Put my clothes in a washer, paid on the app, pushed start. It wouldn’t start and was saying I didn’t pay, so I paid again in case it didn’t work. Then it said there were 90 hours left on my wash, but the washer still wouldn’t start. Took my clothes out, paid to start up with another washer, and it worked. I told the person working what happened and they just kept saying I was lying, the machine worked. When I came back, the washer that I spent 11 dollars on had a “no work” sign. Don’t come here, they’ll rip you off.

Didn’t like that if you wash/dry your clothes here and if you’re allergic to perfume and smells. Your clothes will end up smelling like some toxic fabric softener and dryer sheets that people use.

Washers and driers are very old and very dirty. And its very visible. Weird payment methods.

Took a minute to figure out the payment method, but the dude who worked there was very helpful and courteous.

I think this place serves its purpose. Ive only used the dryers, and it works well enough.

OK spot. Clean, attentive attendant, but probably 2/3 of the machines are out of order. On a weekend, this = wait times for washers & dryers to open up. No Bueno...

A truly crappie place, the old lady (hag) that cleans up the place thinking I dont speak Spanish started making comments about me. Unfortunately low life crowd gathers at this place. The hours say they close at 11pm but the witch that cleans up turns off the lights at 10:20pm or is asking you to hurry up because she wants to catch the bus and then somebody comes in a car to pick her up. LOOK AROUND FOR A BETTER PLACE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.

Coin machine straight up jacked my 10 dollars, no one here to even ask about getting it back... 10 dollars in then out of service, other than that this place wouldve been fine

I paid money on app but it didnt work. so I told the worker that it was not working but she just replied to me I dont know why it didnt work either. Their workers are not responsible for any problem at this place. What the heck?

That fat lady that works there needs to get another job if she doesnt like staying till the hour she gets paid, 11pm when they supposedly close. It was 9pm, I was getting done loading my laundry when she saw me You cant wash here after 9pm to which I said Your hours state you close at 11. It takes 30mins to was a load and 20min to dryWe have to have the place cleaned by closing time so I looked around and there is nothing to clean! Shes literally just going around with a broom sweeping nothing..It is now 10:14pm and im done washing and drying. Enjoy your ratings with your moronic policy lolAnd that fat women is just sitting in the corner with her broom chatting away. She must be so concerned with cleaning a place thats not going to get any cleaner

Several washers, but most of the dryers are out of order. Coin machine inside.

This place has a lot of broken washers without any labels on it, so you end up putting your clothes and soap and then it doesnt work. If you complain, the attendant gives you your money back but she wont give you an extra soap even though you probably lost yours because of their machine!

Id give it 5 stars, but there is usually one broken machine.
