They do a horrible job. Even after showing them that the were not getting things clean they continued to do it the same way. Our bathtub was left filthy. Very over priced for what they do. They blow in hit some highlights and run out the door. They need to slow down and clean things correctly.

Did communicate to wipe top of refrigerator and top of kitchen cabinets. She told me she would. And it was not touch/dust. Large master bathroom mirror was not cleaned well and glass shower inside out not cleaned well. A full section of hardwood floor under master bed missed not touched. Did mention up front dust collect under that bed. Willing to give another chance, ladies were nice and hard workers. Will see in another two weeks visit

My expectation of a deep clean is different than I predicted. They did a good job but they only dusted base boards. Did not wash handrails or wipe shelves off a little disappointed. Read the work to be done and be sure to understand what they do. It was not worth it to deep clean

With what they had to work with, i.e. my husband and I were not feeling good for a couple days before and couldn’t get house picked up (& my legs hurt terribly), they did an excellent job. Thank you very much. Looking forward to next month. Ann Williams

The girls are well qualified at what they do. They are also very pleasant. I am pleased with the services they perform. It’s nice to come home to a clean house!!

The team came that came to our home was very pleasant and professional. They heard our concerns and verified they had all been addressed before leaving. The house looked fantastic. Will use them again and highly recommend.

I would not recommend the deep cleaning services. While our house was clean after the service, there were things that I expected to be done in a deep cleaning service that were overlooked. For example, they cleaned the bathroom sink faucets, but didnt actually clean the sink - there was still visible toothpaste residue in the drain. They cleaned the window sills, but did not clean the windows (wasnt expecting a full window wash, but they didnt even spray some windex and wipe down the inside). They cleaned the floor of our shower, but there was still soap scum on the walls. For the cost of the deep cleaning services, I would have thought these would have been included.

Amanda and the other 2 women arrived on time, wearing their masks! and got right to work. They did a really nice job! They were very professional and polite. I hope they can be my regular cleaners.

Bath shower mirrors and shower door excellent. Vacuuming poor and glass top table in kitchen not seemed to be touched the glass top table in master not seemed to be touched. Did have confusion on time and one crew came and another finished. This could have caused some confusion . Almost always nice job

The crew was early and efficient. They got to work as soon as they got here.Performed the cleaning I had asked for.

For $580 I would expect a thorough, expert job. I found dust all over the place and several things just not cleaned.

We have used Merry Maids here in Nashville for about 10 years. They always do a good job and the Merry Maids that come each week are always friendly and cheerful. They are always open to doing anything we ask them to do. Very rarely do they miss anything but if they do they are happy to correct it. After all these years I have had only two complaints and they were quickly resolved! They have never missed a day when they were suppose to come. Very dependable! I highly recommend Merry Maids!

Wow. My experience is nothing like that of the other reviewers. They do a marginally okay job of cleaning, although every visit there seems to be some minor problem. Nothing to make them come back to fix, but a dirty floor here, an unemptied trash can there makes me realize that their attention to detail is lacking. Today we came home to unemptied trash in the kitchen and a broken blind in one of the bedrooms. I cannot in good conscience recommend Merry Maids of East Nashville based on my experience.

Merry Maids is always flexible and puts the customer first. Their employees are well screened and do an excellent job. Ive used other services but none measure up to Merry Maids in efficiency, consistency and excellence in cleaning.

I really appreciate Merry Maids services. They are dependable and the cleaners do a very good job. I have started to work from home and they are always very accommodating to cleaning around me and my call schedules. They are also always very friendly.
