I paid for a deep clean and got a standard clean (at best.) I’m also missing something that was important to me. It’s shocking how people will steal something right in front of cameras that are very clearly visible in someone’s home. The man I spoke with on the phone was nice, but the cleaners — not so much. I do not recommend using them if you want to keep your own possessions that you worked hard for. I’ll be cleaning my own house from now on.

I reached out via the web contact form last week for a recurring cleaning. I received a response pretty timely regarding the best time to contact me on the phone to go over a quote. I responded with my availability as well as my phone number. I was assured a rep would contact me that day to get something scheduled. 2 days later, I was followed up with to see if I had heard anything from the rep. I hadn’t, so I provided my availability once again. Several days later, I emailed and stated that if I didn’t receive word that day from someone then I’d have to look for another company. I was contacted within 10 minutes by Ken, who was very kind on the phone. We talked on a Monday and he assured me that a team would be out that Wednesday around 12:30. At 1:30, no one had shown so I reached back out to Ken with no response almost 24 hours later. I shouldn’t have to beg a company to provide them business. I understand places are understaffed due to sickness and the lack of workers available. If they couldn’t make it out at the scheduled time they could’ve given me a call and let me know. Some communication is better than no communication at all. I’m done begging to provide them business and will move on to another company.

Needed our house cleaned after having new floors put in, and I had heard great things about this company, so I reached out, and they scheduled a deep cleaning for that same day.I was impressed with how quick they showed up and how courteous the maids were. Initially, I was happy with the results of the cleaning, but when I returned the following day, my wife and I noticed the baseboards were still dusty, the walls were spot cleaned, my son walked barefoot on the new floors and his feet were solid black by the time we left.I did reach out and express my dissatisfaction with the cleaning, and the owner responded immediately, offered to come back out which we declined (as we already cleaned everything), and refunded half of the cost.Not totally disappointed though, might give them another shot in the future.

I signed up for recurring cleaning with The Maids. They came yesterday for the initial deep cleaning, and they did a fabulous job. The house looked and smelled great. They even cleaned the burner drip pans and oven!!! I did not expect that but greatly appreciated it. Ceiling fans, baseboards, doors, floors, furniture, etc. were all done beautifully. Bathrooms and kitchen are sparkling clean. Thank you, ladies!!!!

The Red team with Erika, Gloria, Irma, and Lorena were AMAZING! They were so considerate. I am about to have a baby girl, and they made sure to leave the house so clean, dusted, and shining for her arrival. They even cleaned the inside of our stove! All of the ceiling fans, floors, corners, and every inch of the house was dusted. This was the best service we have ever received!Update: The Yellow team came to our house yesterday (first time since COVID that we felt comfortable with a cleaning service - they wore masks the entire time!); we were their last house of the day, and they still worked such magic! I am amazed at how fresh and clean the house feels now; they were so understanding and accommodating with my baby and my (heavily shedding) golden retriever. My husband came home and said the house felt like a different home, it was so clean.Very important note: the communication is excellent with this company - I specifically have communicated with Ashlee with The Maids who has helped me with tips, times, and scheduling; whenever I call, the person who answers the phone is also so kind and accommodating. This company is a breath of fresh air.I love this service.

I requested a move in clean on a smaller (approx 1200 sq ft) empty house. The Maids sent three ladies who missed multiple cob webs including a 3ft tall one left in a corner of a bedroom! The fans were not cleaned, the chandelier - not touched. The tile floors in the bathroom, only cleaned upon request. Cob webs left on light fixtures. I asked for kitchen cabinets to be wiped out and windows and doors to be cleaned - this required multiple redo’s. This was an easy, straightforward job and they couldnt make it work. A professional cleaning should not require so much effort from the customer. I was hesitant to hire outside help to clean but after a stressful few months, relished the thought of many hands making light work...sadly, this only added to my stress. Buyers beware...they tried to charge above high end of estimate given to me as well.

The Green Team cleaned my house this time around (they used to be on the Blue Team), and since they were familiar with my house and they are hard workers, I didnt have to explain anything to them and, from what I noticed, they didnt miss anything. My house was so clean, smelled clean, and they are so kind.The Maids has always been so flexible too, whether Ive needed to postpone or add a cleaning. They are wonderful to work with!

The Red team came out to clean my apartment and did a great job! They were very fast and efficient. The price is very reasonable and now I get to enjoy my spotless home.

Needing your home cleaned before family coming in for the holidays? No problem! No mess is too big for The Maids to handle. Very reliable, honest & respectful. Within an hour - two your house will look like a completely new home!

Not going to lie, i am more than a little disappointed. They were able to co.e on short notice and were nice, but I had to clean my tub after they left. Looks much better. Didnt clean under my tiny rug in the bedroom or dust nightstands. Also didnt sweep front porch. I found it to be very expensive to have to go back and do it myself. Will not call again.

I scheduled for a moving cleaning. Had to reschedule because they were 2hrs late. Didnt clean really well. Im going to have to go back and clean the blinds and cabinets doors and other doors. Also didnt even clean floors really well in bathrooms. Just seemed rushed and like they didnt want to be doing the service.

The Maids work hard and fast . They do things in my house that i don’t have time to do. The team leader always goes thru the house before they leave to make sure the house is clean to the standards i am use to. I tell all my friends about this company . But i wanted to share my happiness with everyone that is looking for a high quality cleaning company.

The maids are super friendly and have a positive attitude and understanding with elderly parents. The owner is very welcoming and will take care of all your answers. Im so thankful for I found this company when I did.

Claim to be good Christians and all, yeah right! thats what they want u to think! they are over priced and very very rude too. i do believe something was stolen when they cleaned my home? cant prove it though. people please go with someone else to clean your home besides these frauds.- feeling PISSED off!!!!

Cleaning crew is nice but need to be trained on CLEANING. Managemnt just wants to know if you sent the money and not worried about your actual clean & how to make it right. Very expensive for it not to be done properly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
