Shout out to Justin in the service dept. of Phil Long Subaru. My daughters Outback broke down on her way to UT which is always scary. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And most important made her feel comfortable and got her back on the road quickly. As a mom, I feel so much better knowing her car has been seen by a certified Subaru dealer. Thanks Justin!

Called ahead to make an appointment a day in advance. Was quoted AnHour Maximum which time was of the essence for I had to be to work to open my store 2 hours later and I made sure to stress that I would gladly take another day if it werent going to work to get me to work on time. The technician assured me I would be done in an hour maximum. It took 2 hours almost on the dot. I left there 8 minutes late for work. I will never take my business here again.
