I went in for my 6-month Check up. Laurie was the Dental Hygienist who I saw. I found Laurie to be very personable, courteous and knowledgeable! She gave me a good update on the condition of my teeth as compared to the last visit. She provided me several real-time pictures of a few of my teeth on the monitor, and offered some recommendations for me to consider for better dental care. There were no pressure or scare tactics to get the work done, and left it solely up to my decision.Overall, I was satisfied and made my next appointment for early next year.

The Doctor was amazing. Super nice and got right to the point. I had a filling fall out and they were able to get me in the next day to fill it back up so I wasn’t in a ton of pain. Very grateful for the staff and doctor to get me in so quickly. Definitely bringing my kids here.

Love this office. They are efficient, clean, friendly and they do a great job on my teeth! Also, they know how to handle the questions with the insurance company, so i don’t have to deal with it! Thank you everyone! See you in 6 months! Make your appts!

I’m definitely not a fan of going to the Dentist, and I’ve had bad experiences over the years. This was my first time going to Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry and I can honestly say it was one of the best visits I have ever experienced going to a Dentist. (Even though I do have some cavities I will have to address). I would definitely recommend them. They were kind, listened, and were informative.

A crown fell out on a Sat Night. Called the emergency # and was given some good advice. Was happy to get an early Monday morning appointment.Everyone I encountered was great and very professional from the receptionist, dental technician and the office/billing.I appreciated being briefed on the full costs in advance. And Dr. Nguyen was very attentive to my anxiety. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for years. Everyone is friendly and professional. They have state-of-the art equipment. Dr. Chase was awesome. The new owner, Dr. Nate, and his associate, Dr. Nguyen are fantastic as well. The office staff is superior, following through with appointment reminders and necessary paperwork. They will also allow you to set up a payment plan. I’ve recommended the office to a few friends, and they love this dentistry as well. You won’t be disappointed. They are very deserving of 5 stars.

I went in for a crown. I was anxious as it was a back tooth, so my mouth was going to be super wide open for a while. I have a condition that causes my mouth to be dry anyway plus a couple of other issues. Dr. Nguyen was so understanding and accommodating that he immediately relieved me anxiety and I was very comfortable with my the situation as well as the crown I received in a short time. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr Joe Nguyen, he’s was very good, professional and thorough. I needed a crown for a cracked molar. I was done in about an hour and a half. The cerec machine for ceramic crowns was excellent. The crown fit and looked amazing. . I highly recommend Dr Nguyen . The assistants and hygienist are also top notch. I front desk staff and office manayare professional and nice.

This practice puts their patients first. Every staff member communicates positively and openly. I greatly appreciate my hygienist Suzie and her attentive care. Thanks to all of the dentists for their care and concern.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Nate does outstanding work. I had to have 2 crowns and he did them in office in just a couple of hours. The fit of the new crowns is much better than other crowns I have. No snagging floss at the margins and color is very natural.I am very happy I found Arrowhead Ranch Dental.

Had a root canal 10 months ago and the crown came off, when I called to get it replaced I was told they wouldn’t cover it and that I would have to use insurance. I’m going to another dentist instead to get the work done because they will cover it for two years.Update, I received a follow up call and a prompt appointment was set. The repair was fixed and my cap feels great, they stood behind their work and did a great job.

Excellent work! I had a crown put in on a top molar. They referred me to an excellent endo (Dr. Schindler) for the root canal.They 3D-mill the crown in their own in-house lab while I was in the chair. It fit like a glove and feels and looks great.I am a bit sore still from the root canal and the crowned tooth is tender. But that will go away over time as everything heals.

The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. Honestly the best cleaning I ever had…I’ll be back!

So I went in today and had a crown replacement done on a molar. Whole procedure took about an hour and a half permanent crown installed beautifully no pain whatsoever and I am doing awesome on the same day. I don’t have to go back to get the crown it’s already in my mouth so thank you so much you guys are awesome and I’m so happy I found your dentist office.

The staff here went above and beyond today!I had set an emergency appointment for my brother who needs a clearance from a dentist before he can start radiation treatments tomorrow. Literally a life and death type situation!When my brother insisted on driving himself this morning we had to honor his demands… well he fell as he was walking into the office. They ran out with a wheelchair and dusted him off and took such good care of him. He got his clearance and will begin treatments ASAP.Thank u ladies for showing such compassion in hiss time of need

My crown cracked over the weekend and they called me first thing Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for 10am. Dr. Nguyen is Fantastic! He is kind and he listens and is very careful and gentle.

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist one bit, but I will say, since I started going here in 2012, they have always made me feel comfortable. (If that’s such a thing in a dentists chair :). Staff is excellent and very professional and friendly. If it weren’t for them and the office environment, I’d probably look like a pirate with several teeth missing.

Do not seem to care about standing behind their work and would rather recommend the highest costing solution. Had a filling that was done less than 3 years ago that got a chip out of it recently and instead of fixing the problem that occurred to their filling they would rather I spend over $1500 for a partial crown. If they couldn’t get a filling right then why should I believe they will get the partial crown right?

Gotten three emails to remind me for my appointment if I was to cancel less than 24 hours they would charge me fifty dollars which I understand I was ready that morning to go than I get a phone call two hours before my appointment saying that it was canceled I had then asked if I was able to get fifty dollars credit to my account since they never gave me 24 hour notice .They told me they would get back with me but never did . I only thought that would be fair.

How going to the dentist was fun beats me but because the hygienists are personable and relatable I was able to leave with clean teeth and happier than I went it. I know it sounds odd but it’s true. Dentists are wonderful too.

Dr. Mark Chase came highly recommended to me about 5 years ago. His office staff are always pleasant and professional. Billing department staff will check your insurance for pricing and explain your options. I like the fact I receive text messages a few days prior to my appointment and a personal follow-up phone call the day before, for a reminder and to see if you have any concerns prior to the appointment.The workmanship Dr. Mark Chase and his Dental Assistants, I have only high respect. They try to be as gentle and caring as they are empathetic to your procedures they provide. I like the fact they explain the various options they provide that would be in the most beneficial for a positive outcome. Dr. Mar Chase takes his time and will answer questions you ask, you do not feel rushed. Their equipment, are the newer technology in dentistry. I just had invisalign put in this week. Yay! 💜

I broke a vaneer of my front tooth leaving an unsightly gap on a Friday night. Called as a 1st time patient on Saturday and they squeezed me in on Monday. Fitted me with a temporary in less than a 1/2 hour and booked an appointment for a permanent veneer the following Monday. Absolutely top notch staff from front to back. They are exceptional its rare to find a dental team that cares as much as they do, you can tell its not just about my teeth!

I went in for a check in, then was told I needed two teeth cleanings. I scheduled and was told they needed a card to reserve the appointments but the card would not be charged until the appointment. A week later I was charged for the appointment that never happened. I called to cancel. It has now been over a month and a half and I have not been reimbursed. The check was sent to the wrong address (an old address) even though I had provided them with the correct one to use.They then told me they had sent another one. Two weeks later I called to check on status to find out they had just sent it again a couple days earlier. I asked if I could pick it up in person and they mentioned I cannot cause they don’t want to pay the fee to cancel the check again. Which wasn’t my problem in the first place.It’s been almost 2 months and I have not received a refund for the service I never got. Very unprofessional with the given circumstances.

I had a serious fall recently with a fractured nose and all sorts of aches and pains as a result. I have one tooth with a small area that broke off. I was able to be seen quickly and was treated. The office staff was responsive and supportive during this most stressful time.
