I only knew of this store as a passport photo store, until I needed to transfer my old camcorder tapes to DVD. I went to three other locations I used to go to as a kid but found out they werent in business anymore, so I searched for tape to DVD transfer on Google Maps and found this store. They have parking but if youre from Glendale, you know this place gets crowded and sometimes difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. You get lucky though so its worth coming here, because I had old film, vhs-c (camcorder) tapes, and even old color slides that the guy was able to copy and print. Not to mention the quality of the pictures that are printed. The paper, the ink, not sure, but its just really clear and great quality prints. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and this will now be my regular go-to place for anything related to photography. I believe I saw a seating area, the store is nicely cool and ventilated, and the customer service is amazing! Very friendly and welcoming staff. If Im not mistaken, I believe they also do photography shoots for weddings and events.

I was in an out in 5 minutes on a Friday afternoon as a walk in. Pictures look great and it was an even $20.

I just had the best experience here for my US passport renewal picture. They take your passport picture in a professional studio and they take their time with you. The end result is very flattering pictures and great customer service and pricing. I cant wait to come back for my Canadian passport picture!

They take unsatisfactory passport photos and tell the clients that they must pay studio fee ($75) for satisfactory pictures.They have 2 different business pages on Yelp to cover up for their poor reviews. The business owner used offensive language and foul words after I posted an honest review on Yelp.

Horrible place for passport pictures, they simply didnt take acceptable pictures during the first/second attempts and told me that they would charge $75 if I wanted a better picture, calling it studio photo, which I refused.After paying $28, I walked out with 2sets of unsatisfactory passport pictures, but the worst part was their attitude & lack of respect.The owner used offensive language as I posted an honest Yelp review.

Great local shop for passport photos, printing, photo retouching, enlargements, and more. I needed a Australian passport photo and this was the only shop that could do it! Great man running the store. Had a great conversation and the photos looked great. Fast and cheap too!

Owner is an older gentleman whos been around forever. He took my passport photos 10 years ago and it was nice to see that he was still in business. Being a cross the post office is just another plus to his fast and affordable service.

Even for a passport photo, Aram was very detail-oriented: made sure every hair was in place, my blouson top was perfectly in place, posture was erect, and one lazy eye was opened slightly more! The color quality of the photos is outstanding.

Dont know how they are with wedding photos, but the passport photo is appalling. No attempt was made to try to make it look better. In fact, its one of the worst photos I have ever had taken of me. Only the DMV managed to do one better, once. What happened to photographers who would direct you how to sit and what to do and actually cared and took pride in creating something aesthetic?

Image Photography and Video scammed me. I went to get photos for my Australian passport. I had a webpage printout from the Aus. govt that said 2 photos were needed. The man at the studio said it was 6 photos. He insisted this was the requirement. He said hes taken many such photos for Aussies before. He took 6 photos and billed me for it. Then when I took the photos to the Aus. consulate, they said only 2 were needed, just like on their govt. webpage.

No enough patience.
