Went in to exchange our box, i was dreading it. But we went in and the guy was really fast and everyone was really friendly. We were in and out in less then 10 minutes even having to wait in line. I was well pleased. Big difference from having to deal with time Warner cable.
Really great, clean facility! Lots of room to sit and still social distance while waiting. The staff was very patient, funny, and kind to everyone, no matter the reason they were there. Masks were worn by staff and while they werent required for patrons most of us wore them and as still theres room to be apart and sanitizer available.
The lady was great and knew exactly what she was doing. She was a pleasure to speak with and took great care of us
If you need utility services look elsewhere. This is the third time I’ve been a customer and never again. Unfortunately they were the only internet providers for us until recently. They will continue to raise your bill for no reason even though it’s already high and only offer to reduce it if you threaten to leave and even then the reduction is temporary. There has been evidence that they charge astronomically more in markets where they have no competition. Also this location is closing at 6pm everyday but did not update their hours online which say 8pm. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Its the only place to get cable service internet in my area. The staff is very regimented and often treat customers with sarcasm or cynicism. Usually with a smile on their face.Their service (internet) is pretty good and prices are average, but their customer service needs fixing. These people are paying your bills by being customers. There are quickly becoming more options to get internet wirelessly (mofi, hotspot, mifi, cellphone providers). More attention should be taken in courtesy.

I understand there is a pandemic, i waited 45mins in a hot truck to pay. Later I got out and they said I was on the other list. She went to lunch! I tried to pay my full payment 122.89 they said the machine only take bills!

The people are fine. Its the service that is trash. Website states, speeds ranging from 200 Mbps to 1 Gbps. Id like to meet three people in this area who actually pull at least 200 Mpbs. Ive found zero over the last week, asking around. My own home pulls 55 Mpbs download and 3.25 Mpbs upload. Its a doodoo service. Of all the states Ive lived in, this is the worst.

Upon arriving, it wasnt made clear by anyone or anything that you had to wait in your car to be added to the list. My toddler and I were some of the first to arrive and waited in line near the door while a lady with a clipboard went from car to car that arrived after us, bypassing us for at least 30 minutes. By the time we were discovered and added to the list, we were already put way behind. Total wait time was nearly two hours before we were called inside. It was extremely hot. You should really put a sign up to let people know to stay in their vehicles. On a positive note, the lady inside that helped us was very friendly.

Internet is hard to beat, HOWEVER, they have changed their cancellation policy at some point in time that you must pay for the whole month even if you cancel your services one day after the billing date. We called to cancel cable (which went up by $40 might I add) on 3/25. We were told that we had to pay the additional month through April 22 because our billing cycle had just began on March 23rd. We are TWO days in the billing cycle and they want to charge us over $100 for 28 days that we are not going to use. Bye Bye Spectrum....hello streaming services.

I absolutely HATE coming here. The customer service provided from some of the representatives is horrible. They are not just rude but snotty. The wait time is ridiculous. Will be changing providers soon. I wish it was still Time Warner Cable. I absolutely loved them. Spectrum not so much.

Your employees arent equipped to do their job. They are trying their best but they can only do so much with what they are given. Not enough people to take care of the customers. No translator either. Or even someone who knows a different language.
This is more a review of spectrum than the service provided at the store, which is overwhelmingly understaffed to service the 20+ people waiting, many standing because there isn’t room to sit. We pay an arm and a leg to a company that has a monopoly on the area and they can’t hire enough people to serve their clientele in a timely and efficient manner.
No follow up while waiting for problem to be resolved. Been going on over a month.

I dont like the fact that some of the employees treat you like you have to have their service. Well that may be the case for some it shouldnt feel forced. Their service when it works its nice but it could be better as far as a customer service

The line was really long at least 20 people so you were put on a list. Then the lady who was calling the names was calling them with a very low voice. Many people got skipped because she was not loud enough. This is poor customer service at best.

If I had the option to give negative stars I would have. They need to fire EVERYBODY employed at this location. No patience, attitudes as soon as somebody walks through the door. Snaps at customers when they mention anything about the online or mail offers. I just went in to pay my mothers internet bill and left. Myrtle Beach SC should give all of them a training course in customer service.
The waiting area is set up like a cheap warehouse with partitions strategically placed.Spectrum taught me not to judge them at all based on the appearance.Spectrum is a gem. I went in there and asked for a service that make publicly known, and I found out that is always been available people just prefer to buy stuff thats advertised.So!!!Spectrum changed my life, my finances, my personality, my business, and my ability to focus my potential simply by providing me a service I absolutely needed at this point in my life.Spectrum is on my list of good people I should strive to goto bed with. Its a goal of mine.
The Automatic System needs to be replaced. It only allows you to answer certain questions and not specify ones. I called about a bill that had been sent in 3 weeks prior, but the check had not cleared my checking account. I called to inquire about the payment and kept getting feedback regarding a$5.00 fee from the Automatic System to speak to a customer service representative.oFrom Mary Jones
Good service. Helpful staff at this customer service location. Sometimes theres a wait due to the line. But they will get you in and out as quickly as possible. With your concerns and questions met.
Switched to spectrum internet because the one I had was horrible. I’m paying the same and spectrum is a way better service! I liked it, it’s definitely worth it. Doesn’t lag too much.

Staff was slow and taking to long between customers and it seemed as if they were avoiding being more efficient. They had at least 5 employees to wait on customers but only two no more than three actually providing services at any one time.
The internet service is semi decent. Maybe not worth the high price but its decent, But the customer service in the Goldsboro location is about the worst. The representatives are rude and non welcoming. The long wait time is ridiculous. I do not recommend the spectrum Goldsboro, NC office, and I will be doing everything online. Something needs to change.

