So extremely thankful that I found out about Quick Digitals before going elsewhere for the vhs transfer service. Ive been hesitant to send my vhs tapes via mail because it contained the only video footage I have left of my Mom before she passed away. Alex was extremely kind and understood how important these tapes were for me and did a beautiful job transferring the tapes to a USB drive. Ive been able to share the footage with my grandma and husband so far and its been amazing. I feel like Ive had a small part of my Mom returned to me, and my heart is so full. Ive used them twice- First time Brought some VHSs and he turned them into DVDs. Second time, brought 20 VHSs and Mini Dv/ VHSCs and he was able to put all of them on one Zip Drive within 4 days. Professional, simple, and fairly priced. Ill keep going there as long as I have tapes to digitize :)

I needed to quickly get an old VHS Christmas tape transferred to a flash drive to send my sister some holiday nostalgia before Christmas arrives! She lives on the other side of the country so I was scrambling once I finally found the tape a few days ago! I did some quick Googling and called Alex to explain my dilemma, he was so accommodating and said to come by the very next day!He transferred my tape within an hours time and even put it in different housing bc the metal wheels were all dried up in the old one! I sent 3 MiniDV tapes from the mid 2000s on 5/3/16 and was emailed by Alex only three days later that 1 tape had lost a lot of its magnetic signal and so would have sections of gibberish if transferred. The other two were also very weak but were successfully transferred. He offered to not process the badly degraded tape and refund the $10.00 or transfer it anyway and I could edit out the scrambled sections. I went with the salvage what you can option and he did a great job on that as well. These tapes had been stored in harsh environments, so the degradation was not surprising. Im impressed with Alexs ability to rescue these memories from oblivion. (not to mention his offer to refund the full 10 bucks even though the fault was with my own inability to properly care for my tapes). Great business, great business man. Hire him. Youll be glad you did.
