Long wait, the girls just laughed because Im Latina and I speak english not to good, was like a joke for they, i was in the counter and the afroamerican girl just turn her back on me and start to play a laugh wirh the other one. They dont know how to make tracking for a document envelope, try to charge me over 11 dollars for something that regularly cost me less than 5. I just came here because Saturdays are the only please open near me, but I dont recomend it.

No problem with this placs

Constantly getting packages lost. Ive consistently received mail from other people with similar addresses and theyve gotten mine. Had it happened once it be fine, but this has happened to me alone at least 5 times, 3 in the past month! I can only imagine how many others have been victim to this. No excuse for such incompetence! Double and triple check your addresses!

I was very pleased w/being able to weigh and then have my letters stamped on a Saturday when all others were closed.
