Pest, Inc. was able to send someone out within two days of calling for a non-emergency issue.Jab arrived promptly and was very courteous with wearing a mask and keeping distant. He was really informative about how he was planning to treat the issue, and why. He was also really patient with all my questions.Having a pest problem is never good, but with the company’s response time and their employee’s excellent service, it made me feel so much better. I don’t know want any pest issues in the future, but if they happen I’ll definitely call Pest, Inc. again.

Bizarre. The Pest Inc. sales guy showed up at our door threatening to start ripping out all the green things claiming they were theirs because they had a contract with the prior owners OR... we could sign up and they could leave them. It was a most uncomfortable conversation I overheard him having with my wife, and intervened. The guy got on the phone and continued his threat to go start taking them out right then until I got really heated (I watched our current company install theirs). Confirmed with our current pest control company that they did not belong to Pest Inc. Terrible sales tactic and completely unprofessional. If you are a pest company, dont stoop to these kinds of sales tactics...offer good service, hard to beat pricing, and get a long-term contract. Pest Inc did a quote when we were looking and their prices were way higher.

Called to rid my porch of wasps (end of October phone call), resulting from too many of these wasps around during the previous spring/summer. Bobby told me they will die-off during the cold winter, and would be better to have his services applied during the active months. So, they will get my call at the first sign of wasps, come spring time!It’s pleasant to hear an honest response, even though it’s turning business away. It does instill trust, that these guys/girls are honest and are willing to do the right thing for their customers!

This was my annual termite service - inspection & treatment. Ive been with PEST for several years and grateful to work with a company that I can trust - they know what they are doing and have their customers interests at heart. Jerry was here today - hes a professional; knows the industry beyond just doing the tasks, communicated about the appointment (let me know hed be early), and explained what he was doing and why. He mentioned some of the other services they offer, but not at all in a pushy way - it was like consulting and it helped me to know the options if I ever have the need. He fits the culture that Ive come to love with PEST - they really care that their customers are taken care of.

Jerry performed my annual termite inspection and was extremely professional answering all of my questions and thoroughly going through the process. I am often curious about services like this and Jerry was extremely knowledgeable about everything Involved with home pest control. I would recommend to anyone.

We’ve been using PEST INC since we moved into our home 6 years ago. They’ve always been great to work with. We live in a home that is 40+ years old on 6 acres, so it says a lot that they have kept our home pest free. Matt is always on time and as polite as can be.

I was very pleased with the experience. Karen was so helpful on the phone and spent a lot of time answering questions. Chris, the technician was great. He spent a lot of time also answering my questions and explaining things and was very personable and fun to talk to.

Bobby came out to inspect our house for possible termite presence. He completed a thorough crawl space inspection and found no evidence of termites, just carpenter ants. I feel confident with the inspection and his review of our property. Very nice and professional gentleman.

We’ve had Pest Inc for 4 years. They did the pretreatment for termites on our foundation prior to building our log home (in a woods). Since then we’ve had a yearly termite inspection with no signs of termites.We also contracted with Pest Control for the every other month outside and twice yearly inside pest treatment with great results. Economically a great margin!Matt from Pest Inc performs our treatments and has always gone above and beyond to provide great service and expert advise.Today, we asked for a home visit and estimate for the Sentricon Termite System. Jeff from Pest Inc provided a detailed explanation of termite behavior and the Sentricon System. Jeff was professional, very respectful of our home and privacy while we toured our property and home. Jeff provided the facts, a great price and no pressure to purchase.We plan to start this termite system to protect our home because we trust Pest Inc and have experienced the quality of their work and attention to detail.

Contacted these folks after seeing a few flying insects that looked to much like a termite to ignore. An appointment was set up for between 2:30 and 3:00. I was well pleased when the inspector, Bobby, showed up right on time (other services need to take notes on this. Yes, you cable services!!).Bobby was pleasant and professional and, after a thorough check, happy to report no termite terrors. No pressure sales, just a friendly estimate of services they could provide if we decided to go that route. Oh, and theres no charge for the initial inspection!!These folks are great and I would definitely use them if we found the need. Give them a call!

