I have beyond over the top anxiety about going to the dentist. All of the employees are/were compassionate and treated me with the upmost respect and understanding. He is very gentle and extremely efficient. Highly recommend. I dont think I have ever been as proactive about cleanings etc until I found this office.

Well since I have not seen a dentist in 6 yrs. I was very embarrassed to see a dentist to start with. From the beginning it was a wonderful experience. The entire office staff is friendly, empathetic and bring a good positive energy to the environment. Dr. Minihane is everything I ever wanted out of a dentist. On the consultation he took a detailed medical history which is very important if you want your mouth to look just as healthy as the rest of you. No previous dentist has ever taken the time or explained that as a result of certain prescription medications side effects can add to the severe dental decay that I am experiencing. Followed by educating me on how to care for myself while continuing on the medication that is lifelong. After a thorough mouth assessment and evaluation of x-rays he developed a treatment plan that made sense. Never did I feel like he was giving me a sales pitch. (I have experienced this with the last 2 dentists that I have seen). Making additional appointments was easy, and only waited 10 days for my new crown. In the meantime Dr. Minihane made me a beautiful temporary and gave me back my smile! This is only the beginning of our treatment plan and I can not say enough about the skill, technique and beautiful workmanship he performed on my teeth.This business is definitely a diamond in the rough.

My interactions with all the staff and doctors have been great and there are no complaints from me about the service. Overall nice and kind people work here.

So, about 3 1/2 weeks ago, I slipped down the stairs at home, and hit my front tooth on a plate I was carrying, and completely chipped off a good chunk of my tooth. I was completely devastated, and stressed out because I hadnt been to the dentist in a very long time. Found CDS through a Google search, and from the moment I called them to schedule an appointment, to the moment I left with my permanent crown and cleaning, they were always, hands down, the NICEST people ever. Everyone was so sweet, reassuring, patient, and absolutely amazing. They were genuinely sympathetic with me and my situation, and I never felt like they were just pretending to care. They always kept me updated on what they were doing, showed me exactly what they would do, and were very calm, professional, and EXTREMELY pleasant. After my experience with them, I will constantly be referring people to them, and will be going to them for regular exams, cleanings, and anything else involving my teeth, from now on. Thank you SO much again, everyone at CDS, you all helped me more than you think!!!! ^_^

The staf is friendly and very professional; every problem and treatment is always thoroughly explained in a simple and understandable way.For the last several years we have moved across town and it takes me almost an hour to get to my appointment and I am still a patient.When you find a good dentist, it’s hard to let go.Thank you for all you’ve done for me and my family over the years.

Ive been going to Caring Dental Smiles for 10 years now, and I am absolutely pleased with their service. Not only is the staff welcoming and amazing, but the atmosphere is very comfortable. The front desk receptionist knows everyone by name and never hesitates to ask about how everything is going. The hygienist is gentle and spends a lot of time with me. Dr. Maurice and Dr. Minihane, two outstanding dentists, always make sure not to miss anything. I have to say these people know what their doing, never have I had to complain about their work. Their courtesy to make sure your well-being is intact always makes for a happy patient. I highly recommend their business to others!

Very friendly staff! Sherry is so nice and explains all expenses and made it possible for me to see the dentist when I had a problem that needed to get fixed right away. Ursula does very good work and shows that she cares about your teeth. Dr. Minihane takes the worry out of going to a dentist, hes very patient and answers all questions and does great work. I moved to Chicago a couple years ago and hate it. I can honestly say that this place is the only great thing that came out of moving here. They are amazing! And even more amazing with kids! My 5-yr old had the best experience here!

I thought everybody hated going to the dentist until I foune CDS on the internet. Not only is it close to my house, but they are also very flexible and accomodating, and they dont hurt you! I actually fall asleep in the chair quite frequently because of how comfortable I am there.
