Please do yourself a favor and use Azikram. I have been having problems with my AC and had many HVAC services out here to diagnose the issue. All the other services took a cursory look at my system before quickly trying to sell me new work/replacement parts. Bernard was the only one to truly attempt to diagnose and understand the underlying issue. He spent hours with my system, giving it a thorough examination from top to bottom. Very happy with his service! Bernard was quick to identify problem with our AC, it is definite that he has many years of experience. His pricing is reasonable. Our furnace stopped working and we choose Azrikam to fix the problem. He was capable to diagnose and narrow possible reasons for the problem over the phone and several photos exchange so to reduce the cost. I was very impressed. What an amazing experience! My furnace just stopped blowing warm air so I gave Bernard a call. I could tell that he was on another job yet he took the time to walk me through all of the steps over the phone to troubleshoot the issue. He was able to resolve my issue over the phone with no charge. Its hard to find honest and trustworthy repair people but Bernard is the real deal. Who else would be willing to help free of charge? I rarely write reviews, but in this case I will make an exception. The HVAC unit on the roof of my business was not working. It was 15 degrees outside, 48 degrees inside and cold air blowing from the air vents. I needed help fast so that I could open for business that evening. I was told what time they would arrive. Bernard and his partner were early. They diagnosed the problem and explained what was wrong with my HVAC unit in terms that I could understand. These gentlemen were professional and courteous. They got my HVAC unit working and their work was excellent. The price they quoted was very economical and under budget. It is rare that I meet honest businessmen. I say that because I have been taken advantage before in similar situations, when the HVAC unit is inoperable in inclimate weather. For example, no air conditioning when over 90 degrees or no heat when under 32 degrees. I think I have said enough. I will summarize my review with five words. We were freezing yesterday I called a few heating companies and some of the companies wanted $275.00. plus a three hours window to come out because of an emergency, and other companies were charging $195.00. with a four to five hour window. Then I got real lucky and found Azrikam the price is right. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Bernard and he told he would charge $95.00 to come out right away and before you knew it he charged me $75.00 for a part to fix the actual problem.
