On Time Talent Solutions consistently sent new candidates to my team to interview. Of the local and national firms we used, theyve had the best communication. Id recommend them as a solid supplement to your own hiring team.
Jenna Hoof was an excellent help for me as I was updating my resume from five years ago. She added a more contemporary style and shortened the amount of information in certain areas that made it look more consistent as well. Kudos to Jenna!
We have had many talented clinicians join Legacy Home Care since partnering with On Time Talent Solutions and working with their recruiting team. We highly recommend their services if you are ever in need of nurses or other frontline staff. They take the time to figure out exactly what type of candidates you are looking for and deliver results.
On Time Talent Solutions recruiter helped to add the very best quality clinicians to our team by determining what specific hard and soft skills we were looking for. The talent we onboarded are nimble, caring, and knowledgeable individuals who fit so well in our organization. This has allowed us to expand our service area while continuing our focus on great patient care.
Our family of long term care businesses sees a lot of repeat applicants in our service areas around Minneapolis/St. Paul. By posting jobs with On Time Talent Solutions, we have expanded our applicant pool and have a consistent source of relevant clinical and non-clinical candidates to reach out to for phone screens and interviews.
Our home health agency had a difficult time finding the right administrative staff to handle the patient and referral load we are under. We have added many skilled staffing supervisors and medical records specialists to our team because of the efforts of On Time Talent Solutions.
I was very impressed with On Time Talent Solutions. The professionalism of both James and Nick were worth writing a review about (good eye contact, strong hand shake, pleasant and up beat voice). I felt very comfortable, like to talking to an old friend, during the video production. It was nice to be able to look over the questions prior to doing the video. I am hoping the next stage of the process is that I will get calls to come in for interviews!
After searching independently for my perfect role, I found that I needed some extra assistance in getting my skills and talents in front of the right employers. I stumbled upon On Time Talent Solutions and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. As soon as I began working with the team at On Time Talent Solutions I felt valued and encouraged. They allowed me to present myself to employers in a way that I had previously been lacking. Their team was extremely knowledgeable of the healthcare industry and the roles I was interested in. They provided meaningful advice with resume reviews, interviewing, and current market trends. In the end, their process found me my true “dream job.” I am so grateful for their efforts!
On Time was very responsive from the time I submitted my application to getting me in for an interview. Blake was great with communication, made sure expectations were clear, and always made sure I understood everything. Their process is unique but definitely effective with candidates. I would highly recommend using On Time Talent Solutions for future career endeavors!
I found the interview process to be short and sweet, and did enjoy recording the video interview. Heard back from Sammi as she committed. No other interest communicated to me yet (3 weeks after the initial interviews), but that doesnt feel unusual. Smooth process; keeps her word on calling me back. I appreciate the help theyve given so far.
A total sham. They talk about a specific position to get you to come in for a video interview, but evade any relevant questions that any job seeker should be able to get answers to. I was led to believe there was a specific job opening looking for Senior Sales Leadership, but only got a run-around. Then, having traveled through miserable weather to get to and go through the interview process, the interviewers were more than a half-hour past the appointment time, so I left. I should have trusted my instinct and avoided this charade from the beginning. Most unprofessional.
I really enjoyed working with On Time Solutions. The process is easy and smooth. The ladies were great to work with during the interview process. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking employment or looking for a career change.
The recruiters are very helpful and professional. The video session went very smoothly as well. Looking forward to getting a good job through this group. So far so good!
Full disclosure- this is my first time working with a recruiter. I filled out an online job application for a specific position they posted. I received a phone call to schedule an interview they said I would receive an email with details. I received the email the evening before the interview and was told to fill out an online profile before the interview - as usual it requested information that was in my resume along with a few other questions such as what is your dream job.I arrived at my interview and was met by a young women. I was taken back to a room and was asked to see a copy of my resume- the same on I uploaded online when I applied for the position. She handed me a slip of paper that stated the questions I would be asked during my video interview. I received no forwarding that I would be filmed during this interview. Like others have stated - she could not give me any information about the position. She kept stating confidentiality yet these were basic questions such as is this a clinic based position- are they backfilling a position or is this a new position I also wondered if there was an actual position. I opted not to do the video interview and likely my resume is not being forwarded anywhere.I could have dealt with the surprise of the video interview- nut the lack of information about the position was a red flag. When I do an interview i view that is is a give and take situation and they are learning about me and I am learning about them. I spoke with a few other people who have worked with recruiters and they have not had this experience although apparently the video interview is becoming a thing.Lastly when I arrived home - I received an email about an interview the following week in a different state. Not sure how that was set-up but it was not by me. Now they changed it to here again in MPLS- despite my having said I already had the meeting. Not sure I would want to work for a company that uses them.
I applied for a CTO position and called for an interview in another city. I called the person who setup the interview several times, emailed and left messages to learn a bit more about their end-client before traveling all the way to another city. No reply. Then I read the reviews on google and checked their site. They have tons of CTO positions in every city with exact same job description. Probably the whole ordeal is to add my resume, video to their candidate list. I dont mind them doing it to market me. But being dishonest about this and advertising fake jobs is a bad practice and I am dropping out. Thanks for all those who provided reviews and saving my time.
Great company.
Working with Cassidy, Ashley, and Sami at One time Talent was nothing short of wonderful. They were always highly professional, friendly and welcoming. I always appreciated how they made you feel very comfortable when asking questions and responding so quickly with thorough information. The entire team is amazing.
I applied for a job with this company and was told to come to one of their events. I was a little confused, but decided to go. They asked me to do a video interview, which made me slightly uncomfortable but they said it was submitted to the employer. After the event, they followed up with me about some jobs that interested me. They said they would get back to me when they hear from the employer and I havent heard anything since. They made it seem like the employer was interested in me, but there was no follow up.
The video interview was a new concept to me, but my recruiter was very helpful to make the process simple and intuitive. And in the end I was placed with a position very quickly.
I applied for a CRA opportunity in Atlanta around 11/2018. I was under the impression that I was coming in for an interview. I thought it was strange that I was going to a hotel for an interview, but I figured each firm handles hiring process differently. I had to wait almost 2 hours for an interview that provided no information and eventually completed a video interview which I have yet to see and have yet to hear from them regarding the CRA opportunity. The CRA opportunity that has no company information, no salary information, unclear whether the opportunity is permanent or contractual. Im not sure how this firm works, but I have gone on the site multiple times and have yet to find an actual position which provides specific details related to an actual clinic, hospital, CRO, or university. I believe the firm isnt actually assisting in finding work or posting actual work. I believe it is a waste of time.
Do not list with them. No response. Do not return calls.
Advertised jobs don’t appear to exist. Shady attempt to drag you into a marketing funnel with poor communication, wasted time and no results
Its an impressive team of industry professionals who take the time to understand a healthcare organizations needs -- and help us find the staff we need in this very competitive job market. Thank you.
I don’t think the jobs posted exist.
Not worth your time.
