They performed a furnace tune up, broke a part which caused a gas leak. I had to call the gas company to turn of my gas. They refused to come out to fix the issue and even said they were going to charge me for the parts and labor to fix it. They then blamed the gas company.At one point they said we have plenty of lawyers to take care of any complaints. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not call and stay far away. Many other on here have said the same thing.I am appalled they are a local company.

Mike and his team came and inspected the unit within a day to confirm the issue with the unit. The serviceman took less than 10 minutes to identify the problem, which to me shows his level of knowledge. We called to schedule the unit to be replaced and the team was able to fit us in within 72 hours. The team brought in blankets to protect the surfaces they walked on while working and swept the floor after they were done. The team was personable and kind, taking the time to explain what they were doing and how the unit works. Thank you for the great service!

I own a small business, one of the furnaces went down, I made a call and I was told as soon as a a tech was available they would be out.Not only did they fix my current issue but during the 15 min wait to confirm the furnace was cycling properly they found another (the same) issue on my second unit. Both units were fixed and back up and running in a hour.No complaints, only praise.

We had a furnace that was original to the house and an a/c that was barely keeping up with one room. These guys recommended a furnace for us, with a matching a/c, gave us a great deal, and have been prompt and professional when we need service. We asked if we needed a bigger a/c unit, and they told us that it wasnt working due to age, not size. They easily could have sold us something much more expensive, but they didnt. I appreciated the honesty a lot, and 3 years later, we still love our system. Thank you!

Great service! Came out right away and fixed a broken water heater. Helped diagnosis issue over phone beforehand to optimize service call. Straightforward, no nonsense, friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Set up appt for 8 - noon on Saturday. Never showed. Never picked up phone. Never called back.Will never call them again.Ended up calling ABC Heating and Cooling and they came within 1.5 hrs with plenty of calling and text follow up. I recommend calling them.

I called the answering service and she forwarded my call to Justin and he was rude and un caring, he said “ I have been in the sun all day and I am going home to my family. I told him, I was a long time customer too.” He didn’t care, He talked to me like I wasn’t s customer, I thought that was why, I renew my contract year after year. I have never had to call for any services. What kind of company is this?