The office was closed when we tried to go there. I realize there had been a hurricane but places that has to be open to make money were open. Places that you pay a regular monthly fee to and that already has your money were closed. They werent losing anything by being closed since they already had our money but thats not a lot of help to their loyal customers.
Oh my - Have had nothing except inconsistencies told to me over about an eight week period! Last evening I was told There is a problem in the area There is No Problem in your area depending on whom you spoke with. Have had service technician time canceled without my being aware - then technician calls me says 4:00, never shows up, time had been changed to 8 with out being told.... What a circus! Save your money folks! Would give them Less then One Star if I could!

It was a great place to visit I was having some issues with some equipment we had from them and I figured I was going to be in for a rude awakening but to my surprise the lady that helped me was very awesome she gave me new equipment and was very sweet and nice and told me if I needed any help hooking it up just call the 800 number on the back of the equipment.i would recommend this place to everyone.
All the people working are interested in nothing but selling you something. I am a customer thats been with them 15 years but theres no one that knows how to answer my questions. The last time I was in the guy waiting on me ask somebody else to answer my question then he asked someone, and on and on until four people had been asked no one knew the answer so I just left acting as though I was satisfied.
This internet service is by far the worst I have ever seen. Dont count on it working better that an iphone hotspot.
Moved because of Military orders and I cancelled just to find out they reinstated my line the next billing payment without telling me. Now theyre sending dept collectors for 160, and when I called customer service she was extrememly rude. When she was finished explaining to me that for some reason i wanted my cable reinstated for the 6th after already cancelling just so i can cancel the 9th, she started belittling me, with hello, hello, oh i hope its not because he doesnt have service . Four years of good service from them but if you cancel they will treat you like this. Now Ill have to find someone new when i return to NC
Since its the only Spectrum in town, it stays busy and long wait times but the workers there are knowledgeable and keep the lines moving
If you’re going to monopolize the cable industry at least have the decency to open up more than one location per region. If you need to come here prepare yourself to wait in line behind the entire city of Goldsboro.

The automated payment machine is awesome. But, more customer service representative stations would make things a lot more efficient. It would eliminate the long lines, but I do love our internet and wifi package.

Classic bait and switch techniques being used, website wont take IMIE to see if your phone is eligible for trade in or bring your own to start new service. Phones they sell in store werent allowed to be used as a bring your own. Employees werent trained on their jobs very well. Took 3 hours to set up 2 phones and had to fight to get a phone I bought from Spectrum to port an existing number to...

The new system is slow when using the pay station.
I went in here to return some equipment for my deceased uncle. BY THE TIME I LEFT There were like 20 people in the store and 5 staff members. Guess how many windows were open? most of the time only one. the rest were doing I dont know what (except doing stuff on the computer and ignoring customers). I was second in line and I had to wait 15 minutes while they were doing all they could to sell a package to a guy who they upsold quite a bit. I did learn a lot about spectrum and all the services and channels by their multiple displays they had going on but it does not convince to me to use them. I have google fiber and will keep it thank you. Their wait was insane. There were several people there to return equipment why dont they have a service rep just for that. It should be an in and out deal. REDICULOUS

When we got home we had to call tech support for our wifi and home security network assistance, the tech we spoke with was great!! He was very patient and helped us get it all up and going! I had to go pay my bill there and I enjoy the staff because theyre friendly and very patient in the know me and theyre very helpful for whatever I may need, and they they do try to make sure youre comfortable while you wait but dont forget you must bring your ID in order to pay your bill. Wish I could give them a negative 5. I hate having their service! It constantly goes out and they call me every month asking for me to pay and I already paid that month. I signed up for the 12 months promo 29.99 per service. Had it for 3 months and they took from 111.00 a month to 239 a month. WTH wish they would have never taken over time Warner
I called the main number Saturday and they told me to go to the local office and I could get a new box mine was shot. I walked in the door and instead of saying good morning first thing out of the ladies mouth was If your exchange a box our system has been down since Friday and can not help you. Then when i called to get someone to bring one found out their commercials are a total lie. They do not work to meet your needs and dates it was their way or nothing. They only wanted to give me $2.00 for loss of service for a year. Since they took over Time Warner customer service and service and speed of internet has gone to pot.
Worse business I have ever had to deal with!!! Told I had to take my modem in and exchange it because it was bad. Took it in as soon as I was told to. Over 50 people waiting for service with only 2 people working. The machine to accept payments from the ones that were there to make a payment would only take cash and no one knew how to fix it. Most unorganized business I have ever encountered. Paying through the nose and serivce stinks!! Will call Direct TV and at&T!!!

I had spectrum internet and then found out a old accout was setup in my name but different address. Did everything i had to to prove it wasnt me who set it up. Waited about a month my bill got higher. Note i wasnt able to use it. Just for the lady to tell me. Because the officer(police) didnt say SPECTRUM. he said cable. They are unsure if its the right police report. This all happen in 2016/2017. I didnt have my own anything then. Still yrying to find my footing as a adult back them.. So trying to prove i had a bill in my name when i didnt even have a place of my own... Spectrum yall are a great sevice.. But shity to yall customers.. I hope we get google and Verizon in goldsboro NC soon.. Thanks but no thanks...
The bill is never what its supposed to be. Prices keep going up but service is not great. Ive discontinued my service with them. Streaming with Roku or Firestick is much cheaper and you can get what u want without all the junk you dont want.
Your TV service works pretty good but your internet completely sucks this is my second internet box and they still doing the same freaking thing that he did before work on it and get stuff like please
