Mr.Ron is amazing, I let him do my hair about 2 years ago for the first time & it just turned out so perfect. I was impressed with the final product && enjoyed the conversation during the mean time. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, very passionate about hair. It’s affordable & close to home. He’s the only one ill let do my hair now, I would Deff recommend him for whatever hair needs you have.

Went for bang trim and get split ends cut. Called day before to schedule appointment. Arrived for appointment and went straight back. Sandra did amazing. She let me know I had one area with breakage that was higher up than split ends. She explained why would be best to take care of cutting off breakage area. Because breakage had get more taken off than expected but cut looks so AMAZING. Sandra is very friendly and pleasure to have as stylist.

I am 50 years old and I just do not trust anyone with my hair. The reason due to a bad hair experience, when I was a child. Needless to say, I got picked on and called a boy, till the pixie cut my mom talked me into getting went majorly wrong. One day I decided to stop in and get my hair trimmed. Sandra won me over that very first day. I have always had long hair down to almost my waist. I was super scared to get it cut. She cut the length up gradually to make me feel comfortable. Finally after two steps up and shoulder length. I was there and I will never go back to the waist length again. It felt tons lighter and was way cooler feeling for my age. Hot flashes are terrible right now at my age. She also provided tips on how to make my hair healthier looking and products to use. I have had so many compliments on my hair lately telling me how shiny and healthy my hair looks. Sandra helped me regain my confidence in letting someone touch my hair again. I highly recommend this salon.

I was fortunate to be recommended this location by a family member who knew I was desperate for a change in my life. I was incredibly nervous to be exploring a new look and going almost in the blind.Sandra, my stylist at the location, made me feel so incredibly comfortable. She helped me relax, laugh, helped me step out of my comfort zone, and I let my hair be her canvas. I was so impressed, shocked, and surprised at what she was capable of doing to my hair -- things I had been told by a previous stylist could never be done effectively to my incredibly straight and fine hair. I was crying when she finished because I was in such shock. A thousand times over I told her she had changed my life that day.From that day onward, she became my primary stylist.Now I cant speak for the other stylists -- I dont know them, so I dont want to offer any opinion there -- but Sandra is incredible. Shes actually the manager of the location and I can assure you that she will make your experience a blessing and more.Please consider this review before seeing some of the negative ones left on the location. Everyone has a bad experience from time to time but it takes one really amazing one to create such a loyal client out of me.

Im so happy to have found this salon. Sometimes God just puts you in the right place at the right time. Having long hair all my lifeSoon turning 65 I felt like it was time for a change. I went there and Ron helped me, he was patient while I tried to make such an important decision about my life. It has been a gradual change going shorter in 3 trips. But each time its not been a problem getting in. Appointments are hard for me to make. And each time with my thinning hair being a challenge he always seems to have me walking out of there feeling like a million bucks.So I would recommend this shop to anyone. Its clean, and the service is awesome for this day and time. So if you are in the neighborhood stop by and see Ron.

My procrastinating husband needed a haircut quick for an upcoming job interview the same day. As usual, he waited until the last minute to get it done... on a Friday. I called around our local area and this was the only salon that answered their phone. The lady was very polite and understanding. She told me to have him there in 15 minutes and she would be able to take him immediately. Of course, my husband got lost on the way because we didnt realize the salon was in Walmart... but he was in and out very quickly. He didnt want much length off since hes been trying to grow out his hair, but she did give him a small trim and cleaned up the edges to make him look more presentable.

I go twice a week for hairstyles and as needed for haircuts and hair color! I am very happy with my hairstylist.. Sandra! I would recommend her to anyone great personality and very good at what she does definitely gifted!I have a special needs daughter that goes to Ron for a haircut and she said when she gets her haircut she wants to go to him again! He does a great job and is extremely good with her!

I love Mrs Sandra!! I bring my boys in every two weeks or so for a haircut and she always cleans them right up!! I have been to a few other hair salons and they always seem to mess my sons hair up or mine and when I found Mrs Sandra she is the best in town! Very friendly and a GREAT hairstylist!

As noted by previous reviews (which means the shop is aware of the problem)My hair was cut with trimmers and was left extremely uneven.The lady was nice but Im gonna have to pay for another hair cut now.Oh and a member of their staff was exposed to the ER and contagious but was still allowed to come to work as I overheard them discussing it.They also agreed not to wear masks.Definitely not safe. The manager and owner were the ones discussing these things in front of all the clients present. I wish I could post a photo here...

Ron is the best stylist.

Extremely poor custimer service! An appointment was made in advance with hairstylist Ron due to poor results when other stylist was used by my older son with required another haircut to repair the damage done by their visit to smartstyle. Time was taken off work to take my child to the scheduled appointment, and arrived early to respect the value of the hairstylists time. Ron greeted a walk in customer after i had already been seated patiently waiting with my 2 year old. Ron told the walk in that he would do the walk in immediately and proceeded to set them in the chair. After sitting her in the chair, he came to the other stylist and said that she would need to take his scheduled appointment so he could do the walk in. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment in advance or respecting their time when it is extremely evident they do not reciprocate that respect. I walked out of the salon without getting work done. What kind of poor management would allow such practices. I assure you that i will not be coming back and will talk to other friends and family to try to persuade them to go elsewhere as well. I guess in beauty school they dont teach the basics of respect for your customers

Stylist did not know what she was doing. Totally butchered my hair. I asked for 1inch trim. After the manager had to go back and fix it I lost almost 3inches. I was heart broken. Dont go there if you love your long locks!

Went there Saturday around the noon about a product the manager sold me at the time of a haircut she did for me. She recommended a product but told me if I wasnt satisfied with it to bring it back and she would exchange it. Well that wasnt the case.. Took it back and the manager wasnt in.. The young lady that was working didnt know how to do a exchange she was basically complaining how she was just thrown into the salon with no training and was expected to know how to do everything. She stated she was quitting that day. Good customer service is important in any business if you expect to grow. Tell someone something and stand up to your word.. I see in the near future this salon closing due to poor management..

This is the worst salon ever!!! I went to get a simple hair cut and the women cut it so uneven and didn’t even really bother using scissors but a men’s hair clipper!!! She said it would even out obviously 🙄 it didn’t... now I have to go somewhere to get it fix

On the 6th of August I went in for a TRIM of about 1 inch. Linda chopped it so bad the manager had to fix it. I lost almost 4 inches. I issued a complaint on line. Heard nothing. I will NEVER use this location again. She is still there.

Went there tonight to get my eyebrows done for Easter. I called ahead of time to see if there was a certain time you had to be there to get them done, I was told no we close at 8. I got there at 7:45pm and was turned away there was only one person in there and she was almost done with him. She asked me what I wanted and I said I just want my eyebrows done, she looked at me like I was crazy and pointed to the clock and said we are closed... It was 7:45pm...Never again!! Went to the mall to Tips n Toes and was in and out in 10min!!!
