears fan and its sad!!!! Go Niners!!!!

Unit was extremely dirty, floors and walls had a constant coating of dust/dirt on there entirety. I went back to rent another unit and the new guy was extremely helpful and through. They hired a good asset to their business.

All contracts and cost was clearly explained with appropriate amount of time spent. Everything was provided in writing in a clearly understood manner. Facilities are located in a safe area, security is top notch and facilities are week kept.

Attendant was very helpful. We might be switching from River Crossing to Goodyear Self Storage. Quoted us a better rate,had paved parking and had a pull thru site for our 5th wheel. Very disappointed at River Crossing. Had stored our trailers their for 3 plus years and when we got back from our trip a semi was parled in our spot.

This place is great, Issac was awesome. Issac took the time to call me when rain was coming and he noticed the vents on my travel trailer were open. No one ever does that these days but he did. If it wasn’t for his call my travel trailer would have had rain damage to the interior, Thanks Issac..

Love the location and the price I was able to store my Travel Trailer. Issac was awesome at the front desk. We were in and out quickly and I had all the details I needed from him.

All great employees keeping in touch before I arrived and checking in. Only complaint is the inside of the storage unit hadnt been cleaned since they built them. The corraguted walls had a 1/16 inch of dust on them and the floor was worst. Cobwebs in corners. Hopefully with this comment theyll incorporate a cleaning they before others check in.

I have been renting storage units from them for years on and off they have great service very friendly staff and best prices in town.

Isaac is very knowledgable about his business, and was open and friendly, but still very professional. We were also impressed with the overall cleanliness and security of Goodyear Self Storage

I wish I had done more research prior to selecting this facility. There is NO flexibility!No extension of hours ( i can do it for you this one time otherwise contact corporate) when i was moving in.I am left wondering if a free rental truck (1 OR 2 TIMES) worth the inconvenience of NOT having access to my personal items as needed?Customer Service / attitude leaves much to be desired.Based on location my things will stay there but Im definitely looking for a place in the area where i will have more access.

We have been using this place for years now for our business. We had a change in our management and they refused to change the name of my business until the previous person signed off on it, even though my business is paying the bill! When I was trying to explain this to Ricci- the person on the phone- she was short and extremely rude. I am waiting for a phone call from their district manager Jessica Thomas next week. Lets see.

I have three parking spaces, RV covered, boat covered and a trailer, so rather expensive. Rate increases have hurt, but not unfair due to the support Kristi and her staff provide. I have been at this facility for three years now and still find it to be the best even with the recent ownership changes. BUT, a lot of the satisfaction comes from the care, concern and personal touch service Ive received. I know they are being stretched to continue at the current level and upper management needs to address additional help required to maintain the level of care and service we the customers have come to expect.Ive liked the improvements and cleaning up the junkers that were there, but it is the hands on from the office that goes beyond expectations.I highly recommend this location and have sent many others to you.Keep it up and youll keep us all, but please dont burn out the real assets you have in the management team. They are the true face of your company and its first front line shown when we walk through the door.Thanks for the opportunity to speak up.

Great customer service

Been renting here for over a year now and just added another unit. The pricing is very competitive compared to other storage facilities around the area. I have nothing but good things to say about Ricci the manager there and the staff through my experience. Unlike, most storage facilities. They will work with you on pricing, especially if you are renting more then one unit longterm.

They use a third party (Sparefoot) to reserve storage for our camper. EZ Storage doesn’t honor these reservations. We would have traveled 1800 miles and found we had no reservation. No one should book with these people.

Kristi, the on-site manager, was outstanding. She helped plan and coordinate a large move from a moving van into two big storage units. Having not done that before, I relied on her extensively before and during the process. Everything was clean and ready on time and went off without a hitch. Great job!

Izaac was amazing! We had to move our vehicle and were concerned about good locations and pricing. Izaac was the man and helped put my husband and I at ease! I have been in customer service for 18 years and Izaac is a true gem! I would give 10 stars if I could!!! I would definitely recommend if in need of parking for your vehicle!!!

