I called a week ago and placed an order for 18th of Dec. They told me I had to repay a week and half early, which seems weird considering plans change due to Covid. No understanding there what so ever! So I didnt prepay. They called me but my phone was on silent as I work for a busy doctors office and have patients. When I called her back she said I called to see if you wanted the order still as todays the last day, but I shredded your order. Hope thats ok? Ummmm, well I guess it has to be, although i wanted yo place the order. Guess you didnt want my money or my business. So unprofessional, especially during Covid....now you look for last minute party rental company.

WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! I have never written a bad review in my life but I am going to do you all a favor by writing one today. Shiraz Party Rental, from beginning to end was a disaster. Not only do they falsely advertise their products, their inventory is in horrible condition. If you are having a nice event and need quality service and equipment that works, go somewhere else. And forget trying to get a refund on a heat lamp that three people spent over an hour trying to turn on. Apparently once you sign their delivery contract, it doesnt matter if you, your bartender and experienced catering staff cant make it work, thats on you. And by the looks of the greasy bucket of screws they left behind, Im just thankful that two of the three lamps worked. But at the end of the day, that just doesnt cut it. When you need heat for a chilly evening event, these guys are not going to deliver the bill of goods they sold you. These people are scam artists and grifters. If there was a negative star option they would get it!

Excellent customer service, I came in last minute, because the rental business across the street cancel my order last minute. I was so impressed and pleased to rent from Shiraz Party rental. They accommodated last minute order for 80 people with no problem, they even beat the competitors price. I highly recommend them!

They close to early - I called at 11:30 when online it states they close at 1 PM - they would not service me?

They are real nice people,their rental price is fair,and they are easy going people also, in general I was very satisfied with their business. Thank you.
