Trevor is easy to get ahold of and always responded to emails quickly. He kept me informed on the process, and even came in on his day off to meet my schedule needs when the truck came in. He is honest and personable. Lynda, finance manager, was also very helpful at getting the documents done quickly and get the Toyota packages I wanted. I drove all the way from Florida, and made a day to go down to Big Horn Toyota to get my vehicle serviced after my trip. I was greeted by Leah, Who was able to fit me into their busy schedule for the day completed the work I needed and got me back on the road with a washed vehicle(I have never had this experience at any Toyota dealership best thing ever!).The service staff was kind and courteous and went over my vehicle several times to ensure that I would have a safe trip and enjoy my time in Colorado. I will never, ever use this dealer again. I made an appointment 20 days in advance to have my tail light replaced, a small plastic part on my tailgate replaced and my heated seats fixed which mysteriously stopped working after I brought the vehicle in for service previously. I will note it takes 45 minutes for me (plus a driver) to get to the shop.After the rude service advisor checked me in, I was on my way. I was called later and was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. After being charged $120, you know what they told me?? That I should replace my broken tail light and the the little plastic part on my tailgate. As for the heated seats they couldnt figure that out, but said they wouldnt wok on them because they were after market. I will note that they were installed by the Toyota dealer from whom I purchased the vehicle, before I took delivery of the brand new truck. Is that really after market?They did none of the requested work on my vehicle. They didnt even give me the option of leaving to be fixed. I thought it was fixed. Pick up and drop off took 6 man-hours for me and one other person, and they have the gall to give me a diagnosis that my tail light is broken... And then charge me $72 for the incredible discovery.In all fairness, for my $120 they rotated my tires and checked fluids. I was highly unsatisfied with my experiences with the dealership, and this one sealed the deal.

He did everything he could to make sure that I was getting exactly the car that I wanted, and didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt want or need. We just purchased a 2020 Highlander Platinum from Bighorn. The entire team worked so hard to make the deal come together for us. Would give 0 stars if I could! Vehicles are thousands of dollars more than ones you would find in Denver. Definitely worth the drive other there to keep 2,000+ in your pocket. They tack on a bunch of unnecessary equipment which THEY installed on the vehicle in the first place then claim it’s non negotiable to take them off. The sales managers stares at under age girls (like my daughter) which made us very uncomfortable! and the general manager is too busy socializing to help with anything! Terrible place!!

So happy with my experience purchasing a Highlander Hybrid. Ryan Gubilee was excellent in finding the car I wanted.

Was once a great dealership and we were loyal customers, bought or leased 5 vehicles. Not any more, will never buy a car from them again. Traded in our lease and bought a new Highlander. They inspected our trade in and we even paid them an extra $900 to bring the lease in early. A few months later Toyota financial billed us for an additional amount saying it was a damaged vehicle. When I spoke with Bighorn they were not willing to make it right. Chose saving a few hundred bucks over customer loyalty. The trade in lease had less than 25,000 miles on it and was in excellent condition.

We received EXCELLENT service from our salesperson, Forrest Gray, and the finance office, Alana (?).However, we were disappointed and dismayed to see TWO other employees walk in and out of the dealership WITHOUT MASKS.Thats just wrong, careless or just plain stupid.

Trevor knew what I was looking for and instead of trying to convince me to buy something else right away he stuck it out for 2 months till my truck finally came. Linda helped me secure the loan with no pressure, they were both super friendly, professional and caring. Great team, thank you!

I really wish I could give the Bighorn Toyota Service department a better score however over the last 8 months I have had numerous encounters with Rick who has a hard time grasping the importance of wearing a mask during the pandemic. I have filed several complaints about this individual’s carelessness and my safety concerns, I have spoken with his manager and had it noted in my account that Rick is not to touch my car as he seems incapable of following simple health instructions. I know other employees have voiced their complaints about this man’s behavior and now I have diminished confidence in the service manager Roger’s commitment to customer safety. With my lease coming to an end in the next couple months I’m at a crossroads of whether or not to get another Toyota so I can avoid the discomfort and stress I experience with each and every appointment I’ve had at BigHorn in 2020 and so far in 2021.As far as the service, everything has been fine. My appointments are timely, I find their after hours drop off and pick up very convenient, I’ve used both their shuttle and their rental services too and I’ve never had to return my car for problems after a service appointment. That’s their job and they do it well. The rest of it, what would give them an excellent rating, they have fallen woefully short of the mark this past year.

Went in for an alignment...was charged over $50 just to tell have them say that lower control arm bushings are worn and unable to align. Every other shop Ive ever been to would have just relayed this at no charge since no actual work was done. Have bought vehicles here before and had them exclusively serviced here for years. I did give two stars since the service advisor was super friendly and helpful.

Today I was at Big Horn Toyota and received the best of service. I did not get the fellows name at the desk but he was so helpful. Because I am on a cane, he helped me back at to my car where he summoned Hector to reconnect my phone, and winterize my tire pressure. Hector noticed my windshield was dirty on the inside and out and proceeded to clean it! I have lived in GWS the last five and a half years and have always received the royal treatment. I have been to Bighorn Toyota several times and every time I go there I am amazed at how friendly the people are and how happy everyone who works there seems to be. The selection of new and used vehicles is very large for such a small town. I highly recommend Bighorn Toyota if you are looking for a vehicle or need to have your vehicle serviced.

Amazing service, great team of folks. I never once felt like I was being sold to, rather I had a friend helping me find the perfect Tacoma for my husband.
