Was able to book a last minute same-day appointment for a gel manicure and Emma did a lovely job on my nails! I had an idea of doing a shade range of 5 different colors, one for each nail and I picked the colors off the charts. When we began painting them, she helped me switch out certain shades that didnt look right once applied for ones that complemented the shade range better. Thank you so much Emma!

Very clean, friendly staff, found a guy Ive been going to for a few months now but this last time I noticed things were a.lottle sloppy. Picture #3 is where they started going downhill.mprior to that, they were all great!

Ive been coming here for the past 2 years, and Ive always had a positive experience. My gel always stays for a minimum of 2 weeks, and they are attentive. I brought my bridal party here the day before my wedding and all 8 of us were taken care of. Yes, per other reviews, they are busy. Make an appointment! :)

I come here for a great dip powder manicure! Always lasts a long time and is super sanitary, and its a great, quiet place to go thats close to APU and Citrus colleges. I especially love the vibe, theyre always playing really fun music videos and its really clean and beautiful.

Great place! Called last minute to see if they could fit my sister and I in for mani/pedis and they took us! Love my nails, I got gel on my hands and just polish for my toes. My sister got acrylics with polish and polish on toes. Great massage chairs and they even brought us water since it was a hot day! I definitely will be back soon!

I came here for the first time last week and was hoping to find my new nail spot. Sadly, I will not return for the following reasons...1. They gave me the wrong servicesI scheduled a gel mani and pedi but was only given a gel mani with a regular pedi (cost $44.00)I had no idea I was getting a regular pedi until it was too late. When I told the owner about the mistake she didn’t apologize or offer any kind of discount for the mistake.I brushed this off and was going to give this place another chance because it was the day before Thanksgiving and I know how the hectic holidays can cause the best of us to make a mistake.But then I went on vacation (hence why I had my nails done) and my gel barely survived the 1 week vacation.2. Bad quality gel!I had my nails done on the 28th of November and come December 6th the gel was lifting off (pictures posted). I have NEVER had gel come off after a week.On a positive note. The two ladies who did my nails were very nice. The salon is clean. And, my regular pedicure has held up much better than my gel nails.I would not recommend this place but maybe you will have a different experience than I did.

Bad service cant do a simple flower design . If they do its something I could do on myself. And they dont even help you on putting your sandlas back on they ignore you! Ive been coming here for a while and this time I went they really did a bad service.. they lost a costumer.

Tried for the first time and had my appointment outside. It was great! Will make this my new nail place.

They are one of the local nail salons that remain open and working out doors during pandemic. For that I appreciate them.

Was there 3 weeks ago for the first time. Very clean and sanitary. Great job on my pedicure and my nails. Would recommend.

The ladies here were wonderful. I came with my daughter to reward her for not biting her nails for a month. They just gave her a simple polish, which they didnt charge me for (I was getting a manicure), and just out of kindness put a little decorative flourish on her thumbs.

Made an appointment but could have just as easily walked in. Everyone was very nice. The massage chairs were very comfortable. I was very happy with my manicure and pedicure. I just got color on my toes and fingers. Seemed like a decent price. Id go back. You can only tip in cash.

Love this place!!! Will be my place to go!Great people and relaxing and they dont try get more out of You! They ask what you want done and that it. Dont try get more money out of you for something you dont need n there no talking like other nail places you know what I mean folks! Just information talk. I’ve been coming here for about a year. Today, mother’s day, (I finally got a chance after months of not having time) to get a pedicure. I had an appointment and didn’t leave until over two hours later. The lady doing the pedicure was HORRIBLE!! She didn’t know how to do ANYTHING. The cuticles were barely even removed, I asked for square and she left my toes round. She cut the nail, so they couldn’t fix it.. I paid additional for callus treatment and she couldn’t even do that right. I still had rough feet with callus all over. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Finally another lady took over an hour and a half later. She tried to fix it.The worst part is the husband and wife were both observing the whole thing and they never stepped in to help. The husband was just sitting there on his phone. After wasting over 2 hours of my time, and messing up my toes, you would think they wouldn’t charge me for that, but they did.They put an amateur technician to do my pedicure and she messed it up and then they had the nerve to charge me. Not only did I have to pay for the ugly service she did, but I have to wait a couple weeks to go somewhere else to correct the mess.

I love love love Gatsby nails. I started going last November and now go regularly. I get gel every time and I am obsessed the more I go. My nails last me around 21/2-3 weeks which is perfect for a college student on a budget! All of the workers are amazing and friendly. No matter who you get, the quality of work is the same. The owners are such sweethearts and are always way to kind to me. I would highly recommend Gatsby Nails!

Gatsby nails is wonderful! Their workers are incredibly friendly and the salon has a nice atmosphere. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and was immedietly seated. I got a very basic $12 manicure and the results were amazing. My hands were so soft and beautiful afterwards. Its been almost a week and they are barely chipping. I would 100% recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Ivy who did my pedi was great but thats all I really have to say about it. The place looks nice but parking is horrible and the people dont really listen to you and do their own thing then consult you afterwards.
