Ive been here afew times and have always been greeted at the door no matter the time of day. The staff has always been very helpful in directing me to the items that i am looking for. Great team

It would be amazing if smart and final had number/letter tags for each isle so that it was easier to find specific items while shopping for Shipt. I noticed it in the shipped app itself but unfortunately not in the smart and finals. Store was clean and everyone was super friendly!

They have a lot of stuff. Big parking lot, right at Wilson and Verdugo Rd. In Glendale.

They now have delivery service, best part is the place carries onion bags -20lbs and they cost like 50 cents per lb. All items are stocked properly and staff is very polite and friendly. They checkout very fast

The place was smart and final. I shop there every couple few weeks. Never had a problem

Excellent place to shop for groceries,lots of parking,low prices and good selection,I even buy my meat from this location a little trimming due to bulk prices but the savings is well worth the effort,they even have a decent selection of wines and liquor

This was an extra large smart & final seems like they had a bigger frozen section and deli section than most and the people were friendly but because during covid-19 lines long. Other than that Id shop here again

The experience was very good. The store is clean, organized well, and the staff is friendly. The set up for social distancing and check out was very efficient and effective.

One of my favorite stores to shop at. They have a wide selection of items, the employees are very friendly, the prices are low, they have incorporated social distancing, & theres plenty of parking spaces.

Cant buy alcohol after 8pm... Wow. Good job! Might as well just close at 8pm...

Great selection of meats for smoking! Have found great selections in briskets, pork buts, spare ribs, and tri tips. Competitive prices too!

I Love shopping here, the cashier Daniel makes your day just by his presence. They did a great job hiring him because he is very professional and knows what great customer service is. I have had other experiences with other cashiers but I always go in his line because he is super efficient and super sweet. Keep up the great, exceptional work. Thank you managers for hiring such a kind, respective, and friendly person. Apart from this, I want to say that smart and final has not just been a place for me to shop, but a place where I can go if I just need someone to talk to and just vent. Thanks again in advance.

Zero management. No respect culture is running here, must be from the top. Very Rude, unprofessional and careless cashiers. Playing with customers nerves. unnecessary long lines all the time. Wrong priced or no priced items, they take customers for granted... It happened many times during my visits in past few months. This store should be closed. It’s a disgrace to a 21st century living standards.

Cashier scanned my coupon but messed something up and I never received the discount. I didnt notice it until later. I wont trust them anymore. Its unfortunate they dont care enough to pay attention to what they do when charging customers.

Attention stay awaypeople go shopping at smart and finaldo not try to return any merchandise you purchased from this store because the manager Gabriel Arriaga over there will not allow you to return your merchandise and kick you out and call the police to prevent you shopping at this store anymore forever plus the security guys there he tried to be a hero and try to hit you buy anything coming in his way even the cart, they increase the water bottles Arrowhead spring 48 bottles 8 oz box price to $10.99 Plus $2.40 CRV Plus tax.This manager should not be in this position Smart & Final corporate should find something else for this person, I dont want to say more I got injured and I will file a lawsuit against them.

Very nice store. People are polite and courteous. Cashiers are very helpful. Managers are also helpful . I like this store its organized ND good vegetables and reasonable prices.

Never buy meat here. I purchased three sirloin steaks on three separate occasions. Each of the steaks labeled good for a couple days or more. When I returned home and opened them, the stench of rotten meat was overwhelming. The first two I returned for a refund and went to Ralph’s, the third was to see if they corrected the problem. I like the convenience because I can walk to the store. I don’t normally review anything, but my unassuming wife bought pork for stew and sirloin steak yesterday, 1/13/19. You guessed it, rotten. One can only assume they are relabeling old meat. Your going to get someone SICK! We have a young child, be responsible and LEGAL, throw away old meat before you seriously hurt or kill someone.

This is close enough for me to walk to, if it was farther I would never go. Their baked good are more expensive than I would think and are hit and miss in quality. The produce is pretty cheap but you really have to dig to find the gems in with the bruised and mushy fruit and veggies. They have bulk products for local shops and those type of items are very well priced. The meat section is fairly new and surprisingly good. The quality is good and the prices are low.The workers are friendly and happy to help. The store is a little dated, but Ive never seen it messy.The biggest issue is the other shoppers. Ive never been in a store with less pleasant or more entitled people.If youve got the patience to deal with the nonsense of other shoppers this is not a bad place for groceries, but it will not replace your regular grocery.

They opened another checker and as soon as the lines got long and I was served in a quick, friendly, and efficient manner. the customer service is excellent and the cashiers always seem to be in a great mood. Ive never had a bad experience here. keep up the good work!

If you need items in bulk, but dont want to go to Costco this is the next best thing. They are in between a regular gorcery store and a bulk item store. Store is always clean and most of the employees are very helpful. Pricing is good.

Terrible terrible power went out but then came back it was hot the lady inside said I had to wait 20 min out side until the computers power back on. But I could of start getting my groceries and by the time past ever thing would be working again. Two other where able to get in except me. It was really unfair I had to wait outside while the other two where inside. All customers should be treated equally. Really bad costumer service.

12 deep in line with 1 cashier. 4 employees in back moving merchandise. Management needs to be more aware of what is going on in the store.

Thank God I found everything I need except my favor brand of dish liquid soap.

We like to shop at Smart and Final. It tends to be cheaper than typical grocery stores and is a good place to get bulk items. The only down side is that they dont have as wide a variety of options as larger stores.

Morons dont know how to tell time. If you are supposed to close at 10 then dont close at 9:57Look at your parking lot videos... You need to re-stock and lower the prices, and check the met and the poultry looks that is old and maybe to expire, this is a potential problem for the peoples health.

Never been called a liar by a cashier. In line waiting to pay. Watched a younger cashier walk in. Then go to the man in front of me, to ask if he was ready for her NEW line. Then she skips me to a guy who wasnt in this line. I said I am next. She said no your not I asked you. This is the first time she even looked me in the eyes. Tried to over talk me while letting the other guy go. I am not happy by my actions. Took my had held carrier and slid it out of the way. Left on the floor. I apologise for the individual who had to put it back. The smart ass cashier should put it away. Bye smart and final. To bad the rest of the employees are awesome. Going to miss them. Just in case you want to know the time. 8:30 ish this morning. Very rude gurl. Very rude. Way to demolish a great store. Being called a liar and being talked down to.
