I really want to give this company 5 stars but no can do. Cahrles was prompt, told me what the problem was and what would be done to fix it. He ordered the part to repair my dishwasher and David came out to fix it. He too was prompt and kept me in the loop on how the repair was going. The problem is I paid $360+ to have the dishwasher repaired and it still leaks. I sent video of the leak to them and called and left a couple messages regarding my dishwasher still leaking and havent heard back. For $360 my dishwasher should be fixed and not leaking causing MORE damage to my new kitchen. They get 2 stars for for being prompt.
We hired Appliance 1 to fix our washing machine, they were an hour and a half late getting to our house. They did call to tell me they were going to be late, but they waited until 5 minutes before the window closed to call me. They showed up, and did the repair and when I signed the repair invoice they told me they have a 30 day labor and parts warranty. That night when we ran our washing machine, that they repaired, my son comes running upstairs yelling that water was all over the floor. The hose in the back of the washing machine was not secure and water was everywhere. My husband called them today to discuss what happened and they accepted NO responsibility for the water. They stated they left it the way they found it, but yet said they asked me for towels because the hose came out on them when they were testing it. Of course, they didnt tell me this when I handed them the towels, I just thought when they fixed it, they got water on the floor, I don’t repair washing machines for a living, that is why I hired them. Our laundry room floor is wet, and the wood is coming up, and now our basement ceiling has a leak. And they dont want to accept any of the responsibility? When they knew the hose came out on them? Doesnt it seem like they should have thought to do something to prevent the hose from coming out again? Labor warranty? I think not. We would have been fine paying for parts, but we shouldnt have to pay for labor when them not paying attention caused us to have spend more money getting the water up from our basement ceiling. We aren’t unreasonable people. But we expect good customer service, and a quality job. We will NEVER use them again!
Knowledgeble, professionable, honest, trustworthy and reaaonable. Very satisfied. Had to wait. But worth it.
This “company” is a joke. GARY, is a jokeThey are completely unprofessional. They gave me the run around for several months after doing my service call. Saying the part was coming and will be there in 10 days and then that it was on back order. Said they would call me when it comes in but could be “go months). And at what point when I called Gary could not even remember what part I had ordered. To this day (3 months later) I still have not heard from them. This whole ordeal started in late October.They are unprofessional and unresponsive.A week before Christmas I called a company that was an hour away from me (in Nashville) they came out same day, ordered the same part that this company claims was on back order, and were back in two days to repair the dishwasher.If you want professional, timely, and orderly DO NOT use this company. Beyond ridiculous. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional they are. Save yourself the time and hassle.
Called them to fix my fridge that was not cooling. Did not show up the day he was supposed to. The following day he came barely looked at it and said the main control board needed to be replaced. So i bought the part for $154.00 that was non returnable replaced it and it did not help at all. Ive called the past 2 days wanting to speak to a supervisor but the lady who picks up the phone acts like she doesnt care and says shes the only one in the office. If this is how they run a business Im giving them 1 more day to respond before I call the BBB and a buddy at channel 4 news.
I called Advantage-1 Appliance Repair for an issue I had with my microwave. (It wasnt heating up) The repair guy came and looked at the issue. I forgot his name, but he was cool. Anyways, he gave me all the info I needed to get the problem fixed. FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! So, instead of trying to repair it and charge me a whole bunch of money, he came and showed me who to call and what to tell them. That lets me know they are good people. 👍🏾
They responded quickly, came the day after I called and successfully fixed my problem. No complaints!
Made my in store visit successful because I preselected from online viewing, just needed to examine my options in person. Very pleased with refrigerator purchase.
If I could give less than 1 I would. Would not return my call. Promised today but would not call. Initial person answering phone not friendly and could care less. Your best bet is to find someone else.