We were introduced to Pest Inc. as part of our home buyers inspection.We have since contracted with Pest Inc. to provide us with Regular pest control serviceas well as encapsulating our basement area.The employees at pest Inc. are knowledgeable, polite, and meticulous in their work habits.Jerry just completed a two day process of removing old insulation and water barrier materialAnd although it was a miserable, wet, and filthy job he left everything looking great.These guys are great and I highly recommend them!

Dale Johnston was not only very knowledgeable but also genuinely listened to the list of various insects getting inside my home. He explained the different forms of treatment he would be doing that day. He was very thorough in applying the treatment (I had furniture and objects pulled away from all the walls to get the treatment everywhere). Genuine excellent customer service skills and a genuine friendly personality. I informed him if/when I need another treatment, I want him to be the one that returns to my home. Very courteous and helpful. I had been concerned that some insects I had seen might be termites. The inspector pointed out the differences between the ones we had and how they were NOT termites. His honesty and willingness to educate the customer really impressed me.

Bobby Yant, Jr. Came out to my moms home to inspect what we thought could be termites. He immediately walked up on the porch, introduced himself and said that isn’t termites ma’am. He then took the time to go around the home, crawled under the house and inspected the crawl space and came in to share with my mom the good news of no termites. I asked for Pest Inc for pest control for spiders and cockroaches that have been in my condo recently. I wanted to thank Jad for coming over actually earlier then his appointment time. Came to spray for fleas the first time. We were feeling more bugs on us, called for inspection of bed bugs and they said we didnt have any. Will call back to schedule flea follow up. Very nice, helpful employees who arrived early and very educated in their field. Highly recommend them for any pest problem.

My technician Kyle is very courteous and kind. Secondly, as soon as he walks in the door he gets to work and is very thorough. This technician is top notch and has a great personality to work with. He is able to listen to anyone and figure out exactly what the customer wants or make recommendations. Overall, this is a business I would recommend to any of my friends or family. This business is ran really well and the management seems to have a good grasp on customer service and thats what I believe they base your whole experience on. Had 2 other big companies come out for quotes and they did not catch the termites tubes we had in our basement, Bobby caught them IMMEDIATELY! Would recommend 10/10 every time. Bobby was very informative and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me a service I didn’t need.

Mike always does a great job! We bought an old house, so whenever we do see a problem Mike is quick to respond. When we had an issue that wasn’t fixed after a week, he came back out to use a new method and problem was resolved. 3 months later still no issue.

I am a Realtor who has used this company several times. They are very professional in all aspects: quality, value, and have fast turn around time. The office staff and inspectors/technicians are fantastic to deal with and great with customers.

I contacted P.E.S.T Inc on a Monday afternoon. They responded within 30 minutes and scheduled an inspection for the following morning. Jad arrived on time for the inspection. He was polite, kind and professional. I felt he did a great job of thoroughly inspecting, assessing the situation, explaining his findings and guiding me on the next steps to take.

7 days after moving into my new house I realized there was a flea problem. Never something you see coming.. Pest Inc was in my driveway in 45 minutes. Had was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure to tell me what he saw and when he was finished. Overall very responsive! They even let me keep my cats in the house and just locked up to avoid that hassle. (Every cat owner dealing with fleas knows the misery of that task). Would definitely use again!

EDDIE!!!! If you call this company ask for Eddie! He knows his pests!!! He educated me on bugs chemicals that I had NO CLUE on! We just bought our home and the previous owner had some bugs in her kitchen which we tried to take care of ourselves with store bought spays and chemicals even home remedies. But after getting all the details & facts what I was using was worthless. Eddie came in treated the entire home and walked threw with me and let me know what to do to get rid of these disgusting roaches. Thanks EDDIE, because my next resolution to get rid of the bugs was to burn down the damn house!!!!

I had a cockroach problem in a new rental home - the day my new tenants moved in!! I’ve never dealt with roaches before and wanted the problem fixed immeasurably. I called 4 exterminators and had to leave messages. No one answered (and 3 out of 4 never called back). Pest Inc was the first to actually answer and the receptionist was a delight! She got someone out the next day and walked me through the entire process. I was blown away with her customer service. It’s been a week and the roaches are under control. I’m so grateful!

Has a family business feel, but seems very concerned about getting every nook and cranny to make sure to keep the bugs out. Answers the phones promptly, returns calls if you call on off hours, and is definitely competetive in price with businesses that are not even close in competition with the level of their service and expertise.
