Service was fast they were done in 30 minutes. The price for a new windshield was reasonable. I only had one issue with the job my trim came out on one side after I left. I put it back in myself easy enough

Just had my old sliding shower doors upgraded to a newer and nicer style. The crew removed my old ones and installed the new ones and I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of work. I highly recommend using Conveinient Glass Service for your needs!

Connected through my insurance company. Originally scheduled windshield replacement for Tuesday. On Monday afternoon they called to reschedule because they realized they didnt have my windshield in stock. They rescheduled for a week later on the following Tuesday. They never gave me an estimated time for the repair, but on Tuesday morning they called and informed me they were 20 minutes away, and asked if we could move to a different location because of a chance of rain. I rearranged my morning to accommodate them, and then when they arrived, they had brought the wrong windshield! The technician asked to come back Thursday, but told me that it would need to be done at my home instead of my work because he leaves the shop before I get to my office at 9am. Unless another tech got assigned, and in that case it would be done at my office, he didnt know exactly. So they are dictating the time and location to me now. How is this convenient for me exactly? It is 13 days since I originally scheduled the replacement, and they have had to reschedule it THREE times. When I called the office to cancel the third appointment because Im tired of the hassle, the woman on the phone did not even bother to ask why or offer an apology. At least they never touched my car!

Convenient Glass Service was recommended by my insurance company. The technician (Flo) arrrived on time and replaced the windshield of my 2016 Subaru Outback in 25 minutes! 25 minutes from the time he arrived until the time he left!! I cannot imagine anyone/anywhere being as competent/professional as this technician.

(UPDATE: company had problems repaired after having another tech come to my home and check the damage)Repaired rear window did not properly replace trim on interior. Upon arriving at home at around 6 pm found additional damage in the form of several deep scratches in vehicle paint

My landscapers crew accidentally broke my front storm doors glass. He has a contract with Convenient Glass. They arrived a few days later & broke out the dangerous glass mostly but did zero to stabilize the frame while they waited for the replacement glass. It took a long time for the replacement glass to arrive and for the work to be done. While installing the new glass the tech badly damaged the trim (photo included). After they were done I tried to use the door and it was stuck shut. I could not open it at all. They immediately sent a different tech. He explained the man who did the installation had gone straight to a drs office or the hospital after my appointment. This second tech did an adjustment where the hinges are. I have had two adjustments and the second one included the tech pulling the door up from the knob. This tech blamed the season. He said the door was sticking because it is Summer. Never has before!! The pulling he did created a crack in the bottom of the frame. I have him on my RING camera promising to return and get this resolved. He didnt. I am having to chase Convenient Glass. This has been ongoing for the entire month of July! I have tried and tried to get the owner on the phone but have heard zero from him. According to the landscaper, the owner is out of state for the summer. Phones dont reach him? Our home was built in the 1950s. The storm door was heavy and stable. It was/is original to the home. The frame is wood not metal. Since this new glass was installed the door is much lighter and bends/flexes when I try to open. Makes me wonder if they used the right glass product. The door continues to stick at the bottom and there is a gap at the top. I am so very frustrated. The door was perfect until the rock hit it. I hated to reach out to the landscaper but after a month I felt it was the right thing to do. (Note: neither the glass company nor the landscaper followed up with me to make sure the repair was done correctly). The landscaper didnt do anything on purpose to cause harm BUT now says he paid for the glass once and he is not going to pay for another piece of glass. He really should have contacted me to make sure all was right before he paid that bill imo. I do NOT recommend Convenient Glass at all.

They replaced a windshield in my car through the insurance company. Came promptly and were friendly. Driving home afterwards I noticed the glass was wavy. I let them know and they were so helpful and gracious. They ordered another, directly from Ford this time to ensure better quality, came onsite and installed it at no extra cost to me. Highly recommend.

They replaced the windshield in my Toyota Tundra about one year ago. I have had wind noise from the lower right side ever since.....I called them about it a few months back, the service man admitted there was a gap in the sealer he applied. He then told me the windshield really needed to be removed but he would try to patch it. When done the wind noise was still there.He did his paper work and left.....
