The owner refuses to pay his employees if they quit to better themselves. He will accuse them of horrible things. He offersless when you actually get your check. He will tell that he has plenty of work to work every day all year long but but if there is bad weather forget it your not working. Certain amount of pay per hour then pays way less. He may do good work but he is a crook and a horrible boss.
