The customer service you receive is pretty much right on the t with the exception of one young girl who tries a little too hard to help you by giving you the info you wanna hear even though its usually incorrect..one other thing...the ATM is ALWAYS out of working order! Fix it! Ive been going to Rosewood♥ love them..fast efficient friendly and the ATM is ALWAYS in working order..thanks

Ive used this branch for several years. Try not to go right at the 1st or 3rd, as they are swamped, but overall friendly and helpful. I hate that there arent Woodforest branches inside Walmart stores here in Florida.

Picked up Western Union and people here are very friendly!