These folks have rules NO GAS vehicles can be placed inside confined units. But be AWARE, they have a polaris with gas in it in a unit right now. I’d find another place to put my storage that’s major combustion issues right there!! They are aware, have taken NO steps to rectify it!!! I am sure the folks in the surrounding units are going to be pleased all their stuff smells of gas...with the heat coming next week.....should be interesting!

I was late one month 130..when I went the following. Month to pay they charged me 300 dollars since I was not late this month how is it that I have to pay so much. I feel like the management doesnt care one bit in fact I think they pray apon ones having difficulty staying paid up. Far from friendly esp when they told my xboyfrien not to come back. It left me alone with no help...

It appears that this business has created a system where existing storage account holders are forced out of their storage spaces by increasing the rates continuously. It has been reported that these customers are contacted continuously with harassing phone calls stating that their rent is due and/or they have paid an incorrect amount towards their storage. This forces these customers to seek storage elsewhere. The appearance is that the company is looking to replace those existing customers with higher paying renters.Recommendation: Request a copy of original contract and a complete rundown of charges and payments since the start of contract. Take notice of the percentage of increase to assure it is valid and within the initial percentage stated in the contract. Contact the BBB OR ATTORNEY for advice, if necessary.

I was super impressed with the service I received. The staff was quick to accommodate my needs I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend this storage facility to any one who is looking or needs storage.

If you want to have access to your RV when you want it I would not recommened this place. Biggest weekend of the year for camping and RVing and they have restricted access so that I cant get my RV out. No one to call.To add to this. There are homesless people that live in the units. They can be seen leaving every morning when the gates open and can see their filled shopping carts parked outside of the units regularly.

My move in was a bit complicated but Kristi and Cassandra never stopped working to make sure all of our needs were met. Im very happy with the final result. I recommend this facility without reservation.

Nice facility. Stored my RV there for over 6 years. Rates were high but reasonable considering the amenities. October 2017, almost a 40% increase because of new ownership out of California. Complained but the facility managers have their hands tied. Called corporate in California. They would not even return the call. They apparently dont appreciate our business. Friends also moving out.Moved to Dysart RV & Boat Storage. Paying half the price for a larger space. Discounts for military & 6 months & cash payments.

Closed On Holidays. I Can Understand The Office Being Closed But Not Having Access To My Personal Belongings When I Want To Get Them Is Not Acceptable. You should be able to access your belongings whenever its needed, like my 5th wheel that I couldnt move during the holiday weekend because access codes were locked out.....why do we have pin codes? ! Poor management

I had been generally happy with this facility except now that my rent has increased twice since October 2017, I will move out as soon as I can. My rent went from an increase to $147/mo to $170/mo and just this month got an increase to $200/month. My daughter has storage in another goodyear facility so I will be moving mine there as they havent had an increase in several years! Very disgusted.

Ive had a storage here for almost 18 months now and ever since new management has taken over their service is garbage. They changed payment due dates with little notice, creating issues with my budget. If a payment is past due you have to come in with a cashiers check? Would have been nice to know before you changed my due date and again caused issues with my budget. They send emails saying theyve called and left messages, yet my phone records show nothing of the sort. Horrible management. Previous owners were amazing. Clearing my storage asap!

Had RV there for past 18 months. Fees have continually raised. Poor communication on rate increases. The most recent raise was $25 with no notice. All we received was a Collections email and call after the fact. Even if rate is more elsewhere, I will be moving my trailer. Since the new management has been in place the service and communication has been poor.

The row of the building Im renting has been without a/c for at least two weeks. I was not notified of this, nor has the issue been resolved after three attempts to contact them to fix the issue. Im paying for an a/c unit that is not being cooled. Even though the temp in the hallway is 85, the temp in my unit is higher since there is no air entering it. Considering what Im paying for monthly, I would expect to be compensated accordingly since Im not actually getting an a/c unit. Also, after three weeks of the issue not being resolved, I would also expect that it would be rectified immediately. The people in the office are kind enough, but I fear they work for a company that is not concerned with what they actually do.
