My experience at the actual salon was okay (other than some cuts next to one of my nails). But after a week and a half I had two nails that cracked and chipped off. I am pretty kind to my nails and have never had a dip manicure chip before. Pretty disappointed after paying so much for the service...

Never again! They butchered my daughters feet so badly during a pedicure right before her trip to Europe!

I like this place because its quiet and calm, not chaotic like some nail salons. Thee is plenty of space. The decor is clean, classy and up-to-date. The employee who gave me a pedicure did a good, efficient, meticulous job. This was my second time there. I had been going to Evas Nails in San Dimas regularly but decided to stop going there after I had made an appointment, showed up on time, and I still had to wait about 40 mins. A friend recommended Elegant Touch when I needed to get my nails done for my daughters wedding at the end of April. They did a fantastic job. I was very pleased. Mai did a dip ombre on my fingernails.

This salon specializes in dips for nails, unfortunately the process or material they use is the worst Ive experienced. Not only did I spend $60 not including 20% tip (more than any other salon), one nail broke in the first five days. Then another... in less than a week I had three broken nails.I went in for repairs only to have one of the repaired nails break in the first hour! My nails usually last 3-4 weeks. However they are all cracking and breaking and it will be just 2 weeks tomorrow. This has been quite a frustration, as well as a waste of my time and money. I will not continue at this salon.

I love going here. They know exactly how to use their product the right way. I dont ever have left. I can go a month with out redoing them. SNS is their product used. Its nice a last longer. I give them a 5 because the place is elegant n clean. They do a amazing job on my nails.

Got the slowest person there doing my nails. Took an hour and a half for a pedicure and didnt even take care of my ingrown toe nail when I asked her to.dont accept credit card. Had to go to the bank and get cash and come back to pay. They should at least have a sign out cash only.

A bit pricey but well worth it. I have received numerous compliments even after 2 weeks post application. The dip powder technique does not require a UV lamp for drying. Nails look great up to 3 to weeks, depending on how fast your nails grow. No chipping...

I have NEVER been able to grow my nails until I started getting dip powder nails at Elegant Touch Nails! Now I have to get them cut every visit! This is the best nail salon! Well worth the price!

I came in to get a gel manicure as I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I was told by Tu that they dont offer gel manicures only dip manicures. I was unsure as Ive never heard of this and worried of being over charged.NOT THE CASE! They were super busy but Tu explained how the technique works and the price.I could not believe this whole time I knew nothing of it! He made my natural nails stronger, conditioned them and for the difference of only $10 bucks that I usually pay! Im sooooooo picky and Ive never been more satisfied in my 32 years of living with my nails!!! They offer a full range of beverages and I mean full! The staff welcoming but what got me was how all the clients that walked in,he greeted by name! My nails look so beautiful the color is one Ive never seen before Im just in awe! Ive already received 2 compliments after getting them done a few hours ago! The inside is beautiful!

Wonderful staff. I had an appointment that I had to cancel end up changing 2times then cancel. I still went there and they still did my nails. Over and beyond on customer service. OMG love my dip powder nails. Life changer.

I really liked this place. I had on acrylics with gel nail polish & my toes had gel polish. My mother & daughter had gel polish too. So they had to remove my acrylic & gel polish from all 3 of us. Id only heard about them the day before from someone who used to live in the area. Id also heard that its best to make an appointment because they get real busy. We were walk ins, I took a chance (also means Id understandif they couldnt fir us in). We were there when they opened. They were able to see us right away. They did everything I wanted for each of us. The work on my nails & my daughters turned out great! My moms couldve been a bit better considering the prices. They have complimentary drinks which is nice. So the only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the pricing. I think they do great work & theyre nice but the prices are a bit high. Will I go back? Yes, definitely. Just maybe not as often due to pricing. If I could do 4.5 stars that is what Id give.

They show movies while getting nails done. Do wondrous job on nails and pedicure. Also do waxing, and eyebrows. Its a busy place, so make appointments. But, also friendly place!

I really wanted to like this place and wish my experience would have been half as good as everyone elses seems to have been. A couple weeks ago I walked in and was greeted nicely. I let them know what I wanted then was seated by the lady that was going to do my nails when I told her I wanted short coffin ombre nails she has another lady leave her customer to come over and start gluing tips on my nails and explained the 1st lady didnt know how to do ombre? Ok! As the 2nd lady is finishing the tips a man is standing watching her. She then gets up to go help another customer and now the man sits down to powder dip my nails. He was pleasant but very distracted by his co-workers conversations and not very focused on the job he was doing so needless to say my nails were a mess. They were left too long after explaining I wanted them shorter. They were not coffin shape they were squared with rounded corners and they were not even because of some pincher things he put on that sunk them in on the sides and my left hand had longer nails than my right hand. And they were definitely not ombre just looked like a messy French tip. So disappointing because this place really is beautiful inside and comfortable and they do greet customers as they walk in and leave. But free water or sodas are not going to make up for bad nails especially at these prices.
